Abstract

Learning is a process of human life development. Therefore, effective and integrated learning involves the use of various models or strategies to achieve a goal. In other words, it is the process of acquiring new knowledge, skills, and attitudes, which results in significant changes that are generally permanent. Learning motivation is a form of encouragement that occurs within an individual to carry out tasks within the scope of learning, with goals that have already been instilled or aspired. The parameter used to measure the level of knowledge, mastery of material, and skills of students towards the material provided is learning achievement, typically shown in the form of grades. The purpose of this research is to empirically prove whether there is an influence of self-motivation on student learning achievement. The level of influence of learning motivation significantly affects student achievement simultaneously, while partially, learning motivation has a significant effect on student learning achievement.

Abstract

Joint property from an Indonesian Islamic jurisprudence perspective is equated with the concept of syirkah., as regulated in Article 1 letter f of the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI) which states that "Property in marriage or syirkah". Further regulations are contained in Article 97 of the KHI which states that "Widows or widowers who are divorced are each entitled to half of the joint property, as long as it is not stipulated otherwise in the marriage agreement." However, in practice, this provision has experienced deviations in various Religious Court decisions. The composition of the division varies, such as 1/3 to 2/3, to , even up to 1/5 to 4/5. This raises a number of problems, including: how to classify husband and wife obligations, how to implement the formula and form of division, and how the concept of distribution of joint property after divorce is reviewed from the perspective of the theory of benefit. The focus of this research is more on the Distribution of Joint Property After Divorce with the Parameters of Husband and Wife Obligations from the Perspective of the Theory of Maslahah Mursalah. This research method is descriptive analysis, while the approach method used is normative juridical. The research stage used is carried out in 2 (two) stages, namely: library research and field research. The data collection technique used in this research is as follows:documentand interviews. The obligations and prohibitions of husband and wife from the perspective of the theory of benefit are classified based on their urgency into three categories: dharuriyyah (primary), hajiyyah (secondary), and tahsiniyah (tertiary). In judicial practice, the implementation of the division of joint assets is based on the theory of syirkah. Religious court decisions show the existence of legal flexibility, which is evident from the variation in the composition of the division such as 4/5 and 1/5, 2/3 and 1/3, and 3/4 and . From the perspective of the theory of benefit, the division of joint assets reflects the value of contextual justice, for example (1) If the husband works and the wife takes care of the household, the husband gets 58%, the wife 42%. (2) If the wife continues her domestic role but has an emotional relationship with another man, then the division becomes 70% for the husband and 30% for the wife.

Abstract

Information technology is feared to be developing rapidly and bringing significant changes, especially in patterns of interaction with society. However, this development raises various problems, especially among teenagers, such as digital crime and a lack of legal awareness regarding the use of social media. This study aims to examine the forms of legal violations that occur due to a lack of awareness about the use of social media, and to explore the positive and negative impacts of social media on society. The use of social media also involves ethical considerations, such as using proper language, avoiding the spread of negative content, ensuring the accuracy of news, respecting the work of others, and not disclosing personal information. The method employed in this study is normative legal research, a process that involves identifying legal rules, principles, and doctrines to address legal issues. The results of this study indicate that excessive use of social media does not always have a positive impact; rather, it can have the opposite effect, leading to cyberbullying, the spread of false information, and other violations regulated under the ITE Law. However, social media also has positive impacts, such as facilitating communication and the dissemination of information. Increasing legal awareness among teenagers is crucial to ensure they can utilize technology wisely and responsibly, without harming others

Abstract

Abstract

This study analyzes the intrinsic elements found within five short stories published on Kompasiana: Berteman Karena Harus, Kumbang yang Merindukan Rembulan, Hari Bersama Guru di Embung Hutan Cantik, Mengejar Pelangi Senja, and Mobil Tua Bapak. The elements examined include theme, characters and characterization, plot, setting, point of view, language style, and moral message. The results show that each short story carries a distinct theme friendship, reflection, education, perseverance, and sincerity with main characters depicted in depth and supporting characters that enhance conflict and narrative dynamics. All stories employ progressive (chronological) plots, with settings of place, time, and social context that support the development of the storyline. The use of both first- and third-person points of view creates either intimacy or narrative breadth. Various language styles (emphasis, comparison, irony, repetition) enrich the stories expression and meaning. Each short story contains an important message, such as the value of honest communication, self-acceptance, cooperation, perseverance, and family and sincerity. Overall, the analysis demonstrates that the intrinsic elements in this short story anthology work harmoniously to convey moral values and develop character. Furthermore, this study can be used as a reference for literary learning and as a teaching material to support the development of literature in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of financial attitude, financial literacy, and financial technology on financial inclusion with financial self-efficacy as a mediating variable among students of the Faculty of Economics and Business at public universities in Surabaya. This research uses a quantitative approach, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 209 respondents selected using purposive sampling. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS software. The results show that financial attitude and financial literacy do not significantly affect financial self-efficacy, while financial technology has a significant effect. Furthermore, financial attitude and financial technology have a positive effect on financial inclusion, whereas financial literacy does not show a significant effect. The mediation test reveals that financial self-efficacy only mediates the relationship between financial literacy and financial inclusion. These findings emphasize the importance of strengthening self-efficacy and utilizing digital financial technology as effective strategies to encourage student participation in formal financial systems.
