Domestic waste is the largest contributor to the amount according to waste criteria. So according to Law Number 18 of 2008 concerning Waste Management, household waste has special specifications in its handling patterns, the use of cleaning materials generally causes households to produce toxic and dangerous waste which is designated as specific waste. Specific waste itself is regulated in Government Regulation Number 27 of 2020 concerning Specific Waste Management. The urgency of specific household waste management is that the correlation between the two policies has not been studied. The analysis of the approaches to these two policies aims to implement the most appropriate pattern for handling domestic hazardous and toxic waste. Based on calculation results, the generation of hazardous and toxic household waste in the Regency/City of West Java Province is estimated at 416.47 tons/day and there is no special handling yet. The integrated handling pattern is still not operational because these two policies do not yet have a relationship study, because the special characteristics of these two types of waste are in contrast to their decomposition properties.

In the current digital era, archive management plays a strategic role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of public services, especially in the licensing sector. Challenges in archival systems that are not yet integrated and limited access to information are the main obstacles to a fast and accurate licensing process. Optimizing archives is needed to support transparency, and accountability and improve the quality of public services. This research aims to examine the strategic role of archives in public services in the licensing sector and identify archive management strategies to support the efficiency of the licensing process. A descriptive qualitative approach was used in this research, with data obtained from relevant literature studies and interviews with archival practitioners. The conclusion of this research shows that effective and integrated archive management is the main key to speeding up the licensing process and improving the quality of public services. Digitization of archives and the application of information technology has been proven to increase information accessibility and operational efficiency. Apart from that, standardization of records management and human resource training are important factors in increasing competence in modern records management. Cooperation between agencies is also needed to ensure the effective integration of archival systems. Thus, optimizing archives has great potential to support the transformation of public services that are more responsive and quality.

The application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the context of higher education has increasingly drawn attention, especially with rapid technological advancements. One intriguing implementation of AI is ChatGPT, a generative language model capable of interacting naturally with users. In this study, we explore how ChatGPT can be utilized in campus learning in Indonesia using the Artificial Intelligent Learning System (AILS) and how its usage impacts curriculum development. Through literature analysis and case studies, we investigate various ways in which ChatGPT has been applied in the campus learning environment, including student-teacher interactions, learning assistance, and curriculum content development through AILS. We also consider the positive and negative impacts of using ChatGPT in the learning process, including increased efficiency, student engagement, and challenges that may arise in integrating this technology with existing curricula. The findings of this study provide valuable insights for education decision-makers, educators, and curriculum developers regarding the potential use of ChatGPT in the context of campus learning in Indonesia through AILS. We also highlight the need for collaboration between technology and educators in designing the right strategies to optimize the benefits of AI in enhancing the quality of higher education.

The research analyzes the chronology of the arrival of Austronesian speakers in the Java Sea Region, Indonesia, through absolute and relative dating analysis. Radiocarbon dating analysis of findings of human skeletons from research at the Leran and Plawangan Sites, Central Java Province, and the East Tamberu Site, East Java Province, shows significant dating, namely, far past historical times. Relative dating analysis is based on textual and artifactual data found contextually on Bawean Island in the Java Sea Region. The discovery of absolute and relative dating results can fill in the gaps in the chronology of the arrival of the Austronesian speakers in the Java Sea Region, the North Coast of Java, and the Madura Islands. Bawean Island is thought to be a transit area for Austronesian speakers, so absolute dating samples were taken from the closest and farthest sites from Bawean Island, namely Leran and Tamberu Timur sites. Meanwhile, 2 Long Grave Units were found on Bawean Island as relative dating samples. Both will provide information on the chronology of the arrival of Austronesian speakers in the Java Sea area.
