Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of social comparison and materialism on impulsive buyingbehaviorand to evaluate the role of self-control as a moderating variable among Generation Z Shopee e-commerce users in Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region. The background of this study stems from the phenomenon of high unplanned online shopping activity among Generation Z due to social pressures and growing materialistic values in the digital era. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method and distributed questionnaires to 94 respondents selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using theSmartPLSapplication version 3.2.9. The results showed that social comparison and materialism had a positive and significant effect on impulsive buying. However, self-control was shown to weaken the influence of materialism on impulsive buying but did not significantly moderate the relationship between social comparison and impulsive buying. This study provides theoretical contributions to understanding the psychological and social dynamics that drive digital consumerbehaviorand offers practical implications for developing more responsible marketing strategies for young consumers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pemanfaatan media sosial WhatsApp Group (WAG) Gojek Kampus (Gopus) dalam meningkatkan mobilitas mahasiswa UIN Sumatera Utara Tuntungan. Gopus merupakan layanan transportasi berbasis komunitas yang diinisiasi oleh mahasiswa, memanfaatkan WhatsApp sebagai platform utama dalam koordinasi layanan antar-jemput, pengantaran makanan, dan pengiriman barang. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode studi kasus, data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam terhadap sepuluh narasumber dari berbagai fakultas dan semester. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Gopus memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam mempermudah mobilitas mahasiswa, khususnya bagi mereka yang tidak memiliki kendaraan pribadi dan sulit mengakses transportasi umum. WhatsApp Group terbukti menjadi sarana komunikasi yang cepat, fleksibel, dan efisien. Selain itu, Gopus juga memperkuat solidaritas sosial dan menjadi ruang pemberdayaan ekonomi bagi mahasiswa. Namun demikian, tantangan seperti lambatnya respons driver, miskomunikasi, dan belum adanya sistem layanan yang terstruktur masih menjadi kendala yang perlu dibenahi. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa media sosial dapat dimanfaatkan secara kreatif untuk menjawab kebutuhan nyata mahasiswa dan membentuk ekosistem mobilitas kampus yang kolaboratif, inklusif, dan mandiri.

Abstract

The Independent Village Program is a local development policy that aims to enhance rural communities' economic resilience through institutional strengthening, local potential utilization, and community empowerment. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the program in Muara Madras Village, Jangkat Subdistrict, Merangin Regency. A qualitative descriptive method was used, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings reveal that the program has had a positive impact on improving community welfare through agriculture, aquaculture, and entrepreneurship training. However, challenges such as weak marketing systems and limited youth involvement remain. The program is considered effective but requires strategic improvements for sustainability.

Abstract

The rapid integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into creative industries and recruitment processes has introduced significant benefits in efficiency, automation, and content generation. However, this advancement brings with it serious ethical, legal, and governance challenges, particularly related to transparency, data accountability, and fairness. The ethical use of AI in recruitment has raised concerns about algorithmic discrimination and bias, while in creative sectors, it raises unresolved questions about intellectual property rights and authorship of AI-generated content. This study aims to explore and critically analyze the ethical implications of AI usage in both the creative and recruitment domains, focusing on legal uncertainty, transparency deficits, and governance limitations. The research employs a qualitative method through a literature review strategy, using secondary data from 10 selected peer-reviewed articles published between 2019 and 2025. The study applies content analysis to extract key themes such as algorithmic fairness, explainability, bias mitigation, legal frameworks, and cultural accountability. The findings suggest that AI systems in both sectors often operate in regulatory grey zones, lacking enforceable mechanisms for transparency, data protection, and human oversight. In recruitment, AI tools may amplify historical discrimination patterns, while in creative industries, generative models challenge traditional notions of authorship and intellectual ownership. To mitigate these issues, the study proposes a governance framework grounded in six principles: transparency, fairness, accountability, consent, auditability, and inclusivity. These principles serve as practical guidelines for developers, policymakers, and industry stakeholders to build responsible AI ecosystems that promote innovation while safeguarding human dignity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berupaya mengetahui peran media massa khususnya online dalam membingkai pemberitaan kendaraan listrik sebagai sarana transportasi modern yang tidak berpolusi. Langkah ini juga mendukung upaya pemerintah yang ingin membangun industri otomotif nasional yang ramah lingkungan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif menggunakan model framing Pan dan Kosicki dan empat elemen framing Entman (1993). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan media onlie seperti Setneg.go.id, industri.kontan.id, dan oto.detik.com konsisten memberitakan kendaraan listrik sebagai salah satu pemberitaan mereka dengan menjelaskan aspek ekonomi, lingkungan dan teknologi. Struktur sintaksis mampu menarik perhatian publik melalui kutipan, pemilihan judul maupun headline. struktur tematik dan retoris digunakan untuk pemilihan kata yang menggugah. Praktik framing sejalan dengan agenda setting karena pemerintah maupun industri sejalan dalam membentuk opini publik melalui media massa.

Abstract

Persaingan yang semakin ketat pada industri layanan kesehatan menuntut rumah sakit untuk mengoptimalkan seluruh sumber daya, khususnya sumber daya manusia (SDM) guna mencapai visi dan misi organisasi. Salah satu faktor penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan adalah pengelolaan hubungan antarindividu yang baik atau human relation. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh human relation terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan mindfulness sebagai variabel moderasi di Rumah Sakit Umum Hermina Daan Mogot. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 89 responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah path analysis untuk menguji hubungan langsung dan tidak langsung antarvariabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa human relation berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Selain itu, mindfulness juga memiliki hubungan positif baik terhadap human relation maupun terhadap kinerja karyawan. Analisis lebih lanjut mengungkapkan bahwa human relation secara tidak langsung memengaruhi kinerja melalui mindfulness sebagai variabel mediasi. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya membangun hubungan kerja yang harmonis serta meningkatkan kesadaran diri karyawan dalam mendukung kinerja optimal. Implikasi dari penelitian ini mendorong manajemen rumah sakit untuk terus memperkuat kualitas hubungan antarpegawai dalam setiap aktivitas kerja sebagai bagian dari strategi peningkatan kinerja secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between brand image and self esteem with online cosmetic product purchasing decisions. The rapid development of e-commerce has changed consumer behavior, particularly in the beauty industry. This study used a quantitative method involving 100 respondents who frequently purchase cosmetics online, purchasing twice a month. Data collection was conducted using a validated questionnaire, covering the brand image scale, self esteem, and purchasing decisions. The analysis technique used two-predictor regression and product moment. The results showed a significant positive relationship between brand image and self esteem with purchasing decisions. It can be concluded that the more positive the brand image and the higher a person's self esteem, the greater the likelihood of the individual making online cosmetic product purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Transformasi digital telah mendorong Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) untuk mengadopsi strategi pemasaran baru berbasis media sosial guna membangun brand awareness secara lebih efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemanfaatan TikTok sebagai media pemasaran digital oleh UMKM @shafaanekasnacks dalam membangun brand awareness di tengah persaingan pasar yang kompetitif. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi aktivitas akun TikTok @shafaanekasnacks. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa @shafaanekasnacks menerapkan strategi konten video pendek yang konsisten dan terstruktur, serta didukung oleh fitur-fitur platform seperti hashtag, sound, dan live streaming. Strategi ini terbukti mampu menarik perhatian, membangun minat, mendorong pencarian informasi, serta menciptakan interaksi aktif dan rekomendasi organik dari konsumen, sebagaimana dijelaskan dalam kerangka AISAS. Meski demikian, penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi sejumlah hambatan, seperti keterbatasan teknis dalam editing konten, minimnya sumber daya manusia, ketidakpastian algoritma TikTok, persaingan yang ketat, serta kekhawatiran dalam memanfaatkan fitur iklan berbayar. Studi ini menegaskan pentingnya konsistensi, perencanaan konten, serta peningkatan literasi digital untuk memperkuat efektivitas TikTok sebagai media pemasaran strategis bagi UMKM di era digital.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of economic literacy variables and P5 Entrepreneurship activities on entrepreneurial interest in students at SMAN 21 Bekasi City. The population in this study were 280 students of class XI SMAN 21 Bekasi City. The sample consisted of 30 students of class XI taken by random sampling. The data collection technique used a Likert scale questionnaire. Data analysis techniques with Analysis techniques with multiple correlation tests, multiple regression tests, determinant coefficient tests, F tests, and t tests. The results of the study are 1. There is a significant influence together between the economic literacy variables and P5 Entrepreneurship on entrepreneurial interest in SMAN 21 Bekasi City because the significant value is 0.028 0.05. 2. There is no significant influence of the economic literacy variable on entrepreneurial interest in SMAN 21 Bekasi City because the significant value is 0.978 0.05. 3. There is a significant influence of the P5 Entrepreneurship variable on entrepreneurial interest in SMAN 21 Bekasi City because the significant value is 0.014 0.05.

Abstract

The spread of hydrocarbon contamination in the form of oil-contaminated soil originates from waste from drilling and oil production. Hydrocarbon contaminants are categorized as hazardous and toxic waste (B3) that has long been deposited in the soil, disrupting the soil ecosystem and the groundwater cycle. Remediation of oil-contaminated soil is carried out using ex-situ bioremediation technology. Oil-contaminated soil is excavated using heavy equipment, collected at the contaminated site, and then transported to a licensed B3 waste treatment facility. The study aims to evaluate the degradation of Total Petroleum Hydrocarbon (TPH) over time using biostimulation and bioaugmentation methods to meet the success parameters of the quality standards for the Total Concentration (TK) of long-chain Petroleum Hydrocarbon (PH) (with a PH value TK-B 0.5% (5000 mg/kg). Biostimulation uses urea fertilizer as a source of N and SP-36 fertilizer as a source of phosphorus with treatment variations of C:N:P ratios of 100:10:1 and 100:5:1. Bioaugmentation uses variations in the treatment of indigenous bacteria that are naturally available in contaminated soil and variations with the addition of non-indigenous bacteria from bacterial cultures. The results of the study showed that the fastest bioremediation time to achieve the success parameters of the quality standards was 28 days with an average degradation rate of 3%/day. The 2-factor Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) statistical test with 4 replications produced a P-value = 0.257 ( 0.05) so that the C:N:P ratio did not have a significant effect on the decrease in concentration. TPH. The C:N:P ratio of 100:5:1 showed a higher percentage of TPH degradation compared to the C:N:P ratio of 100:10:1. There was no significant difference in the rate of TPH degradation between the treatment variations of indigenous bacteria and mixing with non-indigenous bacteria. The approach to calculating the population spike of non-indigenous bacteria mixing using logarithmic units showed a population spike of 0.06 log10 (1.14 times) 0.5 log10 (3.16 times). The non-indigenous bacterial inoculum survived but did not dominate the degradation pathway due to bacterial competition and a single dose that was too low. Environmental parameters such as pH, humidity and temperature were in ideal conditions during the study.
