Abstract

Complete learning assumes that under the right conditions all students will be able to learn well and obtain maximum learning results on all the material studied. This research aims to determine the effect of the Thorough learning model on the learning outcomes of Aqidah Morals material on Living a Noble Life by Respecting Parents and Teachers. The method used in this research is a quantitative research method. The results of the calculation of the average pre-test and post-test scores can be stated that the results of learning Aqidah Akhlak in the Noble Living material by Respecting Parents and Teachers in the experimental class after the treatment was applied were from 57.00 to 82.50. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence on the use of the Complete Learning model on the learning outcomes of Aqidah Morals material on Living a Noble Life by Respecting Parents and Teachers at MA An-Nidomiyah Cilegon.

Abstract

This research aims to (1) 1. Analyze the scale of seaweed farming businesses in Bakealu Village, South Wakorumba District, Muna Regency., 2) Analyze the Cost Structure of Seaweed Farming Based on business scale in Bakealu Village, South Wakorumba District, Muna Regency. 3) Analyze the income and feasibility of seaweed farmers based on the scale of farming in Bakealu Village, South Wakorumba District, Muna Regency. The population in this research is Seaweed farmers in Bakealu Village, South Wakorumba District, 60 families. Determining the research sample was carried out using the census sampling technique method because all members of the  pupulation were sampled, where the total population was 30 seaweed farmers, so the total number of respondents was 30 people. Data analysis uses revenue, income and R/C ratio analysis. The research results show that income in this research is grouped based on the business scale that has been determined. scale I income is IDR 28.421.988, scale II income is IDR 14.959.668, and scale III income is IDR 13.367.201.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the competency of human resources at the Jakarta Marine Corps Base (LANMAR Jakarta) to support the duties of the Marine Corps. This research uses a qualitative approach to gain an in-depth understanding of the competencies possessed by human resources at LANMAR Jakarta as well as the factors that influence their competencies. The research method used was in-depth interviews and observations of LANMAR Jakarta personnel. Data obtained from interviews and observations were analyzed using a thematic approach. Data were analyzed inductively by identifying main themes that emerged from interviews and observations. The research results show that human resources at LANMAR Jakarta have quite good competence in supporting the duties of the Marine Corps. Competencies discovered include tactical ability, leadership, technical skills, and military knowledge. However, there are several factors that influence the competency of human resources at LANMAR Jakarta, including access to training and development, recognition of work achievements, and the use of technology to support operational activities. The conclusion of this research is that the competency of human resources at LANMAR Jakarta is quite good in supporting the duties of the Marine Corps. However, there are several areas that need attention to improve competence, such as developing technical skills in the fields of communications, information technology and logistics management. This research's recommendations include increasing access to training and development, implementing clear recognition and reward systems, better use of information technology, and increasing collaboration with educational institutions and other institutions.

Abstract

This research aims to understand and describe (1) How is the implementation oof the Bone Bolango tourism development policy, specifically in the botubarani whale shark tourism (2) Determining factors for the success of the implementation of Bone Bolango tourism development policy, particularly in botubarani whale shark tourism. The research employs qualitative with descriptive reaserch type. Data collection methods include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis utilizes the Huberman model. This research also found thet implementing the Bone Bolango toutism development policy, particulary in Botubarani wahel shark tourism, has been effectively executed according to the planning in RIPPDA Number 2 of 2013. However, the govermenment should plan additional attractions for Botubarani whale shark tourism. The execution has followed the plans, but the local government should pay more attention to the facilities available at Botubarani whale shark tourism, and evaaluations are conducted every six months. However, challenges include the formation factor, where there is still a lack of specific information giving structures such as the Touris Information Center (TIC), anf the community has yet to fully exploit the potentials available within this tourism site, such as establishing seafood culinary businesses considering it is a marine/oceanic tourism site.

Abstract

Foreign exchange reserves are an important monetary indicator that demonstrates the economic strength of a country. The size of the foreign exchange reserve is determined by the international economic activities carried out by the country with various factors that influence it. This research aims to determine the influence of exports, exchange rates, and inflation on foreign exchange reserves in Indonesia. The data used in this research is secondary data spanning from 2018 to 2023. The analytical method used in this research is multiple regression using the Eviews 12 software system. The results indicate that, partially, exports have a positive and significant effect on foreign exchange reserves, the exchange rate variable has no effect on foreign exchange reserves and inflation has a negative and significant effect on foreign exchange reserves. Exports, exchange rates, and inflation simultaneously have a significant influence on foreign exchange reserves.

Abstract

This research aims to ascertain and analyze This study employed a quantitative method with simple regression analysis. The population for this study was 34 employees at the Office of Archives and Library of Gorontalo Province. Moreover, the sample consisted of the entire population using the saturation sampling method. Based on the results of hypothesis testing/partial t-test, which demonstrated that the calculated t-value exceeded the tabulated value (2,738 1,693), and the significance value (0,001) was lower than the alpha probability value (0,05). Based on this explanation, it can be concluded that the hypothesis of this study was accepted or Ho was rejected, and Ha was confirmed, indicating that, individually, the Archival Management variable had a positive and significant influence on Employee Work Efficiency at the Office of Archives and Library of Gorontalo Province. The magnitude of the influence of archival management on employee work efficiency at the Office of Archives and Library of Gorontalo Province was 30,4%, while the remaining 69,6% was influenced by factors such as; work desire, work abulity, and work skills in performing tasks.

Abstract

SWOT analysis is one of several tools available to analyze marketing strategy, as an environmental analysis that takes into account the internal and external factors that influence the company. With the rapid growth of various business fields, including culinary, it provides opportunities for MSME owners, especially in the culinary sector, to be helped by technology to promote their products, one of which is the seblak product which has always been a favorite of the Indonesian people. This research explains the reasons behind product competitiveness and the strategies implemented by Seblak BG (Bang Galih) to increase its sales. This research uses two data collection methods, namely literature review and study observation. From the SWOT matrix analysis table, it can be concluded that MSME Seblak BG has good advantages and opportunities so that it has good competitiveness.

Abstract

This research aims to look at the short-term and long-term relationship between variables inflation, Gross Domestic Product and Return on Assets sector companies of agricultural, forestry and fisheries listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange on Foreign Direct Investment in Indonesian period 2008 to 2022. One of the reason for choosing this sector because this sector absorbs the largest workforce during period 2020 to 2022. With the number of workers in 2022 amounting to 38.7 million people. This research uses quantitative methods with panel data type and data sources from the Central Bureau of Statistics, Bank Indonesian, Ministry of Trade, and ESG Intelligence. Using the analysis method Panel Vector Error Correction Model. Based on the results show that the short-term inflation variable has a positive effect and the long-term has negative effect on Foreign Direct Investment in Indonesian. The Gross Domestic Product variable has no effect in the short and long term on Foreign Direct Investment in Indonesian. The Return on Assets variable has negative effect in the short term and positive effect in the long term on Foreign Direct Investment in Indonesian.

Abstract

Field experience practice (PPL) is a program for student practicum activities through learning in peer teaching and actual classroom learning practices. The implementation of this PPL was carried out at Sunan Giri University Surabaya with the aim of increasing understanding regarding the content, relationships and benefits of the Al Quran for human life. The results of the Practical Field Experience Evaluation (PPL) have provided a lot of valuable knowledge and experience for practical students. The theories obtained in lectures can be implemented well in this PPL. Any deficiencies can be covered by the presence of a supervisor so that the self-introspection and evaluation process can run well. This really helps practical students to prepare themselves to enter the real world. Apart from learning, practical students also gain experience in terms of administration and management which students who do not have a PPL program may not necessarily get. So this PPL really helps improve the quality of Islamic Religious Education postgraduate students. PPL runs well, smoothly and according to expectations. Practicing students gain a lot of experience and lecturers also feel helped by having practicums.

Abstract

Fermentation is a food processing technique that has been used for a long time and offers increased shelf life and sensory quality of the product. One of the microorganisms that has great potential as a fermentation starter is amylolytic yeast which has the ability to break down starch into simple sugars through the enzyme amylase. This research aims to review the potential of amylolytic yeast in the fermentation of livestock food products, covering various types, characteristics and applications in the livestock product food industry. This research uses a literature review method from various scientific sources in the last 10 years. The analysis results revealed the characteristics of amylolytic yeast, including tolerance to environmental variations and adaptability to various food substrates. Various types of yeast such as Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Candida, Debaryomycces have been proven effective in improving sensory quality, nutritional value, and production efficiency in livestock food products.
