<![CDATA[This research aims to describe the representation of the self-concept of a woman who lives in a boarding school environment. The object of study in this research is the novel Perempuan Berkalung Sorban by Abidah El Khalieqy and Bidadari Bermata Bening by Habiburrahman El Shirazy. The method used in presenting the results of the analysis is the qualitative descriptive method. Researchers conducted a literature search of the two manuscripts to collect research data which was then carried out comparative literature. The approach taken is Literary Psychology with Sigmund Freud's self-concept psychoanalysis. The data discussed in this study: (1) Analysis of the intrinsic elements of the narrative of the two novels (2) Struggle for achievement, (3) Struggle to get the right of true love, (4) Attitude in facing accusations of slander for adultery. The results showed that the characters Nisa in PBS and Ayna in BBB received education and upbringing in a pesantren environment. This encourages her id, ego, and superego to influence her attitudes, actions, and thoughts intelligently, bravely, and critically in facing inner conflicts in her life.]]>

<![CDATA[Learning Arabic is not easy. So we must be able to choose ways or methods to use in the learning process that can increase students’ interest and ability in maharag Qiro’ah. Here I only use the Qiro’ah method wuth the aim that students can read well and correctly. The implementation of the Qiro’ah method Arabic language learning is carried out it several stages, including preparation stage the teacher first introduces hijaiyyah letters and Arabic numbers meanwhile, the implementation stage consists of initial activities with a classical or private system. And in the evaluation stage, teachers carry out daily or weekly evaluations which aim to find out the extent of their abilities in learning maharah Qiro’ah.]]>

<![CDATA[Religious moderation is an important concept in maintaining harmony and social stability in Indonesia, a country with a very wide diversity of religions and cultures. This study aimed to examined the concept of religious moderation in Indonesia. Using a literature review approach, this paper analyzed various sources of religious moderation literature. The results of the study concluded that religious moderation in Indonesia is driven by several main factors, including the values of Pancasila, the role of religious figures and organizations, and government policies through the Ministry of Religious Affairs. Religious moderation is considered a solution to prevent radicalization, promote tolerance between religious communities, and maintain social cohesion. Religious moderation in Indonesia must continue to be supported by various parties, including the government, community organizations, and religious leaders, through inclusive policies, moderate religious education, and constructive interfaith dialogue.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aimed to investigate the effect of self-efficacy on academic burnout among working students in Makassar. This study included 100 working students aged 17 to 25 from Makassar. The measurement instrument were using academic burnout scale and the self-efficacy scale. The sample was collected using the accidental sampling method. This study used a quantitative method with simple regression analysis. The results showed a significant value of 0.000, implying that self-efficacy influences academic burnout among working students in Makassar. The R squared value of 0.184 indicates that self-efficacy contributes 18.4% to academic burnout. The study's implications were to contribute to science development related to academic burnout and slf-efficacy, as well as to serve as a resource for students and educators interested in minimizing academic burnout and enhancing self-efficacy.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the comparison of accounting students' understanding in tax learning, both from theoretical and practical perspectives. Using a survey method, this research involved 31 accounting students from several universities in Indonesia who had taken tax courses. The results show that most students have a better understanding of tax theory than its practice. The main challenges faced include limited internship opportunities and insufficient use of real case studies in the learning process. Additionally, students struggle to comprehend the evolving tax regulations, especially due to the complex legal language used. To enhance students' understanding, integrating theory and practice needs to be strengthened by increasing practical opportunities through internships, simulations, and the use of technology in tax education. This study suggests that universities collaborate with industries to provide more practical experiences for students, preparing them better for the challenges of taxation in the professional world.]]>

<![CDATA[This article discusses the discrimination that occurred on Rempang Island due to the construction of Eco City. This study was conducted to first find out the regulations on Land Use Authority in Batam City, especially Rempang Island, to find out the concept of legal protection for communities with land rights status in the Rempang Island area, and to find out how the government's development communication efforts are in handling this case. The method used in this article is a literature review, which is a systematic approach used to collect, analyze, and synthesize information from various sources that are relevant to the research topic. The results of this study indicate that there is a conflict between the Rempang Island community and the government regarding the construction of Eco City and how legal efforts and the government are to overcome this problem. From this conflict, development communication needs to be carried out effectively so that discrimination does not occur which results in conflict between indigenous peoples and the government.]]>

<![CDATA[This study discusses the law of buying and selling gold on credit from the perspective of Islamic economics law. Gold has a special status in fiqh muamalah, especially because of its nature as a currency and commodity. In buying and selling transactions, certain conditions must be met, especially related to regulations or sharia principles regarding buying and selling related to usurious goods such as gold. Credit transactions, which allow payments to be made in installments or postponed, are controversial due to concerns about usury. This study will explore the views of scholars and Islamic financial institutions on this transaction, as well as recommendations for gold buying and selling practices in accordance with sharia principles. Buying and selling gold on credit is a contract for the transfer of assets such as gold from one person to another which is carried out through credit. This study aims to describe activities regarding buying and selling carried out through credit. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research type, through a study of various literature and criticizing the problems found in the field if the sale contract. Sales carried out on credit in the context of gold as currency. Furthermore, sales on the law of gold buying and selling should only be able to trade gold when the contract is in cash and the value is the same, but if the status of gold is a commodity, then buying and selling gold on credit is permissible. ]]>

Maslahah Mursalah is a benefit whose existence is not supported by sharia and is not rejected by sharia through detailed evidences. Maslahah mursalah is a method of legal istinbat that can be accepted by the majority of jurists. The implementation of maslahah mursalah will allow Islamic law to adapt to changes and developments in the modern economy. The implementation of this concept ensures that economic decisions are oriented towards the good and the wider community. In addition, maslahah mursalah can also support the principles of sustainability in the economy. <![CDATA[Research background found a female student in Mts HM whose morals were only based on intention, for example, when someone is in trouble, the student often ignores them, which does not make morals a foundation and reference. This study aims to determine the professionalism of Akidah Akhlak teachers, the impact of the professionalism of Akidah Akhlak teachers on the guidance of female students' morals, supporting factors and obstacles to the guidance of female students' morals in MtsHM. This is a qualitative descriptive research method. Data collection is done through observation techniques, interviews, and documentation, as well as interviews with the vice principal, Akidah Akhlak teachers, and 3 female students. Then the researcher directly goes into the field. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the professionalism of Akidah Akhlak teachers in MtsHM is already included in professional teachers. The impact of teachers in guiding morals is teaching students to help each other. The inhibiting and supporting factors of moral guidance are environmental factors.]]>
