Abstract

This study aims to examine and classify women's writing styles in Indonesian novels from a stylistic perspective. The contribution of the results of this study is to provide a description of the authorship style of women in the novel. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method with a stylistic study approach. Data analysis using content analysis. The research data are related to linguistic aspects which include diction, grammatical arrangement, and figurative language. The result of this research is that there are eight styles of female authorship in Indonesian novels. The style of authorship based on the aspect of the use of diction is classified into vulgar, regional, scientific, and popular styles. Meanwhile, the style of writing based on grammatical structure is repetition style. Furthermore, the style of writing based on figurative language is classified into satire, hyper, and fantasy styles. The eight styles of authorship show the characteristics of Indonesian women's writing styles in fiction in the form of novels.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan toponimi dan aspek penamaan desa-desa di Kecamatan Kumpeh ulu dan Kecamatan Taman Rajo, Kabupaten Muaro Jambi. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam Penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan etnografis dimana peneliti turun kelapangan untuk melalakukan wawancara dengan masyarakat. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan dua trianggulasi yaitu, trianggulasi data dan  trianggulasi teknik pengambilan data. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan toponim nama-nama desa yang ada di Kecamatan Kumpeh Ulu dan Kecamatan Taman Rajo tergolong dalam unsur Flora, Latar Rupa Bumi/Geomorfologis, Folklor dan Akronim, adapun aspeknya tergolong kedalam Aspek Perwujudan, Aspek Kemasyarakatan dan Aspek Kebudayaan. Aspek yang paling dominan dalam Toponimi nama desa-desa di 2 kecamatan di Kabupaten Muaro Jambi adalah aspek Perwujudan yaitu tergolong dalam Flora (tumbuh-tumbuhan).Kata Kunci: toponimi, aspek penamaan, Kabupaten Muaro Jambi. This study aimed to describe the toponym and naming aspects of the villages in Kumpeh Ulu District and Taman Rajo District, Muaro Jambi Regency. The method used in this research was descriptive qualitative with an ethnographic approach where the researcher went down to the field to conduct interviews with the society. The data analysis technique in this study used two triangulations, namely the triangulation of data and the triangulation of data collection techniques. The results in this study indicated that the toponym of the village names in Kumpeh Ulu and Taman Rajo Districts were classified as elements of flora,  earth / geomorphological background, folklore and acronyms, while the aspects of naming indicate to the Embodiment Aspects, Social Aspects and Cultural Aspects. The most dominant aspects in Toponym the names of villages in 2 sub-districts in Muaro Jambi Regency was the aspect of Embodiment and classified as Flora ( plants).Keywords: toponym, naming aspects, Muaro Jambi Regency

Abstract

This research aimed to express the implicature of forms and functions in the film Ajari Aku Islam. This research used descriptive qualitative research. The source of the research was the utterances among the characters in the film Ajari Aku Islam. The data were collected by listening and taking notes technique with advanced method of uninvolved conversation observation technique.The finding of the research in this film that the researcher found conventional and conversational implicatures. The forms of conversational implicature in this research was revealed through violation of the cooperative principle which included: a) the quantity maxim violation, b) the quality maxim violation, c) the relationship maxim violation, and d) the way maxim violation. Next, the functions of the implicature in the film Ajari Aku Islam were: a) the function of implicature in directive speech act, b) the implicature function in expressive speech act, c) the implicature function in assertive speech act, d) the implicature function in commissive speech act, and e) the function implicature in declarative speech act. Between conventional and conversational implicature, conversational implicature was more dominant. Likewise the maxim violation and the function implicature, both were equally dominant.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan relasi makna yang terdapat pada lirik lagu bahasa Batak Toba dalam album Duo Naimarata. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Januari 2022. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah lirik lagu yang berbahasa Batak Toba yang mengandung relasi makna. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik simak kemudian teknik catat. Dalam lagu bahasa Batak Toba terdapat banyak suku kata yang berbeda namun memiliki makna yang hampir sama. Misalnya pada lagu “Ho Do Na Parjolo” terdapat kata “manganju” dengan “mangantusi”. Kedua kata tersebut berbeda namun memiliki makna yang hampir sama yaitu sama-sama memahami perkataan lawan bicaranya. Dari album Bahasa Batak Toba dengan 22 buah lagu menunjukkan hasil penelitian 20 buah kesinoniman antara kata dengan kata, 2 kesinoniman antara kata dengan frase, 5 kesinoniman antara kalimat dengan kalimat, 7 antonimi dengan oposisi mutlak, 2 antonimi dengan oposisi kutub, 3 antonimi dengan oposisi hubungan, 3 yang berhiponimi, 2 memiliki polisemi dan 3 memiliki redundansi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan representasi perlawanan perempuan dalam film dokumenter Tanah Ibu Kami dengan menggunakan pendekatan Analisis Wacana Kritis Norman Fairclough. Sumber data penelitian ini berupa wacana film dokumenter Tanah Ibu Kami produksi The Gecko Project dan Mongabay, serta hasil wawancara dengan pihak-pihak terkait wacana film dokumenter Tanah Ibu Kami. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa cara film dokumenter Tanah Ibu Kami dalam merepresentasikan perlawanan perempuan, yakni melalui analisis dimensi teks yang ditemukan data sebanyak 78 fitur linguistik yang bertujuan untuk merepresentasikan perlawanan perempuan dalam memperjuangkan alam dan lingkungan. Data tersebut terdiri dari fitur linguistik penegasian sebanyak 37 data dan fitur modalitas sebanyak 41 data. Kemudian, melalui dimensi praktik diskurus diketahui bahwa dalam film ini The Gecko Project dan Mongabay sepenuhnya berpihak pada kaum perempuan yang melakukan perlawanan terhadap segala bentuk eksploitasi terhadap alam. Selain itu melalui praktik sosiokultural diketahui pula bahwa eksistensi perjuangan para perempuan dalam film ini, selain karena inisiatif yang dimiliki perempuan untuk ikut berjuang, aksi perlawanan mereka juga didukung oleh sejumlah laki-laki dalam komunitas masyarakat sosial yang memberikan kesempatan bagi perempuan untuk bersuara.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to describe the phonological aspect of 'Kita Saksikan' poem by Sapardi Djoko Damono. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method to explain the results of phonological aspect in Sapardi Djoko Damono's poem ‘Kita Saksikan’. Based on the results of the stylistic studies that have been carried out, it can be concluded that the poem 'Kita Saksikan' by Sapardi Djoko Damono is a type of poetry that has an efony orchestrated sound. Phonological elements in the form of alliteration are /d/, /k/, /l/ , /m/, /n/, /p/, /r/, /s/ and /t/ , assonance sounds are /a/, /u/, /i/ and /e/. The final rhyme is in the form of a-a-a-a, the inner rhyme is in the form of an, ak and am sounds.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan sejarah nama desa-desa di Kecamatan Kumpeh, Kabupaten Muaro Jambi Provinsi Jambi. Teknik pengumpulakan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik wawancara tidak terstruktur dan teknik rekam adapun teknik analisis datanya mengadaptasi teknik analisis data Mile dan Huberman yaitu mengumpulkan data, reduksi data, klasifikasi data dan menarik kesimpulan. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwasannya sejarah penamaan desa-desa di Kecamatan Kumpeh dilatarbelakangi oleh aspek perwujudan (Flora, latar rupa bumi/ geomorfologis), Aspek Masyarakat (interaksi sosial masyarakat dan aspek kebudayaan (folklore).

Abstract

Abstract: This research is entitled Morphophonemics of Jambi Malay in Danau Teluk District. In general, this study describes the morphophonemic processes that occur in Jambi Malay. The method used is descriptive method with a qualitative approach in explaining the morphophonemic process. The techniques used to obtain data are through observation, interviews, notes and records. The results of this study are that there are 4 phonemic changes in the morphophonemic process of Jambi Malay in Danau Teluk District. At the prefix {N-} if you meet a basic morpheme with the initial phoneme /p/ which changes to /m/. In the prefix {N-} if it meets a base morpheme with initial phonemes /t/ and /d/ it will change to phoneme /n/. If the prefix {N-} meets a base morpheme with initial phonemes /s/ and /c/ it will change to /?/. If the prefix {N-} meets a base morpheme with initial phonemes /k/,/a/ and /r/ it will change to /?/. Abstrak: Penelitian ini berjudul Morfofonemik Bahasa Melayu Jambi di Kecamatan Danau Teluk. Secara umum penelitian ini mendeskripsikan tentang proses morfofonemik yang terjadi dalam Bahasa Melayu Jambi. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dalam menjelaskan proses morfofonemik. Adapun teknik yang digunakan untuk memperoleh data yakni melalui observasi, wawancara, catat dan rekam. Hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat 4 perubahan fonem pada proses morfofonemik bahasa Melayu Jambi di Kecamatan Danau Teluk. Pada prefiks {N-} jika bertemu dengan morfem dasar dengan fonem awal /p/ yang berubah menjadi /m/. Pada prefiks {N-} jika bertemu dengan morfem dasar dengan fonem awal /t/ dan /d/ maka akan berubah menjadi fonem /n/. Prefiks {N-} jika bertemu dengan morfem dasar dengan fonem awal /s/ dan /c/ maka akan berubah menjadi /?/. Prefiks {N-} jika bertemu dengan morfem dasar dengan fonem awal /k/,/a/ dan /r/ maka akan berubah menjadi /?/.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan deviasi linguistik yang ada pada acara komedi Lapor Pak! Trans7. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik simak dan catat. Sumber data utama pada penelitian ini adalah tuturan pada acara komedi Lapor Pak! di Trans7 pada tanggal 4 Maret 2022 dengan judul “Kasus investasi bodong” durasi 44 menit 10 detik, 10 Maret 2022 dengan judul “Sistem keamanan kantor lapor pak diretas” durasi 44 menit 3 detik, 16 Maret 2022 dengan judul “Komandan beri target menyelesaikan kasus” durasi 44 menit 8 detik, 18 Maret 2022 dengan judul “Hasil medical check up pasukin, Kok penyakitan?” durasi 41 menit 37 detik, dan 31 Maret 2022 dengan judul “Pasukin dimarahin komandan gara-gara ada ojol menerobos parade MotoGP” durasi 40 menit 42 detik yang ditayangkan pada Youtube Trans7. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari tuturan yang diklasifikasikan berdasarakan unsur-unsur deviasi linguistik yang ada pada acara komedi Lapor Pak! Trans7. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa deviasi linguistik yang ada pada acara komedi Lapor Pak! di Trans 7, sejumlah 52 data deviasi lingusitik. Data tersebut terdiri dari 44 data deviasi fonologi, 3 data deviasi morfologi terkait permasalahan afiks, dan 5 data deviasi semantik. Abstract This study aims to describe the linguistic deviations that exist in the comedy show Lapor Pak! trans7. This research uses a descriptive method. Data collection uses the technique of observing and noting. The main data source in this study is the utterances on the comedy show Lapor Pak! on Trans7 on March 4 2022 with the title "The case of fraudulent investment" duration 44 minutes 10 seconds, March 10 2022 with the title "The security system of the report office has been hacked" duration 44 minutes 3 seconds, March 16 2022 with the title "Commander gives a target to resolve the case ” duration of 44 minutes 8 seconds, March 18 2022 with the title “Results of the medical check-up of the paramedics, why are you sick?” duration of 41 minutes 37 seconds, and 31 March 2022 with the title "Pasukin was scolded by the commander because an ojol broke through the MotoGP parade" with a duration of 40 minutes 42 seconds which was broadcast on Youtube Trans7. The data in this study were obtained from utterances that were classified based on the elements of linguistic deviation in the comedy show Lapor Pak! trans7. The results of the study show that there is a linguistic deviation in the comedy show Lapor Pak! in Trans 7, a total of 52 linguistic deviation data. The data consists of 44 phonological deviation data, 3 morphological deviation data related to affix problems, and 5 semantic deviation data.

Abstract

The sign system in poetry is an element that builds poetry. Therefore, each poem displays a different style based on the use of symbolic signs. The purpose of this study is to classify the style of authorship in Indonesian popular poetry based on the system of signs and symbolic meanings used by the author. The approach used to analyze the sign system and the symbolic meaning is a semiotic approach. The style of authorship is analyzed based on a stylistic approach. The method used for data analysis is a qualitative-descriptive method. The results showed that the sign system and symbolic meaning in Indonesian popular poems are signs in the form of symbols. The symbols are divided into four, namely symbols in the form of phonemes, words, sentences, and typography. Based on the system of signs and symbolic meanings, the styles of authorship in Indonesian popular poems are classified, namely: 1) styles that rely on phonemes; 2) word-based style; 3) sentence-based style, and 4) style that relies on typography. The conclusion of this research is that there are four sign systems and four types of writing styles. The style of authorship based on the sign system in the form of phonemes, words, sentences, and typography is the level of the sign system that is the center of meaning in a poem.
