Abstract

The ISO 9001:2008 quality management system is one of the implementation forms of total quality management (TQM) concept. This total quality management system requires an organization to have standards such as resource management standards, product realization, measurement and evaluation, and documentation system. The purpose of ISO 9001:2008 quality management systemis toimprovecustomer satisfaction by fulfilling customer requerements through complete facilities, profesional teachers, achievement improvement and many others. This research used qualitative approach with field research design. The results obtained that performance of theachers in SMA Darul Ulum 2 Unggulan BPPT Jombang has a good predicate and implementation of ISO 9001:2008 quality management system run well with the commitment of school principals and all the citizens of the school, and take the field. the ISO allows teachers to continue to learn and improve performance. That is also supported by commitment from high school princupals and high schoolcommunity by continuously improving the quality of work and there is a complete facility to facilitate school activities. so far, not many obstacles are heavy when schools use the ISO 9001:2008 management system, it just takes adjustment for each member to use this ISO management system.

Abstract

Penelitian PKM ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman terkait Dukungan Psikologis Awal (DPA) kepada wali murid PAUD dalam menghadapi pembelajaran online di Desa Curugbarang agar dapat membantu mencegah dampak lebih buruk dan memberikan peluang bagi wali murid untuk mengembangkan kemampuan menghadapi situasi sulit serta melatih emosi wali murid dalam mendampingi anak belajar dan bermain selama masa pandemi dalam menghadapi pembelajaran online. Banyaknya berbagai tekanan dan situasi sulit pada orang tua pada masa pandemi Covid-19 yang akan memengaruhi anak, termasuk yang masih berusia dini menjadi dasar pelaksanaan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM). Pelaksanaan PKM ini dilaksanakan secara tatap muka dengan tetap memperhatikan protokol kesehatan yang diikuti oleh 10 wali murid PAUD di Desa Curugbarang. Kegiatan PKM Pendampingan Dukungan Psikologis Awal (DPA) pada wali murid PAUD ini berjumlah tiga (3) tahap dengan waktu pelaksanaan yang berbeda. Metode yang digunakan dalam PKM ini adalah descrptive qualitative dengan proses pengambilan data melalui kuesioner, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan PKM ini adalah sebagian wali murid sudah menerapkan langkah pertama DPA dan mampu memahami dan menerapkan langkah DPA yang selanjutnya

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh kurangnya kreatifitas mahasiswa PG-PAUD dalam memahami pembelajaran sains anak usia dini pada saat pandemi seperti ini dalam pembelajaran yang menggunakan model blended learning. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji coba secara terbatas efektivitas blended learning dalam mata kuliah sains anak usia dini terhadap kreativitas mahasiswa PG-PAUD STKIP Syekh Manshur dengan menggunakan aplikasi sigil. Untuk menjawab pertanyaan tersebut dilakukan penelitian dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian tersebut menggunakan metode quasy eksperimental dengan jenis pretest-posttest group design. Desain penelitian menggunakan dua kelas, yaitu kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Perlakuan yang diberikan pada eksperimen, adalah blended learning dengan menggunakan aplikasi sigil (X1) dan pada kelas kontrol, yaitu model konvensional (X2) . Berdasarkan hasil dari uji Ancova nilai F hitung > Ftabel (15.49 > 3.98), maka dapat dinyatakan terdapat perbedaan rata-rata kreatifitas mahasiswa pada kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol artinya blended learning berbasis aplikasi sigil memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kreatifitas mahasiswa, serta lebih efektif untuk meningkatkan kreatifitas mahasiswa, hal ini ditunjukkan dengan adanya perbedaaan rata-rata N-Gain pada kelas eksperimen  0.88 dengan kategori tinggi dan kelas kontrol 0.66 dengan kategori sedang.

Abstract

Following the journey of mathematics at the elementary school level, students often hear complaints when they have to explore concepts such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. In such a dilemma, the need for innovation becomes even more pressing, as a way to carve out a vibrant next generation. The author sees that in learning mathematics, grade 3 students at SD Negeri 4 Citeureup lack enthusiasm for mathematics because this subject is often considered difficult. Overall, the process of implementing community service with a focus on education uses the jarimatics method to increase enthusiasm or motivation in studying mathematics for Citeureup 4 public elementary school students. The results of community service activities include the following: (a) achievement of the target number of participants. (b) the accuracy and skill of students working on multiplication problems. (c) achievement of activity objectives. After a series of training activities were carried out, finally we provided feedback questions from students. Do they feel happy and more motivated in learning mathematics? They all agree that they are happy and feel more motivated. To increase students' interest and motivation in learning mathematics, teachers should use good and effective methods to move and motivate students to be active in learning mathematics.

Abstract

Education is a very important level for every individual, especially at the golden age, early childhood education is the first education for children before they enter a higher level of education such as elementary school. To prepare things and various intelligences possessed by children, especially cognitive intelligence, effective and interesting learning methods are held, one method that is suitable for early childhood learning is the repetitive or repetition method. This method is applied to early childhood in Citeureup Village, precisely in the Sumurjaya Village, for early childhood to be provisioned when they enter elementary school education. The purpose of applying this repetitive method is so that pre-school children in the Sumur Jaya village are more mature and ready to go to elementary school. The research method used in this research is qualitative. The result after this research was carried out, there was a significant change in the introduction of learning for early childhood

Abstract

Assistance in learning English for elementary school-age children is an important process in developing their langua2ge skills. This mentoring program is designed to introduce children to English in a fun and effective way. This includes the use of a variety of learning methods appropriate to the developmental level of the children. This English learning assistance for primary school age children aims to create a positive and fun learning environment, stimulate children's interest in English, and help them develop communication skills that will be useful throughout their lives. The method used is learning chili singing. This learning assistance is carried out 3 times in 1 week from 19.00 to completion. Based on the padaevaluation and observation results, there is an increase in student learning motivation and students' understanding of English.

Abstract

Training is a concept that aims to improve the knowledge and skills of someone who has experienced rapid and modern development. Props are objects that can be used to help teachers describe or explain subject matter to students. The training model is carried out starting from observation. The first stage is interviews with teachers and students to analyze learning styles and student characteristics. The props are loaded in the form of a protractor as media to be used in mathematics learning activities. Arc-shaped teaching aids are effective in helping them draw more easily, and they can also determine corner points and corner legs in learning mathematics.

Abstract

Capabilities and skills in using Microsoft Office become very important in the pandemic era and digital era with high technology. It becomes the main medium in online learning and the main support in the face-to-face or direct learning process. However, in some areas, especially rural areas, there are still schools with limited facilities and infrastructure in providing facilities in the implementation of learning facilities, so that using technology such as computers cannot be applied optimally in schools. Thus the learning process is only one way and will reduce the level of creativity of students in learning and teaching process. Thus, the ability of students in operating microsoft office is still lacking and assistance is needed as a support for students in operating microsoft office, especially during this pandemic. This devotional activity was carried out in September 2021 in Babakan Anyar, Jatimulya village. This activity is divided into planning and implementation activities. Microsoft Ofiice mentoring activities that include Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. Power Point make students understand how to use Microsoft office, so that students can apply knowledge during the learning process and when doing schoolwork.

Abstract

The rapid development of the times, the revolution has changed many things that must be kept, not to be ignored. Traditional games that are full of cultural and ethnic values, even those that are useful for the best development of children. Modern games that are considered more realistic and even more personal are preferred by children, must be exposed to better motoric and cognitive games. In this study, the theory used is Herbert Spencer's cultural theory which considers that people and culture experience changes at certain stages from simple to complex forms. In addition to the concept of children's motor development according to John Piaget, who has found that games will train children's cognitive abilities better. This research is to see how the existence of traditional games influences the development of children today. This study uses qualitative methods to see how children make traditional games into modern games for children's motoric and cognitive development. As a result, children who do traditional games have much more developed abilities and character. The role of parents and teachers Traditional games that hold meaning and tradition are also important to be preserved. The results of the research itself can be concluded in the game Gobag Sodor there are cultural values that have been applied in the game and there are components of physical conditions that exist in learning at school and in college, such as agility, speed, coordination, strength and balance.

Abstract

Field experience practice (PPL) is a program for student practicum activities through learning in peer teaching and actual classroom learning practices. The implementation of this PPL was carried out at Sunan Giri University Surabaya with the aim of increasing understanding regarding the content, relationships and benefits of the Al Quran for human life. The results of the Practical Field Experience Evaluation (PPL) have provided a lot of valuable knowledge and experience for practical students. The theories obtained in lectures can be implemented well in this PPL. Any deficiencies can be covered by the presence of a supervisor so that the self-introspection and evaluation process can run well. This really helps practical students to prepare themselves to enter the real world. Apart from learning, practical students also gain experience in terms of administration and management which students who do not have a PPL program may not necessarily get. So this PPL really helps improve the quality of Islamic Religious Education postgraduate students. PPL runs well, smoothly and according to expectations. Practicing students gain a lot of experience and lecturers also feel helped by having practicums.
