Abstract

This research aims to understand and analyze the concept of jihad in Islam. This journal writing method uses the Normative legal method using a conceptual approach. The study results show that jihad in Islam has a wider scope than war activities. It includes war and spending wealth and all efforts in order to support the religion of Allah SWT, fighting in the face of lust and Satan. Jihad is not only limited to carrying out war or violence, but there are many ways that Allah has given us to play an active role in the context of this form of worship. Jihad carried out in a peaceful form such as preaching, seeking knowledge, taking part in peace conferences is a beautifully conceptualized jihad that will minimize losses between both parties, especially Muslims.

Abstract

The development of Ibu Kota Nusantara (IKN) as the new capital of Indonesia has significant impacts on various community groups, including conservative communities residing in the affected areas. Legal certainty is key to ensuring that their rights are protected during the development process. This study aims to analyze the potential violations of land rights and legal protection of environmental rights for conservative communities in the context of the development of Ibu Kota Nusantara, including rights to land, culture, livelihood, and socio-economics. This study analyzes various regulations and policies implemented to sustain the lives of conservative communities and evaluates the effectiveness of existing legal mechanisms in protecting their interests. The research method used is a normative juridical approach with an analysis of applicable laws and regulations as well as related literature reviews. The results show that there are no comprehensive policies regulating the recognition of indigenous communities in the Ibu Kota Nusantara area, leading to overlapping recognition between different regulations. Thus, there is a risk of violations of land and environmental rights for conservative communities due to the development policies of Ibu Kota Nusantara, which have not fully considered legal certainty for the interests and rights of the conservative communities living there.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of implementing e-filing of Individual Annual SPT on SPT reporting compliance and its effectiveness at KPP Pratama Salatiga in the 2019-2022 period. The method used is quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research show that the implementation of e-filing does not have a significant effect on reporting compliance with Individual Annual Tax Returns with a significance value of 0.160 (p 0.05). However, there is a significant influence of the implementation of e-filing on the effectiveness of Annual SPT reporting with a significance value of 0.049 (p 0.05). ANOVA analysis shows that together, compliance (X1) and effectiveness (X2) do not have a significant influence on Annual SPT reporting (Y), with a significance value of 0.067 (p 0.05) and F count of 2.989 which is smaller than F table 3.32. The coefficient of determination shows that compliance and effectiveness together only contribute 18.1% to Annual SPT reporting, while 81.9% is influenced by other factors. However, the compliance and effectiveness variables together have a positive influence with a correlation value of r of 0.426, which is in the sufficient category (0.40-0.599). In conclusion, the implementation of e-filing is effective in increasing the efficiency of SPT reporting, but does not significantly affect taxpayer compliance in reporting their Annual SPT. This research provides insight for KPP Pratama Salatiga to continue to improve e-filing socialization and consider other factors that influence Annual SPT reporting compliance.

Abstract

The Maurek Bawang community in Nagari Aie Winter is in a peripheral position and has limited access to resources, opportunities and opportunities to improve their standard of living. This causes people to be trapped in a cycle of poverty. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative research method. The results found that the solution to overcome the marginalization that occurred was that the local government launched a comprehensive community empowerment program. This empowerment program covers various aspects, such as increasing agricultural productivity, opening market access, developing capacity and skills, strengthening local institutions, as well as partnerships with related institutions. Even though this program has shown positive results, such as increasing productivity and income, there are still challenges that must be faced, such as limited natural resources, inadequate infrastructure, limited access to capital and technology, as well as climate change and natural disasters. To overcome these challenges, close cooperation and collaboration is needed between the government, related institutions and society itself.

Abstract

Numerous studies indicate that consonants are more highly valued for lexical interpretation than vowels because of the richer and more powerful distinctions they can make. Consonants appear to be the most important phoneme for differentiating between lexical items in most language systems. Cross-linguistically, consonants are more common than vowels. The title "The Role Of Vowels And Consonants In English Language Learning" would be better served by a descriptive study. The purpose of this research is to examine how consonants function in language development, with an emphasis on their articulation and acquisition. The purpose of a descriptive study is to provide readers a thorough grasp of the subject of the investigation. Learners who experience immersion language situations or early exposure to English tend to acquire consonants more quickly. It is crucial to remember that every learner is different when it comes to the acquisition of consonants, and some students may find it difficult to make particular sounds correctly. The phonetic variations between the learner's native language and English may have an impact on this, making it harder for them to recognize and produce novel sounds.
