Abstract

This study aims to analyzes the reasoning ability of grade VI students at SD 06 Bulung Kulon in solving mathematics problems based on Polya's stages. Using a quantitative descriptive method approach, this study involved four students who were selected based on their level of mathematical ability (low, medium, and high). Data collection was obtained through test questions given to students and interviews focused on the four stages of problem solving according to Polya: understanding the problem, planning the solution, implementing the plan, and checking the results. The results showed that students with high reasoning ability could follow all stages well, while students with medium and low ability faced difficulties at various stages. The most common errors occurred at the stage of understanding the problem and planning the solution, especially in recognizing the known information in the problem and the question and in understanding basic mathematical concepts such as GCD and LCM. This study emphasizes the importance of deep understanding and critical thinking skills in the process of solving mathematical problems, as well as the need for more attention from teachers to develop students' reasoning abilities effectively.

Abstract

The halal tourism program created by Aceh Province is a regional advantage and uniqueness for developing tourism potential that is adapted to culture, religious values ​​and customs. However, the development of halal tourism does not yet have a concrete plan, has not been able to increase the participation of all stakeholders and is in accordance with the development of regional and cultural potential so that the number of tourists coming to Aceh Province is still concentrated in certain areas, for example Sabang, Banda Aceh and North Aceh, while In other areas, tourist visits have not been carried out optimally. Thus, the aim of this study is to develop a strategy to accelerate the development of halal tourism based on Aceh's regional and cultural potential with the principles of moderation and development of MSMEs. The methodology used in this study is to use a qualitative approach and SWOT analysis. The results of the study are 1) the strategy for developing halal tourism is carried out by maximizing strengths as internal potential to minimize the threat of failure to implement the halal tourism program in Aceh Province, 2) the implementation of the strategy in developing halal tourism is to analyze and manage tourism including planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating ; increase community participation; identify Aceh's potential by creating a grand design and promoting halal tourism both through conventional and online methods. Conclusion: The development of halal tourism requires synergy and commitment from all sectors, namely political, economic, social, technological, environmental and regulatory.

Abstract

Research has been carried out with the aim of: 1) producing interactive multimedia in class IV elementary school Pancasila learning, and 2) determining the feasibility of interactive multimedia in class IV elementary school Pancasila learning. This development uses research methods (R&D) with ADDIE stages (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation). In the Analyze stage, activities are carried out, namely analyzing the curriculum, needs, learning media and materials. In the Design Stage, the activities carried out are collecting references, designing interactive multimedia designs, compiling layouts, compiling materials, and compiling evaluation questions. Development stage (design) activities carried out to develop interactive multimedia in Pancasila learning for class IV elementary schools. The implementation phase involves product trials on students with limited trials and extensive trials. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, questionnaires and tests. The research subjects were fourth grade students at SD Tahfidzul Qur'an Nuurul Waahid Purworejo. The research results are as follows: 1) producing interactive multimedia in Pancasila learning for class IV elementary schools. 2) The results of the feasibility of interactive multimedia consist of: a) validity. The percentage of material experts is 75%, media experts are 95%, and practitioners are 91% in the feasible and very feasible categories. b) the practicality of the student response from limited trials got 96% and extensive trials got 95%. The results of learning implementation at the first meeting, observer I got a percentage of 93% and observer II got a percentage of 93% which was categorized as very good. Meeting II from the results of observers I and II received a percentage of 86% which was categorized as very good. c) effectiveness is obtained from N-Gain analysis using the Guttman scale by getting a gain score of 0.75, categorized as g> 0.7 in the high category. Based on these results, interactive multimedia is said to be feasible and effective to use to help educators convey lesson material, make it easier for students to understand the material presented, and improve the quality of learning in class IV of the Purworejo Tahfidzul Qur'an Elementary School.

Abstract

Water is a primary human need, as is the management of waste originating from human activities. Thus, the government has a program to improve drinking water and sanitation sector. However, to develop these two sectors, a strategy is needed through preventing infrastructure, adaptation, participation, collaboration between sectors, sustainability and acceleration of development planning through the RPJMA. The aim of this study is to formulate a strategy regarding accelerating development planning for the drinking water and sanitation sector in regional planning documents. The 2020-2024 RPJMN has set targets for achieving access to adequate drinking water at 100% (including 15% access to safe drinking water), 90% access to adequate sanitation (including 15% safe access). This study was carried out by qualitative approach, and AHP method. The results of AHP processing were analyzed using a descriptive approach. Results: 1) to accelerate development planning for the drinking water and sanitation sector, a priority strategy is needed that emphasizes sustainability aspects that consistently carry out infrastructure development, especially the discovery of drinking water points, drinking water supply systems and electricity supply systems to increase the availability of water to increase drinking water sources and sanitation purposes. Sustainable planning needs to be adapted with improvements based on the principle of flexibility. For sustainable development, community participation is needed with democratic principles and collaboration between sectors using collaborative governance. Sustainable development cannot be separated from the planning document, namely the RPJMA, which is implemented with high commitment to realizing the targets that have been determined.

Abstract

E-Government is an information technology system used by the government to help improve public services. One of the district/city governments that implements E-Government is the Batang district government. The Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office (DPMPTSP) has an online licensing service, namely the SIPUAS licensing application (Business and Investment Licensing Service Information System). This article will discuss the implementation of E-government at the Batang Regency DPMPTSP through the SIPUAS application, which is an innovation in Electronic Government-based services with the aim of creating better service quality. The research method in this article uses a qualitative method using a literature study method. To see how the implementation of e-government in the SIPUAS application will use indicators (1) efficiency, (2) effectiveness, (3) transparency (Azkiya, 2018). The conclusion of the results of this study is that first, seen from the efficiency indicator of the use of the SIPUAS application, it can make it easier for the public because it can be accessed anywhere and can save costs and time. The menu on the SIPUAS application is also easy for the public to access. Second, seen from the effectiveness indicator of the implementation of the SIPUAS application by the Batang Regency DPMPTSP as explained above, this can make it easier for the public to apply for permits and avoid brokering. The results of the Public Satisfaction Survey on the services of the Batang Regency DPMPTSP in 2023 produced a Public Satisfaction Index (IKM) with a value of 90.93 (very good) (ptsp.batangkab.go.id, 2024). Abstract

Essential oil is one of the export commodities that has high value. Aceh Province is one of the suppliers of essential oils to the world market, but the development of essential oil potential has not been carried out optimally due to ego sectoral factors, lack of coordination, lack of budget, lack of business development assistance and the absence of policies to support business development and lack of innovation. The purpose of this study is to build a collaboration strategy between agencies, academics and the community in managing essential oil potential so that the development of innovation and empowerment of essential oils in Aceh Province can be carried out optimally. This study was conducted using a qualitative approach, and analyzed in two stages using PETEL and SWOT analysis. The results of the study 1) the development of essential oil potential is carried out using analysis of political, economic, social, technological, environmental and legal factors. Based on the PETEL analysis, it was found that to develop essential oil potential, an active role of the government is needed through collaboration between related agencies and the community starting from the planning, implementation to evaluation stages with a commitment to the development of Aceh; 2) the results of the study using SWOT analysis obtained a strength-threat strategy, namely maximizing the use of potential to minimize threats. The method is to use Pancasila economics which is implemented with the contribution of all stakeholders, maximizing the role of the community, creating a design plan and collaborative governance.

Abstract

Reintegration for former combatants and conflict victims is a consequence of the signing of a memorandum of understanding between the Indonesian government and GAM. Reintegration is implemented with an economic empowerment program, but its implementation has not shown significant results, especially in terms of increasing welfare. The aim of this study is to describe and analyze the evaluation of sustainable development through economic empowerment of former combatants and conflict victim communities in Aceh Province. This study was conducted using a qualitative approach, and the data was evaluated using the CIPP model. The results of the study: obstacles in the implementation of economic empowerment predominantly occur in terms of limited human resources, lack of data validity, potential misappropriation and misuse of the budget, wrong targeting of aid, fraudulent behavior and use not according to its intended purpose. Thus, to carry out sustainable development, it is necessary to understand the meaning of reintegration, former combatants and conflict victims to avoid swelling in the number of target groups, economic empowerment must be in synergy with psychosocial development, and there is a need for synchronization and synergy between the government, private sector and society. Abstract

Textualization and contextualization of Islamic teachings in the Quran and Hadith refer to two important approaches in understanding and applying Islamic teachings in the context of the times and human life. This textualization refers to understanding the holy texts, such as the Quran and Hadith, thoroughly and in depth. This process involves analyzing the linguistic, historical, and socio-cultural contexts in which the texts were revealed. For example, understanding the meaning of the Arabic words used in the Quran and identifying the historical context behind the revelations. Contextualization This includes connecting the teachings contained in the holy texts with contemporary realities and everyday life. This process is important to bridge the gap between timeless teachings and the challenges and changes of the times. An example is applying Islamic moral and ethical principles in the context of modern life, such as technological issues, globalization, and social issues. In practice, textualization and contextualization enable Muslims to better understand religious teachings, maintain the relevance of these teachings in various situations, and avoid erroneous or inappropriate interpretations. This also helps maintain continuity between religious traditions and developments in the era, so that Islamic values ​​can provide meaningful guidance for humanity in various eras.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools are traditional educational institutions and have their own characteristics, namely independence. Independence is created in several programs according to the needs of Islamic boarding schools and empowerment of potential through the Islamic Boarding School Independence Program. The purpose of writing this study is to formulate a strategy using SWOT and AHP analysis to build the independence of Islamic boarding schools in Aceh Province by collaborating regional potential and the conditions of Islamic boarding schools in Aceh Province. This study was conducted with a qualitative approach, and used SWOT and AHP analysis to formulate priority activities that can be carried out. Results 1) development of Islamic boarding school independence can be conducted by using the strength-opportunity strategy, namely optimizing potential and strength to increase the achievement of opportunities in developing Islamic boarding school independence, 2) strategies obtained by using SWOT analysis are a) making linear Islamic boarding school independence regulations, b) forming a communication forum, c) synergistic planning, d) synergistic human resources, e) mutually supportive budgets and e) program synchronization, 3) the results of the AHP analysis for priority activities for developing Islamic boarding school independence are a) regulation as the first priority activity is carried out with the regulation drafting process activity, b) synchronization is carried out using the priority activity of reviewing legal certainty, c) planning is carried out with the priority activity of making commitments, d) human resources are carried out with the priority activity of selecting, e) communication forums are carried out with the priority activity of involving the community and f) budgets are carried out with the priority activity of determining the scale of needs. Conclusion: development of Islamic boarding school independence in Aceh Province can be realized with collaboration between the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of Aceh Province and the Dayah Education Office to synergize.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the perspectives of FMIPA UNIMED students regarding Wawasan Nusantara and how this concept plays a role in fostering nationalism. Wawasan Nusantara, as Indonesia's geopolitical and geostrategic outlook based on Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution, serves as a crucial tool in maintaining the unity of the Indonesian state and strengthening national identity amidst the challenges of globalization. A descriptive qualitative method was employed to provide an in-depth understanding of students' comprehension of Wawasan Nusantara and the challenges in its application. The results revealed that FMIPA UNIMED students recognize the importance of Wawasan Nusantara in building nationalism, although there are obstacles in its implementation among younger generations. Innovative education and the use of digital media were proposed as solutions to enhance understanding and application of nationalist values. In conclusion, Wawasan Nusantara is key to strengthening Indonesia’s national unity and fostering strong nationalism among the younger generation.
