Intangible cultural heritage is intangible, like concepts and technologies. And its nature can pass and disappear over time as the times evolve such as language, music, dance, ceremonies, and various other structured behaviors. American popular culture is all forms of thought, action, or belief that imply a mass product. The animated film Raya and the Last Dragon is an American popular cultural product that contains the cultural heritage of Indonesia, including batik, keris, and silat. American popular culture is perpetuating the indigenous cultural heritage of Indonesia through the screening of this animated film. The preservation of local culture is respected through the dissemination of films by taking elements of plot, background, figure and consolidation. The theory used is from Wellek and Warren that deals with the intrinsic elements of a literary work, and is supported by the American popular culture theory of Derry Mayendra.

Abstract

Public services in government administration must be realized immediately in order to create good governance. E-procurement as a website is an auction system for the procurement of goods and services by the government using internet-based technology, information and communication tools, but the problems that occur with this system are not yet running effectively in terms of timeliness, cost accuracy, choice accuracy and precision. targets and problems of lack of human resource capacity and supporting infrastructure, the grand theory used is timeliness, cost accuracy, choice accuracy and target accuracy. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods using techniques to obtain data through observation, interviews and documentation. This research used 13 informants who were determined purposively, consisting of the Head of the Goods and Services Procurement Section of the Gayo Lues Regency Government and his staff, e-procurement operators, some participants in the goods/services procurement auction and some residents of the Gayo Lues Regency community. To overcome the various weaknesses that exist in the conventional goods/services procurement process, the government has introduced an innovation in the procurement of goods/services in the public sector, namely e-procurement. The conclusion of this research is the Effectiveness of the E-Procurement System in Procurement of goods and services at the Gayo Lues Regency Government has not been effective, this can be seen from four indicators of effectiveness, namely timeliness, cost accuracy, choice accuracy and target accuracy, as well as obstacles for the Gayo Lues Regency Government in implementing the e-procurement system in the procurement of goods and services. two, namely Human Resource Barriers and Infrastructure Barriers.

Abstract

PT. Putra Perkasa Abadi is one of the coal mining contractors in the IUP (Mining Business License) area of PT. Borneo Indobara. With the increasing production targets for overburden and coal getting, one of the key performance indicators to determine the optimal performance of mechanical equipment in coal mining is monitoring the UA value during mining activities. Data shows that the delay change shift activity affects a production loss of 2 hours. To maximize working hours, it is necessary to improve the delay during operating standby change shift. This effort involves the Hot Seat Change Shift method using a Boarding Gate in the Change Shift Area. This has reduced the figure to 0.65 hours or increased by 6% from the initial UA.

Abstract

The Integrated Rail Transit of Jabodebek (LRT Jabodebek) has emerged as a significant alternative mode of transportation for Jakarta residents, covering a route of 42 km with service lines: Cibubur-Cawang, Cawang Dukuh Atas and Jatmulya Cawang, incorporating a total of 18 stations. Using electricity as the motor energy source, LRT Jabodebek converts the power supply of 20 kV from PLN into a direct current of 750 volts. With a headway of only 3 minutes and numerous stations, LRT Jabodebek demonstrates substantial potential for regenerative braking. Regenerative braking is a phenomenon where the kinetic energy of the train is converted into electrical energy during braking, allowing the train to generate electricity every time it brakes. This research utilizes the E-Trax software to simulate regenerative braking in LRT Jabodebek, aiming to determine the energy consumption values during normal operations and the utilization of regenerative braking energy with different timetable peak load operation and peak off load operation. The results show that the use of regenerative braking for energy recovery can reduce energy consumption by up to 15.65% at peak load and 15.43% at peak load.
