Abstract

Along with the rapid development of the business world, especially the service sector, it has become one of the industries that continues to grow, especially in Bekasi. This has encouraged the emergence of various innovations in doing business in the service sector to attract consumer attention. One of them is PT. Benka Solusi Mandiri Bekasi City. However, in the midst of increasingly tight competition, Pt. Benka Solusi Mandiri needs to understand the factors that influence consumer Purchase Interest, such as Price Perception, Service Quality, and Product Quality to continue to develop strategies in order to increase customer Purchase Interest. This study is a quantitative study with the aim of testing and analyzing the effect of Price Perception, Service Quality, and Product Quality on Electronic Purchase Interest at PT. Benka Solusi Mandiri Kota Bekasi. With a sample of 100 respondents collected using a questionnaire, the data analysis techniques used include Descriptive Test, Instrument Test, Classical Assumption Test, and Hypothesis Test using SPSS software. This research was conducted in February - March 2025. The results of this study indicate that Price Perception partially has a significant effect on Purchase Intention, Service Quality partially has a significant effect on Purchase Intention, and Product Quality partially has a significant effect on Purchase Intention. Simultaneously, Price Perception, Service Quality, and Product Quality have a significant effect on Purchase Intention of Electronics at PT. Benka Solusi Mandiri Bekasi City.

Abstract

The need for clean water in urban areas is increasingly pressing due to limited water distribution from PDAMs and the high cost of bottled water. Refillable drinking water depots present an alternative solution, but raise concerns regarding the quality and safety of the water produced. This study aims to analyse the groundwater purification process at drinking water depots in Sidorejo Hilir urban village, Medan, to ensure the quality of water suitable for consumption. The method used was a qualitative approach with a case study, using interviews, observation, and documentation as data collection techniques. The results showed that raw water comes from a borehole and is processed through six stages of filtration, from filtration using special sand to sterilisation with ultraviolet light. Water containers are also disinfected before filling. However, laboratory testing found that all depot water samples still contained coliform bacteria, posing a potential health risk. This study recommends stricter supervision of depot sanitation as well as periodic water quality tests so that health standards can be met.

Abstract

Penelitian ini  dilakukan di Desa Klumpang Kebun, Kabupaten Deli Serdang, Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat sekitar desa untuk menjaga kebersihan dan keasrian desa tersebut untuk tetap menjadikan desa tersebut menjadikan desa pariwisata dibidang perkebunan, seperti perkebunan sawit, perkebunan tebu dan atau perkebunan tembakau. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan study kasus. Kesadaran masyarakat dalam menjaga lingkungan itu harus selalu ada. Hal ini terjadi karena adanya tantangan lingkungan pada saat ini, kita haruslah memahami dampak dari melalaikan kebersihan lingkungan dan kesehatan tubuh manusia dan langkah-langkah apa saja yang harus kita lakukan dalam mengurangi dampak negatifnya. Penggunaan bahan yang ramah lingkungan dapat meningkatkan kesadaran kita dalam kelanjutan pada kehidupan yang akan datang.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO) shares as an investment option on the Indonesia Stock Exchange using the literature study method. GOTO shares are the focus because of their role as one of the largest technology companies in Indonesia resulting from the merger between Gojek and Tokopedia. Through a literature review from various sources such as scientific journals, news articles, and other secondary data, this study found that GOTO shares have advantages in the form of longterm growth potential and a broad digital ecosystem. However, there are also disadvantages such as high price volatility, profit uncertainty, and risks from the regulatory and market competition side. The results of this study are expected to be a reference for prospective investors who want to understand more about the risks and opportunities of investing in technology company shares in Indonesia.

Abstract

Industri pariwisata di Bali menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pascapandemi, yang beriringan dengan meningkatnya ekspektasi dan keluhan dari tamu. Fenomena "revenge tourism" ini mendorong sektor perhotelan untuk lebih fokus pada kualitas layanan. Keluhan tamu, jika tidak ditangani dengan baik, dapat berdampak negatif pada reputasi hotel dan menurunkan tingkat kepuasan tamu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan staf hotel dalam menangani keluhan tamu secara efektif dan profesional. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan dan pendampingan yang melibatkan 50 staf dan trainee The Sankara Suites and Villas Ubud. Pelatihan mencakup pemahaman mendalam tentang perilaku keluhan tamu, studi kasus, dan simulasi roleplay untuk meningkatkan kemampuan problem solving. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman dan kemampuan praktis staf dalam menangani keluhan. Partisipasi proaktif peserta menunjukkan tingginya minat dan kebutuhan terhadap topik ini. Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan ini berhasil membekali staf dengan pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang esensial untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan, pada akhirnya, kepuasan tamu.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and compare the financial distress conditions of food and beverage (F&B) companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2020–2024 period based on firm size. The prediction model employed is the Altman Z-Score, which has been proven for more than 50 years to effectively detect potential bankruptcy with a high degree of accuracy. The research methodology applies a quantitative approach with a sample of 20 F&B companies selected through purposive sampling. Secondary data were obtained from annual financial reports available on the IDX. The analysis was conducted by calculating the Altman Z-Score values for each company, followed by a comparative test (independent sample t-test) to examine the differences in financial distress conditions between large and small firms. The findings reveal that small F&B companies have an average Z-Score of 4.41 (safe zone), while large companies record a score of 2.88 (grey zone). These results indicate that during the study period, small firms were relatively more adaptive and efficient in managing costs, whereas large firms were more exposed to pressures from fixed expenses and high leverage. Thus, financial distress in the F&B sector is significantly influenced by firm size. The study provides several recommendations: (1) large firms should improve cost efficiency and reduce reliance on debt; (2) small firms need to strengthen capitalization and corporate governance to ensure long-term sustainability; (3) investors should not only rely on firm size but also consider Altman Z-Score predictions when making investment decisions. Future research is recommended to apply other prediction models such as Springate or Grover and extend the sample to sectors beyond F&B to provide a more comprehensive understanding.

Abstract

This study examined three variables: the effect of leadership style on employee performance, the effect of work motivation on employee performance, and the joint effect of leadership style and work motivation on employee performance. This study sought to analyse the influence of leadership style on employee performance and the correlation between leadership style, work motivation, and employee performance. 40 employees engaged in this study. This study employed descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis for data collection. The results demonstrated that employees' leadership style and work motivation both positively and significantly affected their performance, and that the combination of leadership style and work motivation had a positive and significant effect on overall employee performance.

Abstract

AbstractDiscrimination against blind women represents a complex phenomenon that intertwines gender inequality with disability stigma. This study aims to examine how they understand and respond to discriminatory experiences in their everyday lives using a qualitative phenomenological approach. Data were collected from eight members of the Indonesian Women with Disabilities Association (HWDI) in Polewali Mandar through interviews, participant observation, and document analysis. The findings reveal that discrimination occurs across family, social, and economic domains, and is experienced as being invisible, being devalued, and losing control over personal life. Nevertheless, the informants negotiate these experiences through self-reflection, religious beliefs, and support from HWDI as a space for identity recovery. This study concludes that discrimination is not merely a factual event but a social process that shapes self-concept and survival strategies, emphasizing blind women’s role as active subjects while contributing to the literature on disability sociology and inclusive policy development.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi, kendala, dan strategi pengembangan usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah di desa. Observasi lapangan menunjukkan bahwa usaha olahan snack, pengolahan ikan asin, dan pembuatan kue rumahan memiliki kualitas produk yang baik dan diminati masyarakat lokal, namun menghadapi kendala pemasaran terbatas, distribusi konvensional, kapasitas produksi kecil, dan inovasi kemasan yang minim. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi pemasaran, inovasi kemasan, branding, serta peningkatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia melalui pelatihan manajemen dan literasi digital merupakan strategi yang efektif untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan keberlanjutan usahaTemuan ini memberikan gambaran penting bagi pelaku usaha dan pemangku kepentingan dalam merancang strategi pengembangan UMKM berbasis lokal yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh Kepemilikan Publik, Tax Incentives, dan Capital Intensity terhadap Konservatisme Akuntansi pada perusahaan sub sektor Makanan dan Minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2020-2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan data sekunder yang bersumber dari situs resmi BEI. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Purposive Sampling, yang menghasilkan 64 sampel dari 16 perusahaan selama 4 tahun. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode regresi linier berganda menggunakan SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kepemilikan Publik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Konservatisme Akuntansi. Sementara itu, Tax Incentives ditemukan berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan, dan Capital Intensity berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap Konservatisme Akuntansi.
