Abstract

The wellbeing of its citizens must be prioritized if a strong nation is to be realized. especially with regard to establishing a calm and harmonious household. Laws and regulations also make this right evident. Nonetheless, there are still unsolved problems in society, such as the existence of women who are victims of domestic abuse. Therefore, it is decided that a research from the standpoint of human rights is required. Because the research object is domestic violence, normative research is used in this study. From a human rights viewpoint, the primary subject of discussion is the legal protections available to women who are victims of domestic abuse. The study employed many research methodologies, including the statute.

Abstract

The quality of Human Resources is the main factor in driving development. To measure the welfare of society as seen from several components, including health, education and living standards, it can be determined from the value of the Human Development Index (HDI). This research aims to analyze the influence of the number of poor people, economic growth, TPT, UMP, government spending in the education and health sectors on the Human Development Index (HDI) in provinces on the island of Java in 2010-2020. Through panel data regression using the Seemingly Unrelated Regression (SUR) analysis method model with Stata.14 processing, the results of this study show that (1) the number of poor people has a negative effect on HDI, (2) economic growth has a negative effect on HDI, (3) TPT negative effect on HDI (4) UMP has no effect on HDI, (5) government spending in the education sector has a positive effect on HDI (6) government spending in the health sector has no effect on HDI (7) number of poor people, economic growth, TPT, UMP, government spending the education and health sectors together have an influence on the provincial Human Development Index (HDI) on the island of Java for 2010-2020.

Abstract

The focus of this study is to determine how price and service quality affect consumer product purchasing decisions. In this study, 70 respondents were interviewed using an online questionnaire to collect data. This research uses quantitative research methods, namely research methods related to numbers that are analyzed using statistics. The data collection method uses population, and the sample is collected through distributing questionnaires or questionnaires to correspondents. The results showed that price and service quality have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Lower prices and better service quality increase purchasing decisions. However, the results also show that the interaction between price and service quality has a greater influence on purchasing decisions. On the other hand, the study also shows that price and service quality can affect the buyer's ability to choose the right product and save time and money. Meanwhile, to support this research, researchers distributed questionnaires via google form. The population in this study were STIE IBMT Class of 2020 students, the sample taken was 70 respondents from the population, so the technique used was a simple random sample. The results showed that price and service quality have a significant impact on consumer purchasing decisions, as indicated by the high value of brand image, customer satisfaction, and trust in the products and services offered. On the other hand, online marketing strategies can influence buyers' ability to choose the right product and save time and money. This research serves as a basis for e-commerce companies to improve effective and efficient online marketing strategies.

Abstract

Child custody is one of the consequences that arise after divorce. This is because parents still have an obligation to provide maintenance and protection for the growth and development of children. In this study the author focuses on analyzing the judge's decision in the case of custody of children who have not been able to distinguish good and bad rights independently (mumayyiz) after divorce. This research is aimed at understanding the legal considerations and factors that influence the judge's decision in determining the custody of children who have not reached the age of mumayyiz. The research method used is the normative juridical method with a statutory approach and a case approach by analyzing relevant court decisions. The results of this study indicate that in making decisions judges consider psychological factors and factors of the child's interests in supporting his growth and development. These considerations are based on the facts and evidence presented during the trial. This research recommends the need for clearer and more consistent guidelines in child custody decisions to ensure optimal protection for children involved in divorce cases.

Abstract

In the Job Creation Law, minimum wage calculations are determined based on variables such as economic growth, inflation and certain indices. This research aims to review the Job Creation Law regarding the annulment of the Governor of DKI Jakarta's Decree Number 1517 of 2021 concerning the 2022 Provincial Minimum Wage. In this context, this research focuses on the implications of the Job Creation Law for the decision of the Governor of DKI Jakarta. The method that the author chose is a data collection method by means of literature study by looking for scientific reviews and using a case study approach sourced from Decision 11/G/2022/PTUN JKT. The research results show that based on the Job Creation Law the judge's decision in this case is correct, the increase has exceeded the specified regulatory limits and is detrimental to other parties, namely entrepreneurs who pay workers.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze policies in poverty alleviation in Indonesia. The background of this study covers various aspects of policies implemented by the government in overcoming poverty. Although various programs and policies have been implemented, poverty in Indonesia is still a serious problem. This study uses a qualitative approach by collecting primary and secondary data. Secondary data is used as a reference from previous studies. While primary data is obtained through observations of government poverty alleviation policies. The discussion and analysis involve the concept of poverty, dimensions of poverty, and indicators of poverty. The results of this study are expected to provide a better understanding and insight into poverty alleviation policies in Indonesia and provide input for improving more effective policies.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze and describe the forms of expressive speech acts produced by children playing in the H. Saemin area, Pondok Pinang. The method used is the observe-note-classify-analyze method with data collection techniques through observation. From the research results, conversation data was obtained for 7 illocutionary speech acts in the category of expressive speech acts. Through 7 conversation data from children with the initials RKY (K), RZA (Z), ADN (D), and AZM (A), 15 expressive utterances were obtained in the data game, including expressions of greeting, insulting, blaming, thanking. love, complain, praise, apologize and criticiz Food products can be defined as processing or production results obtained from food ingredients. The diversity of local food products in Indonesia opens up great potential for food innovation. Utilizing local food products can be done by creating processed creations that suit people's interests, which can change their eating habits and lifestyle, both positively and negatively. Food innovation often introduces new variations in food choices, which can enrich people's diets. With food innovation, there can be changes in people's food consumption and innovation can affect people's health as a whole. Innovations that focus on increasing the nutritional content of food can improve public health. This research aims to provide support for local products, and increase the level of public consumption of food innovation. This research method uses a questionnaire as a tool for conducting quantitative research. The questionnaire consists of five questions with a rating scale of 1 to 5 which explore respondents' interest in food innovation in society, especially in West Java. Based on the results of the questionnaire data obtained, the majority of respondents stated that they quite often consume food innovation products because they are interested in them. It can be understood that the existence of food innovations in circulation can influence the level of consumption and people's preferences for food innovations.

Abstract

In this study, initial observations at SMAN 1 Tilatang Kamang showed that the Pancasila learning profile integration project had been implemented, but only limited to theory without adequate exposure to students. The purpose of the study was to understand the problems and solutions in the integration of Pancasila learning profile, especially in Dhuha class. Field research methods were used to collect information directly, with a qualitative descriptive approach. It was found that not all students and parents attended Salat Dhuha, which affected the implementation of the project. Coordination between teaching staff and students is also needed to deepen the understanding of concepts such as the meaning of Salat Dhuha.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the implementation of the vocational training and productivity program policy towards improving human resources in Bantaeng Regency. This research was conducted in Bantaeng Regency on July 15-20, 2024. The type of research is descriptive qualitative. Descriptive research is research with data collected in the form of words, pictures, and not numbers. The results of the study indicate that training programs that are in accordance with the needs of the local industry, BPVP can increase worker potential, support economic growth, and strengthen skills relevant to the labor market in accordance with Bantaeng Regency Regional Regulation Number 2 of 2015 concerning the Implementation of Job Training and Productivity stated in Article 6 paragraph (1) the implementation of job training is based on three main pillars, namely work competency standards, competency-based job training and competency certification. The role of the Bantaeng Regency Vocational Training and Productivity Center in human resource management is to provide training to the community in Bantaeng Regency. The training programs that are run are the result of human resource planning efforts. The purpose of this training program is to produce quality workers in the future.

Abstract

This research discusses the role of political parties in Indonesia in the development and implementation of law, with a focus on Islamic-based parties. The main issue raised is how these religious-based parties influence national and regional policies with Sharia principles. The research method used is a qualitative approach with descriptive analytical methods, relying on literature studies and document analysis. The research results show that Islamic political parties play a significant role in legislation, education and the dissemination of Islamic law. Integrate Sharia values in various laws and policies, especially in the Sharia economic sector. Facing challenges by maintaining a balance between the application of Islamic law and the principles of democracy and pluralism.
