Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the impact of online games on character changes in children with research methods using qualitative methods with data collection techniques in the form of interviews and questionnaires. The author found that the impact of this online game can change the attitude or character of students from being diligent to being more lazy, children also do not respond to their parents' calls when parents ask their children for help. However, the parenting style of the parents influences changes in the child's attitude and character. When parents limit the hours they use gadgets, there are not many changes experienced by children, they are still willing to learn.

Abstract

Untuk sosialisasi pemahaman dan pelaksanaan ajaran islam, maka perlu di rumuskan materi dakwah yang mampu mentransfer nilai nilai syari’at islam secara kaffah ke dalam masyarakat. Tentu banyak jalan yang dapat di tempuh untuk menyampaikan pesan pesan ajaran ilahi dan mampu merubah prilaku masyarakat dalam mengamalkan ajaran agamanya. Potensi daerah ikut menentukan cepat atau lambatnya upaya peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat dalam beramal. Seorang da’i di tuntut menguasai medan dakwah yaitu mengetahui keadaan dan kondisi umat, karakter masyarakat, pemahaman awal masyarakat terhadap ajaran agamanya, serta mampu memprediksi kekuatan dan kelemahan terhadap objek dakwah. Oleh karena itu dengan menguasai medan dakwah , seorang da’i dapat memebenah diri, menyusun taktik dan strategi serta mampu mengevaluasi tingkat keberhasilan dakwah . Kesadaran relegius dari sebagian masyarakat akan terusik, apalagi tingkat perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan masyarakat tidak berimbang dengan arus globalisasi akan terjadi pemaksaan untuk menerima sesuatu yang bersifat rasionalis- materialis. Akibatnya akan mengurangi nilai nilai etis budaya dan agama, seperti syirik kepada Allah , kurangnya rasa hormat pada orangtua. Maraknya kebebasan yang tidak terkawal yang mengarah kepada perbuatan maksiat dikalangan generasi muda . dan lain sebagainya. Untuk meningkatkan kesadaran beragama masyarakat di tengah tengah gencarnya arus liberalisme, maka menyusun materi dakwah sangat di perlukan sebagai pola pendekatan persuasif dalam membina ke pribadian seseorang untuk tunduk dan patuh pada ajaran agamanya.

Abstract

Motivation is seen as the spirit and internal drive that encourages a person to achieve certain goals. Motivation as one of the factors that can affect the improvement of students' learning achievement. This study aims to analyze the relationship of extrinsic motivation in encouraging students' learning achievement. This type of research is a qualitative literature review by critically evaluating the results of previous literature research. The data used is secondary data obtained from various references to previous research journals. The results in this study suggest that extrinsic motivation is able to encourage students to achieve individual learning achievements. Due to various influencing factors such as the environment, support from parents, teachers, and peers.

Abstract

The role of the Supervision Team for Beliefs and Religious Sects (PAKEM) towards belief organizations in order to make efforts to overcome them by carrying out activities such as coordination meetings, conducting supervision and conducting dialogue with belief organizations, legal information and cooperation with agencies or government officials included in PAKEM and repressive efforts such as criminalization if indications of abuse and blasphemy are found. Obstacles for the Supervision Team for Beliefs and Religious Sects in supervising religious organizations. The absence of PAKEM standard operating procedures regarding specific rules regarding the implementation of PAKEM in the field. Limited facilities and infrastructure, lack of socialization regarding the existence of the PAKEM team. Optimizing the role of the Supervision Team for Beliefs and Religious Sects (PAKEM) towards belief organizations so that PAKEM standard operating procedures are immediately designed, so that there is procurement of facilities and infrastructure, so that socialization (counseling) is held routinely and comprehensively in the province from the district/city level regarding the existence and existence of the PAKEM team.

Abstract

Language teaching in primary schools plays a key role in developing language skills, including reading, writing, speaking and listening. However, listening skills are often overlooked, even though they are important for understanding and good communication. Listening lessons in elementary school are an important part of learning Indonesian because listening is the functional basis for expressing word symbols to other people. This study uses a literature study method to collect data from various related literature. The results show that advanced listening skills involve understanding complex information and extracting deeper meaning. Advanced listening learning methods include direct, communicative, integrative, thematic, constructivist and contextual methods, each with its own goals and characteristics in developing listening skills. Advanced listening skills are very important for students as they help in understanding subjects and overall development of language skills. Therefore, language teaching in elementary schools must pay attention to the importance of listening skills as an integral part of holistic language learning.d

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze whether Earning Per Share, Price Earning Ratio, Operating Costs, Operating Income have a significant effect on the Loan to Deposit Ratio in Private Banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2023 period. The research methodology used is the quantitative descriptive method. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data, namely data obtained in the form of numbers or figures. The data source is secondary data. Secondary data was obtained from www.idx.co.id to obtain the financial statements of Private Banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2023 period. The population in this study is the financial statements of Private Banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2023 period as many as 23 companies. The sample of this study amounted to 75 financial statements from 15 Private Banks Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2023. The data was analyzed using the multiple linear regression analysis method. The results of the analysis provide the equation Loan to Deposit Ratio = 0.984 + 0.000 Earning Per Share - 0.001 Price Earning Ratio - 0.116 Operating Costs Operating Income + e. The results of the study indicate that partially the variable has no influence but significant Earning Per Share on Loan to Deposit Ratio with tcount ttable values, namely -3.211 1.993 with a significant value 0.05, namely 0.002 0.05, then hypothesis 1 (first) in this study can be accepted.

Abstract

This research aims to conduct an in-depth analysis of the factors that hinder students from starting a business while still active in higher education, taking into account the perspective of experience and the limitations they face. Qualitative research methods were used to collect data through in-depth interviews with a number of students who had faced obstacles in starting their business during college. The research results show that there are several factors that are the main obstacles, including limited academic time, limited capital and financial resources, risk uncertainty, lack of business experience, and lack of support and understanding from the surrounding environment, including family. The implication of these findings is the importance of developing more holistic entrepreneurship education programs and more intensive support from related parties to help students overcome these obstacles and start their businesses with more confidence and success.

Abstract

Islamic banking, as part of the Islamic financial structure, plays a role in economic development. However, many still consider the Islamic banking system to be similar to the conventional banking system. This perception is based on the additional elements of loans for Islamic banks and deposits for customers of Islamic banks. Upon deeper examination, this view is incorrect because although there are similarities between Islamic and conventional banking, they have fundamental differences. Islamic banking activities are based on Sharia principles. Services in payment transactions between banks and other parties for deposit placement or business financing, among other activities, are based on principles such as mudarabah, musyarakah, murabahah, and ijarah. In contrast, conventional banking provides services in payment transactions with the principle of interest rate determination as the price, for both savings products and loans (credit) given based on a certain interest rate. For other bank services, banks apply fee-based costs.

Abstract

This study aims to use a quantitative approach to the phenomena that occur at BSI KC Meulaboh Imam Bonjol. The data method used in this study is the Accidental Sampling technique with a sample of 86 BSI KC Meulaboh Imam Bonjol customers. The data used are Primary data and Secondary data. The data analysis techniques that will be used are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, Hypothesis Testing using SPSS22 Software and Determination Coefficient. The results of this test state that the Influence of Trust and Service Quality Affects Customer Satisfaction of Gold Installments at Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Meulaboh Imam Bonjol.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the Effect of Work Environment and Motivation on Employee Performance through Employee Creativity in District I PTPN III. To answer this problem we conducted research on 242 employees. The method used is quantitative research looking at Multiple Linear Regression analysis with the formula Z = α + β1x1 + β2x2 + Y. The data used are primary data through filling out questionnaires and secondary data through documentation studies. The results showed that the variables of Work Environment and Motivation simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on Employee Creativity. Work Environment and Creativity variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. While Motivation and Creativity have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance in Serdang I District PT. Nusantara Plantations III.
