Abstract

This research aims to improve children's story plot writing skills using the rule of three in FKIP PGSD students at Al Washliyah This research aims to improve children's story plot writing skills using the rule of three in FKIP PGSD students at Al Washliyah Muslim Nusantara University, Medan. Remembering that children's stories are an important part of the process of learning Indonesian language and literature in elementary school. The research method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive method with a one group pre-test post-test design type of research. The population and sample in this research were students of the Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program (PGSD) FKIP Al Washliyah Muslim Nusantara University. The population was 50 people and samples were taken using random sampling technique as many as 30 students. From the research results, it is known that the average score of class 5 A PGSD UMN Al Washliyah students in the initial pre-cycle condition was only 55.84%. After taking action in cycle I, student learning outcomes increased to 61.6%. To get better results, action was taken in cycle II. In this cycle student learning outcomes increased to 80.25%. From this it can be said that applying the rule of three in writing children's story plots can improve children's story plot writing skills for semester 5 A students of FKIP PGSD UMN Al Washliyah, Medan. The output targets in this research are national/international journals or proceedings.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the role of Padepokan Ciliwung Condet in developing Betawi cultural tourism in the Ciliwung Condet area. Betawi cultural tourism has great potential as a tourism attraction that can make a positive contribution to the local economy and preserve regional culture. Padepokan Ciliwung Condet, as a center for Betawi arts and cultural activities, is the main subject of this research. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, direct observation and documentation studies. The research results show that Padepokan Ciliwung Condet has a significant role in developing Betawi cultural tourism. The Padepokan functions as a place for training in traditional Betawi arts, art exhibitions and a cultural information center. In the context of tourism development, Padepokan Ciliwung Condet plays a role in creating an authentic and memorable tourism experience for visitors. Its existence also contributes to the preservation of Betawi arts and culture, as well as promoting local community participation in the tourism industry. This research provides recommendations for increasing the role of Padepokan Ciliwung Condet in the development of Betawi cultural tourism, including more effective marketing strategies, improving infrastructure, and closer cooperation between related parties. Thus, it is hoped that the development of Betawi cultural tourism in Ciliwung Condet can have a sustainable positive impact on the local community and preserve the regional cultural heritage.

Abstract

To create sustainable tourism, it is necessary to have an interest in returning to visit. One of the factors a tourist comes to visit again is influenced by several tourism factors, one of which is the image of the destination. This research was carried out at one of the tourist attractions in West Java province, namely the Bogor Botanical Gardens. In this study, SmartPLS was used using the SEM method. The results of the research show that destination image influences tourists' intention to revisit with an R-square of 71.7%.

Abstract

This study presents a comprehensive bibliometric analysis of the application of Internet of Things (IoT) in financial services. The analysis encompasses a systematic review and analysis of existing literature, identifying key research themes, trends, and patterns in the field. Through the utilization of bibliometric indicators such as co-citation analysis, keyword co-occurrence analysis, and citation network analysis, the intellectual structure of the domain is mapped, uncovering emerging research topics and areas of focus. The study also provides insights and recommendations for future research directions and practical implications. The findings contribute to advancing our understanding of IoT's role in reshaping financial services and offer guidance for researchers, policymakers, and industry stakeholders.

Abstract

Climate change presents a multifaceted challenge requiring not only physical adaptation but also psychological resilience from individuals and communities. Despite its significance, the literature on psychological adaptation to climate change remains fragmented. This study conducts a comprehensive bibliometric analysis to systematically examine the existing research on psychological adaptation to climate change, aiming to identify key themes, gaps, and trends. The analysis reveals a growing interest in understanding the psychological dimensions of climate change adaptation, with research spanning topics such as mental health impacts, social adaptation strategies, and ecological responses. Key thematic clusters identified underscore the interdisciplinary nature of climate change research, highlighting the need for collaborative efforts to address this complex issue effectively. The findings provide valuable insights for advancing our understanding of psychological adaptation to climate change and informing the development of evidence-based adaptation strategies.

Abstract

This research investigates the impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) adoption, demand prediction, and production planning on operational efficiency within the textile industry in Jakarta. A quantitative approach, employing surveys and statistical analysis, was undertaken with a diverse sample of 150 participants representing various company sizes and industry tenures. The study reveals a moderate level of AI adoption, with machine learning algorithms and predictive analytics being prevalent. While perceived benefits include improved production efficiency and enhanced quality control, challenges such as initial investment costs and the need for skilled personnel underscore the nuanced landscape of AI integration. The effectiveness of demand prediction is moderate, with traditional methods prevailing but advanced analytics demonstrating higher efficacy. Production planning strategies exhibit a positive correlation with Industry 4.0 principles, showcasing their role in enhancing operational efficiency. Participants perceive operational efficiency positively, with significant correlations identified between AI adoption, demand prediction, production planning, and perceived efficiency. Key factors contributing to operational efficiency include streamlined processes, effective resource utilization, and adaptive production planning. The findings provide actionable insights for industry stakeholders, emphasizing the importance of a holistic approach to technology adoption and strategic planning.

Abstract

This research investigates the dynamic interplay between ecotourism, product and service diversification, and their impact on the beaches of Bali. Through a quantitative analysis involving 150 tourists and 150 local businesses, the study explores awareness levels, preferences, and economic outcomes associated with ecotourism practices. Descriptive statistics reveal a heightened awareness among tourists and a prevalent adoption of diversification strategies by local businesses. Correlation analysis establishes strong connections between tourist awareness, preferences for diversified destinations, and the positive correlation between business diversification and community involvement. Regression analysis underscores the economic advantages linked to businesses implementing diversification strategies. Comparative analyses shed light on subgroup differences, emphasizing the influence of awareness and diversification on preferences and economic impact. The discussion underscores the implications for sustainable ecotourism, emphasizing the role of collaboration among businesses, communities, and policymakers. The study contributes valuable insights to the discourse on sustainable tourism practices, offering actionable recommendations for the ecotourism industry on Bali's beaches.

Abstract

This research investigates the intricate relationships between food preservation technology, sanitary hygiene practices, shelf life, and the quality of processed food products within the Indonesian food industry. Employing Structural Equation Modeling using Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS), the study explores the impact of these factors on processed food quality. The sample comprises 250 participants, and the data are analyzed through various fit indices, measurement model assessments, and structural model analyses. The findings reveal significant positive relationships between food preservation technology, sanitary hygiene, shelf life, and the quality of processed food products. The results contribute valuable insights for manufacturers, regulators, and consumers, emphasizing the importance of a comprehensive approach to ensure optimal quality and safety in the processed food industry.

Abstract

This research investigates the impact of organizational culture and communication skills on administrative performance in higher education institutions in East Java. Utilizing a quantitative approach with a sample of 250 administrative staff, the study employs Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) to analyze the relationships among these key variables. The measurement model assessment confirms the reliability and validity of the constructs, while the structural model reveals significant and positive effects of both organizational culture and communication skills on administrative performance. The findings highlight the importance of fostering a positive organizational culture and enhancing communication skills to optimize administrative efficiency. The study contributes valuable insights to the field of higher education administration and offers practical recommendations for institutions seeking to improve their administrative practices.

Abstract

This research investigates the dynamics of Sustainable Marketing Strategy, Brand Image, Customer Satisfaction, and their collective impact on Customer Loyalty in the manufacturing industry in Karawang. A quantitative analysis, employing Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS), was conducted on a sample of 250 manufacturing firms. The results reveal statistically significant relationships: Sustainable Marketing Strategy positively influences Brand Image, Customer Satisfaction, and ultimately, Customer Loyalty. Brand Image and Customer Satisfaction also exhibit direct positive impacts on Customer Loyalty. The findings offer strategic insights for firms to navigate the competitive landscape by emphasizing sustainable practices, brand building, and a customer-centric approach. Policymakers can leverage these insights to advocate for sustainable development within the manufacturing sector, contributing to both economic and environmental sustainability.
