Abstract

ABSTRACT : This study aims to determine the structure of industrial competitiveness in the MICE industry. This research is a study to examine the factors that cause the Indonesian MICE industry to survive in the midst of global competition despite various problems and to create a model for the competitiveness structure. However, in recent years the growth of Indonesia's MICE industry has slowed. To understand further why Indonesia's MICE industry has stagnated, an analysis of the competitive structure of the Meetings, Incentives, Conventions, and Exhibitions (MICE) industries is carried out, which is the fastest growing tourism sector and generates large foreign exchange for a country, MICE is able to increase trade and investment. , provide jobs, boost local economies, and promote destinations. The qualitative approach in this study uses a list of questions that serve as guidelines for in-depth interviews with several informants. The selection of informants in this study was based on work experience and had held leadership positions in government, industry and industry associations. The results of a research study on the competitiveness structure of the Indonesian MICE industry showed that there were only two of Cho's nine competitiveness factors which were the driving factors. Indonesia's MICE industry competitiveness, namely: (1) Business Environment and (2) Entrepreneurship. Abstract

This study aims to analyze PT Bukalapak's financial performance for the period 2020 to 2022 by using financial ratios, namely the solvency ratio (debt to equity ratio), activity ratio (total assets turnover), and profitability ratio (return on assets). This type of research is descriptive research that relies on descriptive analysis and elaboration of PT Bukalapak's financial data. It was found that there was an increase in assets in 2021 which occurred due to additional capital from the sale of initial shares causing a decrease in the value of the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) from 2020 to 2022. From Total Assets Turnover (TAT) there was a decrease in asset turnover in generating profit from 2020 to 2021 and an increase from 2021 to 2022. And the increased Return On Assets (ROA) value illustrates that PT Bukalapak's efforts to increase profit from income on asset management have increased.

Abstract

During the Covid-19 pandemic during 2020-2022, world economic conditions were uncertain, as were economic conditions in Indonesia. Government policies that limit people's activities to suppress the spread of the corona virus are a challenge for banks in Indonesia to carry out their functions as business entities that collect and distribute public funds. This study aims to examine the effect of CAR, NPL, LDR, and BOPO ratios on the profits of commercial banks in Indonesia during 2019-2022. In that year, conditions before the pandemic can be seen, namely 2019, until the provisions on community activity restrictions are lifted, namely 2022. One of the indicators in assessing bank performance is by analyzing the condition of the bank's financial statements. Analysis of financial statements is carried out by analyzing financial ratios that will affect the achievement of profits from a bank. Profit is the main goal of all business activities carried out by banks. During 2019-2022, the profits of commercial banks in Indonesia experienced a decline during the first year that the Covid-19 pandemic hit Indonesia. However, in the following years, banks in Indonesia can adapt and succeed in increasing their profits every year, until 2022

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze whether there is an influence between service quality and store atmosphere variables on purchasing decisions for April Eyewear. This research is expected to be an evaluation and consideration material for April Eyewear to improve service quality and store atmosphere, thereby increasing consumer purchasing decisions. This study uses a quantitative approach to the technique of determining the sample using the accidental sampling method. The number of samples taken was 87 respondents. Instrument testing uses validity and reliability tests. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination test (R Square), T test, and F test. Data processing in this study was carried out using SPSS 16 software for windows. Based on the results of R Square, 74.6% of service quality variables (X1) and store atmosphere (X2) influence purchasing decisions (Y) while the remaining 25.4% is explained by other factors that are not included in this research model.

Abstract

The payment system, in particular, has undergone major changes as a result of the growing use of information and communication technologies. The development of digital wallets, which enable financial transactions without the need for currency, is one of the improvements in the payment system. This study intends to examine how MSMEs in Depok City use digital wallets. Data are gathered through surveys and interviews with a variety of respondents as part of this research approach, which combines qualitative and quantitative methodologies. This study examined the social, technological, and environmental elements that affect the adoption of digital wallets based on the analysis's findings. The findings of this study suggest that MSMEs in Depok City are not using digital wallets to their full potential. Cash payments are regarded as being easier to use, and MSMEs have not expressed any interest in or motivation to adopt digital wallets. This study suggests initiatives to raise public awareness and better instruct the populace about the advantages and security of utilizing digital wallets in order to promote GNNT. Furthermore, it is also regarded as necessary for the government and business to play a part in creating a solid infrastructure for technology and robust consumer protection systems.The findings of this study are anticipated to shed light on the variables influencing the adoption of digital wallets in Depok City and offer recommendations for developing local digital payment technology policy. Abstract

The development of technology and information that is growing rapidly encouraging business people to increase work productivity and competitiveness in the industrial sector. At present, PT Chakra Jawara has implemented a system namely System Application and Products in Data Processing (SAP) since 2011 which is used to improve business performance and integrate all business activities through access to information data. SAP is one of the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software products. This research was conducted to determine and analyze the application of SAP in the effectiveness of procurement. This study used qualitative research methods. Data collection was carried out through interviews and documentation, where the number of informants was 4 people. Data analysis was performed including data reduction, data presentation and verification. The results of this study indicate that the application of SAP in the effectiveness of procurement at PT Chakra Jawara is quite effective. This is seen through achieving the objectives of the SAP system which consists of increasing the speed, consistency and quality of the procurement activity process. The effectiveness of SAP application in the procurement can be seen through the achievement of established procurement principles and ethics, achievement of both SAP application objectives and procurement objectives such as time efficiency, appropriate price and specifications, security of information data in the SAP system, fair treatment to all parties involved, as well as information disclosure related to procurement activities. However, this SAP system still needs improvement to be able to run better and be able to reduce the constraints experienced.

Abstract

Analysis of goods delivery procedures at exporting companies is an important key in optimizing the supply chain and ensuring operational efficiency. This research aims to analyze the export shipping procedures implemented by PT. Supra Aluminum, a company engaged in the production and distribution of aluminum products. In the export shipping process, there are several stages that must be passed to ensure the product reaches international consumers safely and on time. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, collecting data through interviews, observation and analysis of company documents. The research results show that PT. Supra Aluminum has implemented systematic delivery procedures, starting from preparing export documents, checking product quality, selecting delivery methods, to monitoring delivery. However, there are several obstacles faced, such as delays in processing documents and communication problems with related parties in the destination country. This research provides valuable insights for exporting companies in improving their goods delivery processes, increasing reliability, and reducing overall operational costs.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how capital is managed in an e-commerce company, namely PT Bukalapak, after conducting an initial public offering based on capital management ratios which include working capital turnover, receivables turnover and cash turnover. It is known that the working capital turnover ratio in 2021 was 8.8%, then increased to 17.70% and in 2023 it was 22.91%. For 3 years from 2021 to 2023, PT Bukalapak's working capital turnover ratio increased every year. PT Bukalapak's cash turnover ratio, although in 2021 the figure for cash turnover is relatively small, namely 7.57%, however, it increases sharply in 2022 to 22.26% and 29.24% in 2023. This shows that PT Bukalapak is quite effective in managing cash. company so that it can generate increased sales.

Abstract

: In the era of technology, the advancement of technology and information has opened up new opportunities for companies to enhance efficiency in Human Resource Management. To continuously optimize operational management, PT Pertamina Gas is comprehensively committed to strengthening efficiency aspects, particularly in the Human Capital and Business Support sectors. Understanding the crucial role of these aspects in operational success, PT Pertamina Gas has introduced a revolutionary innovative system known as Pertagas Outsourcing Information System or POIS. POIS is not just an acronym for Pertagas Outsourcing Information System, but it is a leading solution designed with the primary goal of streamlining and simplifying the information management process related to the overtime work of partners or outsourced workers. This system serves as a solid foundation that supports operational effectiveness, especially in terms of reporting information for workers involved in routine overtime activities. The data collection method used in this research is interviews by posing questions related to the field being studied. The results of this research are related to the procedure of overtime filling through the POIS system.

Abstract

The uncertain global economy during the Covid-19 pandemic during 2020-2022 means that Indonesia must be able to adapt to these conditions. The government, through the Financial Services Authority (OJK), issued a policy that can provide stimulus to the economy in Indonesia, especially the banking industry, so that society is not burdened further in the limited situation at that time. Restrictions on community activities aimed at suppressing the spread of the corona virus have become a challenge for banks in Indonesia to carry out their functions as business entities that collect and distribute public funds. The research examines the influence of the BI 7-day Reverse Repo Rate (BI7DRRR) and inflation on Return on Assets (ROA) of commercial banks in Indonesia during the 2019-2022 period. This year's period shows the conditions in 2019, namely before the Covid-19 pandemic, during the Covid-19 pandemic, namely 2020-2021 and after the Covid-19 pandemic, namely 2022. The method used in this research is quantitative using secondary data from the OJK, using multiple linear analysis techniques.
