Abstract

Mental health is a state of mental well-being that allows people to cope with life's pressures, realize their abilities, learn well and work well. According to UNICEF Indonesia, there are several conditions that affect a person's mental health, including anxiety, depression, panic, and stress. In the context of higher education, students are one of the components that fall into the adolescent age range who are often faced with mental health problems. Therefore, it is important to discuss in more depth the impacts caused by students' mental health. This problem prompted this study to analyze the correlation of students' mental health with their academic results on campus. This study focuses on the analysis of the correlation between mental health and the Student Achievement Index (IPK) of Business Administration students from the Jakarta State Polytechnic (PNJ). The method used in this study is a combination of XGBoost (eXtreme Gradient Boostin g) and SHAP (Shapley Additive Explanations). The combination of XGBoost and SHAP will create a regression model with several predictor variables which then determine the correlation weight of the predictor variables with the response variable. The purpose of this study is to prove the correlation of these two things with several mental health disorder instruments, namely feelings of anxiety, depression, panic and stress. This study is expected to be a policy reference for PNJ leaders in determining the priorities and focus of policies related to the mental and academic health of their students. This study uses the Superior Basic Research scheme for Higher Education (PDUPT) and has outputs in the form of publication of articles in reputable international journals or articles in accredited sinta journals 1-2 or patents/simple patents or reference books with ISBNs, and reputable indexed international seminar articles.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan bagaimana penerapan mengenai hukum ketenagakerjaan dalam meningkatkan serta mengembangkan desa wisata di wilayah Kabupaten Bogor. Implementasi hukum ketenagakerjaan dalam lingkup desa wisata di Kabupaten Bogor merupakah hal yang sangat penting untuk memastikan perlindungan hak-hak pekerja di sektor pariwisata. Sehingga perlu dilakukan analisis terhadap bagaikana hukum ketenaga kerjaa diterapkan dan dipatuhi didesa wisata tersebut. Penerapan hukum ketenagakeraan dapat membantu memastikan bahwa pekerja pada sektor pariwisata mendapatkan perlindungan yang layai sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku. Dengan fokus pada pengembangan serta peningkatan kemampuan dalam memberdayakan masyarakat pada desa wisata di kabupaten Bogor. Dalam melaksanaan penelitian ini akan mencoba membuat analisis mengenai peran hukum ketenagakerjaan dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan partisipasi masyarakat lokal. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif dan studi lapangan, penelitian ini akan mendapatkan Gambaran yang mendalam mengenai implementasi hukum ketenagakerjaan menjadikan instrument secara efektif dalam rangka mendukung pembangunan desa wisata

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of compensation on job application interest with office location as a moderating variable among Jobstreet platform users in Depok. The data collection method used questionnaires with a sample of 100 respondents and was processed using the PLS-SEM analysis method. The data analysis results show that compensation has a positive and significant influence with a path coefficient value of 0.614 and P values of 0.000 on job application interest. The office location variable also has a positive and significant influence with a path coefficient value of 0.293 and P values of 0.001 on job application interest. Additionally, office location is proven to moderate the relationship between compensation and job application interest with a path coefficient value of 0.200 and P values of 0.012. These findings indicate that a strategic office location can strengthen the relationship between compensation and job application interest. The implications of this study are that companies on Jobstreet platform need to consider not only competitive compensation but also strategic office locations to attract job applicants' interest.

Abstract

This purposes of this research to establish the impact of perceived price and service quality on user satisfaction of the Maxim application in Depok City. Method uses in this research is the SmartPLS version 4 program with a sample of 100 Maxim users. The output of this study suggest that the price perception variable exerts a positive and significant impact on user satisfaction, as indicated by a p-value 0.001, which is less than 0.05, and a t-statistic of 3.259, which exceeds the critical value of 1.96, this hypothesis is therefore accepted with regression test coefficient value of 0.324 (32%). This shows that the price perception variable makes a strong enough contribution in influencing the level of application user satisfaction. The service quality variable on user satisfaction has a positive and significant impact given that the p-value is 0.000, which is less than 0.05, and the t-statistic is 6.287, exceeding the critical value of 1.96, this hypothesis is consequently accepted with regression test coefficient value show 0.590 (59%). That value indicates the service quality is the main factor affecting user satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to examine, determine, and analyze the influence of customer experience and perceived usefulness on the intention to reuse the Alfagift minimarket e-commerce application on Alfagift application users, especially Instagram followers @alfagift_idn. This study uses a quantitative approach involving one hundred respondents as samples and processed using SPSS 26. This research implies that the data fullfill the requirements of a normal distribution, which is 0.200> 0.05. The regression equation model in this study is Y = 18.986 + 0.404 X1 + 0.388 X2 + e, so the research stated that the data in this study is viable to use. According to the data results of the partial correlation, the customer experience variable has an impact on the intention to reuse by 61.31% and the perception of usefulness has an impact on the intention to reuse by 62.09%. According to the results of the determination coefficient analysis (), 66.1% of the intention to reuse the Alfagift application is influenced by the independent variables, namely customer experience and perception of usefulness. Hypothesis testing in this study shows a positive and significant influence both partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

ABSTRACT : The purpose of this study is to identify the consumption habit and tendencies of Gen Z in Depok in responding to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, which influence their decision to remain loyal to or switch from McDonald's. Data from 100 respondents were assassed using the PLS-SEM method. The outcomes of the analysis show that Attitude towards behavior shows a positive and significant effect on Brand switching behavior, from a coefficient value of 0.226 and P values of 0.012. Subjective norms variable is positive and significant on Brand switching behavior, with a coefficient of 0.365 and P values of 0.000. In addition, Perceived behavioral control also shows a positive and significant effect on Brand switching behavior, from the coefficient value which indicates 0.375 with P values of 0.000. These findings suggest that Gen Z is more likely to switch brands if they feel their attitude towards McDonald's is negative, are influenced by social norms, and feel they have control in the decision.

Abstract

This research aims to know and analyze the implementation of KPI, the effort to improve employee prowess, and career development at PT ANTAM Tbk – Unit Geomin. The research method used is qualitative research method. In this research, data collection techniques used interview, observation, and document. Data analysis techniques used Miles & Huberman with NVivo 12. The result indicates that implementation of KPI at PT ANTAM Tbk – Unit Geomin are held appropriate with applicable guidelines, but the result of KPI achievements for several employees in Department levels showed that it wasn’t optimal. The average of KPI achievements were down in different years that showed by unstable final point of SMUK. The majority of employees were stagnant at the ‘Good’ category even a decline from the ‘Very Good’ to ‘Good’ and from ‘Good’ to ‘Fair’. In an effort to improve employee prowess from KPI are held through technical or skills training, knowledge sharing, certification, seminars, webinars, conferences, and assessment based on SMUK scores. Career development from KPI held through Performance Improvement Planning (PIP) for education and training which uses SMUK scores for increasing competency to achieve KPI, promotion and job transfer programs which use SMUK scores for the selection requirements and one of the aspects that determine final selection ranking.

Abstract

PT Setiajaya Mobilindo, a company in the automotive industry operating under Toyota Astra Motor (TAM), specializes in selling Toyota vehicles. This study explores the impact of work motivation and workload on employee turnover at PT Setiajaya Mobilindo. Utilizing a quantitative research approach, the study surveyed 70 former sales employees of the company. Data analysis was conducted using the Smart PLS method. The findings reveal that the statistical value for work motivation is 2.301, which exceeds the t-table value of 1.96, with a p-value of 0.021, indicating significance below the 0.05 threshold. For the workload variable, the t-statistic is 4.444, surpassing the t-table value of 1.96, and the p-value is 0.000, also below 0.05. The R-Square value of 0.694 indicates that 69.4% of the variance in turnover is explained by work motivation and workload, while the remaining 30.6% is attributed to other factors not covered by this study. Thus, both work motivation and workload significantly affect turnover.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate how service failure and service recovery affect customer loyalty at Indomaret located in Pademangan Barat Village, Pademangan District, North Jakarta. Data were collected through questionnaires using non-probability sampling techniques, specifically purposive sampling method, with a total sample of 100 respondents. The data were analyzed using statistical software Smart Partial Least Square version 4.1.0.3 (SmartPLS 4.1.0.3). The results showed that service failure has a significant negative effect on customer loyalty with a coefficient of -0.203 and p-values of 0.016, while service recovery has a significant positive effect with a coefficient of 0.512 and p-values of 0.000. In addition, the combination of service failure and service recovery can explain 29.1% of the variation in customer loyalty, as shown by the R-squared value of 0.291.

Abstract

This study focuses on the impact of consumer boycotts on Starbucks' stock price fluctuations, employing an in-depth empirical approach to analyze the moderating factors that influence the intensity and duration of such effects. The study provides quantitative data on stock price variations during different boycott periods and explores the roles of macroeconomic conditions, social media sentiment, and mitigation strategies in moderating boycott impacts. Findings indicate that consumer boycotts can significantly trigger stock price volatility, particularly when accompanied by intense media coverage and high social media engagement. Under unstable economic conditions, boycott impacts tend to be more severe and require extended recovery times. Conversely, companies adopting proactive crisis communication approaches and implementing responsive and transparent mitigation strategies are better positioned to expedite stock price recovery. This research contributes to financial and consumer behavior literature by demonstrating that investor perceptions are influenced by public sentiment dynamics, particularly as recorded on social media platforms. Furthermore, the findings highlight the critical importance of crisis and reputation management in the digital era, where rapid, uncontrolled information flow can accelerate the spread of negative sentiment affecting company valuations. These results aim to assist multinational companies in developing more adaptive strategies to address potential consumer boycotts in the future.
