Abstract

Tenjolaya Village is one of the villages in Bandung Regency as a contributor to fresh cow's milk from dairy cattle. The Tenjolaya Village breeder group has a large volume of cow's milk but has not been able to optimally manage livestock products which can be sold at a higher selling price. One of the efforts to optimize livestock production in the form of fresh cow's milk is by processing it into dairy food products. The Business Incubator Center (Bicube) Politeknik STIA LAN Bandung provides business assistance for the people of Tenjolaya Village so that they can optimize the utilization of fresh cow's milk. The method of implementing the assistance activities consists of two stages, namely the preparation and business assistance stages. The results of business assistance activities include the TenjoMilk trademark, NIB, PIRT permit, packaging design, email and social media accounts, as well as product selling price estimation. These business assistance activities enable the community to independently produce higher quality and competitive dairy products which can be an alternative for earning income and improving the welfare of the people of Tenjolaya Village.

Abstract

In the growing digital era, information technology plays a very important role in local government services such as RT/RW. The use of a website is a potential solution to overcome obstacles in delivering information in a timely and efficient manner to the community. With a website, up-to-date information such as announcements, activity schedules, and news can be accessed by the community anytime and anywhere. In addition, two-way interaction between the community and the RT/RW is also possible through the comments feature and online form on the website, thus facilitating communication and accelerating responses to community needs. Thus, the use of the website as a modern and efficient service tool at the RT/RW level is expected to improve services and meet community needs.

Abstract

Posyandu Cempaka in RW 11, Antapani Kidul Village, Antapani District, Bandung City has a low to moderate maternal and infant participation rate of 40% to 45%. In addition, the growth and development of toddlers is recorded manually or manually on the health card page (KMS). The absence of KMS often makes it difficult for parents and posyandu staff to find history about their child's development. This activity aims to increase the number of toddlers who come to Posyandu. In addition, this activity aims to make it easier for parents of toddlers to obtain information about Posyandu action plans, information on child growth and development, as well as Posyandu health information and programs. As for posyandu cadres, this activity can help collect data and report child growth and development, and can facilitate reporting to the sub-district or puskesmas. This activity utilizes the method of applying technology by creating a Posyandu Website. This website is a collection of components consisting of text, images, sound, and animation so it is interesting to visit (Sholechul Azis, 2013). The electronic-based data collection method serves as the basis for activity planning and implementation. Abstract

The existence of technology as an acceleration in development emphasizes the importance of the need to adapt. This also has the implication that all levels of government up to the village level need to pay attention in order to optimize the development benefits that will be received by the community. West Java Province has a digital village program that aims to realize the welfare of rural communities through digitization, community capacity building, and maximizing village potential. However, not all villages know their current position well and what the stages of digital village development will be in the future. Therefore, a team of lecturers at the Politeknik STIA LAN Bandung in collaboration with Jabar Digital Service provided assistance to one of the villages in Bandung Regency in terms of identifying digital villages as well as the stages of their development in order to achieve digital village 4.0.

Abstract

Village workers, including village workers in Cisondari Village, are the main source of competitive advantage in village government because they are responsible for carrying out village government duties and functions as well as empowering village communities. Cisondari Village is located in Bandung Regency's Pasirjambu District. A job information document, compiled through job analysis, is required to assist job holders in understanding their work. One of the issues that arises in this village is the lack of job information for village workers. This causes an imbalance in the workload and has an impact on the work effectiveness of village workers, which in turn has an impact on organizational performance. As a result, job analysis activities are required to collect information about the duties and functions of each position in Cisondari Village. This activity is divided into two parts: advocacy and workshops. Advocacy is provided to village officials in the form of oral presentations on job analysis. Meanwhile, the workshop is delivered in the form of practice in preparing a job analysis, accompanied by a team. An evaluation was conducted to determine the usefulness of community service activities. The evaluation results revealed that the participants felt a high level of satisfaction and benefits from the activity. Furthermore, service activities are thought to be beneficial for village workers because they can help solve problems in Cisondari Village.

Abstract

Indonesia is an agrarian country with a large agricultural resource base, including Indramayu with its vast agricultural land resources and its famous banana cultivation, which is widely spread in the Karangampel area. A company in Indramayu has developed a processed food product called Bongsang (banana trunk) that offers a solution to the problem of banana trunk waste by processing it into a product with economic value. Research also shows that banana trunks contain nutrients and vitamins, making them a healthy and multifunctional product. To improve business capacity, the Bongsang team partnered with a business incubator. The incubator plays an important role in providing training, mentoring, facilitating product development, and access to financial institutions and marketing. The incubation process for Bongsang products lasted for four months and consisted of mentoring and business matching activities. The mentoring provided included main mentoring, legality, production, and marketing. Abstract

The formation of BUMDes is a step to empower the economy and welfare of village communities. This must be supported by good management so that the potential in the village which has economic value can be developed massively in order to improve the welfare of the village community. However, managing BUMDes is not easy in the implementation process and requires strengthening from the institutional side. This community service (PkM) activity aims to help better manage BUMDes for village development. The implementation of this PkM took the form of a workshop and visits to several BUMDes in Rancakalong Subdistrict. Rancakalong Subdistrict has 10 villages and each village has a BUMDes. The results of PkM activities can be obtained that BUMDes managers know that BUMDes management is not based on the wishes of village leaders but on village deliberations to provide welfare for the community, especially the village economy, exploring village potential must be based on data collected in a system, and increasing capacity for BUMDes managers. a more professional one. Therefore, strengthening BUMDes must be carried out periodically and in a structured manner for the progress of BUMDes itself.
