<![CDATA[Bina Insan Mandiri Islamic Vocational High School has more than 30 years of experience in assisting parents in educating their children through a curriculum that reflects the distinctive characteristics of a modern Islamic school. This activity was initiated in response to the school environment, which generates considerable organic waste from daily activities. The program aimed to provide insight into organic waste management. The target participants of this activity were students of Bina Insan Mandiri Vocational High School, with the objective of providing education and training on the importance of awareness in managing organic waste. The outcomes of this activity included the production of organic fertilizers in both liquid and solid forms for plant cultivation. The outputs of this program consisted of publications in a community service journal, publications in mass media, and a video uploaded to the LPPM UMB YouTube channel. The activity evaluation was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 28 participants. The results showed an expectation score of 4.1 and a performance score of 4.33 on a 5-point scale, indicating the activity was rated satisfactory.]]>

<![CDATA[The rapid advancement of technology in the Industry 4.0 era requires a workforce proficient in automation, including robotics, for logistics and distribution systems. However, many vocational high school students still lack access to and understanding of such technologies. This community service program was conducted at SMKS 10 November Jakarta to introduce robotics technology in the context of logistics and distribution. The activity consisted of three main stages: an introduction to basic robotics and supply chain principles; hands-on simulation with mini robots; and student-led development and presentation of robot prototypes. The program used a participatory, practical approach, involving teachers in supporting technology-based learning. Results showed high student enthusiasm and positive feedback from the school, highlighting the activity’s relevance in strengthening vocational technology skills. Program outputs include a video documentation, student-built robot prototypes, and a draft scientific article. This initiative is expected to enhance students’ understanding of modern logistics technology and foster ongoing collaboration between universities and vocational schools to better prepare graduates for the automation-driven industrial world.]]>

<![CDATA[In the era of globalization and digitalization, sustainable entrepreneurship is one of the key factors in encouraging inclusive and environmentally friendly economic growth. Effective resource management is a major challenge for business actors, especially in ensuring business competitiveness amidst increasingly fierce competition. Along with technological developments, resource management strategies have also undergone significant transformation. Initially, resource management strategies emphasized operational efficiency and cost savings. However, as awareness of the importance of sustainability increases, this approach has developed into a more holistic strategy that takes into account economic, social and environmental aspects. Indonesian Migrant Workers (TKI) in Penang, Malaysia have a great potential to develop sustainable entrepreneurship. However, many TKI still face difficulties in managing resources effectively, which hinders their entrepreneurship competitiveness. With the advancement of technology and globalization, effective resource management has become crucial to enhance sustainable entrepreneurship competitiveness.]]>

<![CDATA[Culture is the primary identity of a nation, to be preserved and passed down through generations. Cultural preservation of local Indonesian heritage, such as traditional costumes and dances, faces significant challenges in the era of globalization. With its cultural richness, Indonesia utilizes cultural diplomacy as a form of soft power to introduce and preserve its cultural heritage on the international stage, including in Cabanatuan City, Philippines. This community service activity aims to socialize various traditional Indonesian costumes and the Tari Denok dance to the residents of Cabanatuan City. The event was held at Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology in the Philippines. The method used was socialization through performances of traditional attire and Tari Denok, attended by more than 500 participants. The performances of traditional costumes and Tari Denok were divided into two days: August 22, 2025, and September 11, 2025. The results of this activity demonstrate strong enthusiasm among residents of Cabanatuan City for Indonesian culture. The results of this activity increased participants' knowledge and understanding of various traditional Indonesian clothing and Tari Denok.]]>
