Abstract

The increase in tourist visits post-pandemic at water tourism destinations in Klaten Regency has led to cross-sector collaboration between the Association of Water Tourism Managers and the Department of Culture, Youth, and Sports, and Tourism. This research aims to uncover the collaborative communication model between the association and the department post-pandemic. Employing a qualitative approach with a phenomenological methodology, the study is conducted across all water tourism sites affiliated with the association. Data collection involves interviews with government officials and tourism managers, along with on-site observations and the analysis of existing documents. The collaboration has evolved in response to the initial conditions presented by the COVID-19 pandemic. The collaborative process encompasses dialogue, trust-building, commitment to the process, and shared understanding. The outcomes of this cross-sector collaboration include training initiatives geared towards supporting the increase in tourist visits. This research sheds light on how the collaboration unfolds under the backdrop of the initial condition, namely the COVID-19 pandemic. The collaborative process involves a series of steps, from dialogue to building trust, commitment to the collaborative process, and sharing understanding. The ultimate result of this cross-sector collaboration is the implementation of training programs aimed at bolstering the influx of tourists.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty. This research is conducted at Boncafe Pentacity Mall Balikpapan in 2024 where the researcher is face to face with the respondents. Respondents in this study are loyal visitors who visit more than once, the number of respondents in this study is set at 50 respondents by using Likert scale sampling technique to assess the variables under study. Data analysis was carried out through a series of statistical tests, including validity and reliability tests to ensure instrument reliability, as well as coefficient of determination analysis, multiple linear regression, t test, and F test to test the research hypothesis.The results of this study indicate that: There is a direct positive effect of Service Quality on Satisfaction. There is a direct positive effect of Satisfaction on Loyalty. There is a direct positive effect of Service Quality on Loyalty. There is an indirect positive effect of Service Quality on Loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to use a quantitative approach to the phenomena that occur at BSI KC Meulaboh Imam Bonjol. The data method used in this study is the Accidental Sampling technique with a sample of 86 BSI KC Meulaboh Imam Bonjol customers. The data used are Primary data and Secondary data. The data analysis techniques that will be used are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, Hypothesis Testing using SPSS22 Software and Determination Coefficient. The results of this test state that the Influence of Trust and Service Quality Affects Customer Satisfaction of Gold Installments at Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Meulaboh Imam Bonjol.

Abstract

The wellbeing of its citizens must be prioritized if a strong nation is to be realized. especially with regard to establishing a calm and harmonious household. Laws and regulations also make this right evident. Nonetheless, there are still unsolved problems in society, such as the existence of women who are victims of domestic abuse. Therefore, it is decided that a research from the standpoint of human rights is required. Because the research object is domestic violence, normative research is used in this study. From a human rights viewpoint, the primary subject of discussion is the legal protections available to women who are victims of domestic abuse. The study employed many research methodologies, including the statute.

Abstract

Learning the book Fathul Qorib is a way of delivering fiqh material in learning. So that the students can understand and conclude problems regarding religious jurisprudence material such as procedures for purification, prayer procedures, tayamum, caring for corpses and others. This article is a case study with a qualitative approach, the results of this research are an understanding of fiqh material through a study of the book Fathul Qorib. In the process of understanding the science of fiqh, fiqh teachers use the bandongan, takror and practice methods. The bandongan method is a method in which there is an ustadz who reads, translates and explains the contents of the yellow book, then the students listen, interpret and listen to the ustadz's reading. The takror method is a discussion method that discusses Fiqh in depth and solves actual problems based on ibarot from the yellow book which is carried out in Islamic boarding schools. The takror method is carried out by providing opportunities to ask questions according to the fasl discussed in the study of the Fathul Qorib book. Based on the results of activities to understand fiqh through studying the book of Fathul Qarib at the Mahir Arryadl Islamic boarding school, it can be concluded that students can increase their knowledge and understanding of fiqh material through studying Fathul Qorib, and can apply it in everyday life.

Abstract

A crisis hit the Directorate General of Customs and Excise (DJBC) in April 2024, triggered by the widespread virality of issues related to delivered goods on social media. These viral issues included Radhika Althaf's shoe issue, Ijal Zaid's SLB aid issue, and Medy Renaldy's toy issue. This study aims to examine how DJBC's crisis management efforts worked to restore public trust. The research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. The findings indicate that DJBC's crisis management is divided into three main stages: pre-crisis, including preparation, prevention, and issue detection and identification; crisis, which involves issue assessment, data collection, determination of crisis communication strategies, and execution of crisis communication; and post-crisis, which includes monitoring and evaluation, continued communication, and learning from the crisis. This study shows that DJBC's crisis management SOP aligns with crisis management concepts proposed by experts. Crisis communication efforts during the crisis included a personal approach, initial social media handling, crisis response content, media briefings, the use of KBPJ spokespersons, bolstering, and the use of a primary spokesperson.

Abstract

Mineral water plays an important role in maintaining human health and life. It helps to keep the human body hydrated and maintain the function of organs, regulates body temperature, and helps in the process of digestion and absorption of nutrients. Le Minerale is present as bottled drinking water that is considered healthy and safe for consumption because it is BPA free. Furthermore, it also has quality and guaranteed quality content because it comes directly from mountain springs. This provides the consumer with a fresh, unique flavour characteristic, namely a sweet taste in the mineral water. The digital era, especially social media, which continues to grow rapidly, presents an increasingly complex challenge for Le Minerale. This encourages the need for efforts to conduct media monitoring to track and monitor positive sentiment, mentions, and reach on social media. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative netnography approach, utilising media monitoring analytical tools Brand24. The data collected by the Brand24 platform are derived from social media sources, including TikTok and Twitter.

Abstract

The low student learning outcomes are because students sometimes have their own emotions in terms of understanding the place and teacher in the classroom during the learning process. Students' emotional intelligence can be said to vary from one student to another. A person's emotional intelligence, namely being able to realize and manage one's own emotions. The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of emotional intelligence on student learning outcomes in Indonesian language subjects in class XII. 11 SMA Negeri 5 Palembang. The research method used is descriptive method because this research aims to describe the effect of emotional intelligence on student learning outcomes in Indonesian language subjects in class XII. 11 SMA Negeri 5 Palembang. The population in this study were all students of class XII. 11 totaling 30 people consisting of 16 female students and 14 male students. While the sample in this study was taken from the entire population of 30 people. Measuring instruments in research are usually called research instruments, which are tools used in collecting data. Data analysis in this study is descriptive. It is known that there is an influence of students' emotional intelligence on the learning outcomes of students in class XII.11 at SMA Negeri 5 Palembang by 70%. This shows that students' emotional intelligence affects learning outcomes as well. Every learner must have learning activities in the knowledge of Indonesian Language, the knowledge possessed depends on the student's emotional self. Each learner has different emotional intelligence in utilizing their emotions. If students are able to use their emotional intelligence well, then in learning they will be more responsible and disciplined, so that it will indirectly affect their learning outcomes.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of service quality, price and product innovation on purchasing decisions at Mie Gacoan Kediri which is located at Jl. Urip Sumoharjo No. 88, Kaliombo, District. City, Kediri City. This research uses descriptive quantitative research with incidental sampling techniques with a population of all Mie Gacoan Kediri consumers Jl. Urip Sumoharjo who is unknown and a sample of 100 respondents obtained using the Lemeshow method. The analysis techniques used in this research are instrument tests, classical assumption tests and hypothesis tests in the form of multiple linear regression tests, coefficient of determination, t tests, and F tests. The results of the research show that the service quality variable has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions partially. , the price variable has no significant positive effect on service quality partially, the product innovation variable has no significant positive effect on purchasing decisions partially, and the service quality, price and product innovation variables have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions simultaneously.

Abstract

Character education is very important for students because it forms a better person. The formation of student character is influenced by family, community, and school factors. Schools are one of the main places in character formation because students spend a lot of time at school with teachers, peers, and other adults. This study aims to analyze the role of the school environment in shaping the character of students at SD Al Washliyah 15 Medan. The school environment, which includes social interactions, policies, facilities, and the involvement of teachers and staff, plays an important role in the formation of student character. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model, which involves data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that a positive school environment is able to shape character values such as discipline, responsibility, cooperation, and honesty in students. This conclusion is expected to provide insight for schools in strengthening the role of the school environment in shaping students' character as a whole.
