Abstract

Fiscal justice is an important principle in creating equality and social welfare in society. Through subsidy and redistribution policies, the government seeks to help disadvantaged and vulnerable groups in society. However, in practice, the distribution of benefits from subsidies is often uneven. This article aims to provide a simple understanding of the concept of fiscal justice and examine the actual conditions of subsidies and redistribution programs in Indonesia. This study uses a descriptive-qualitative approach with a literature study. The results show that fiscal policy in Indonesia still faces challenges in targeting accuracy and efficiency. Recommendations are given for policy reform so that fiscal justice can truly be realized.

Abstract

Speech delay is one of the common language development disorders occurring in early childhood and can impact a child’s communication, social, and emotional abilities. This study aims to describe the communication strategies applied by early childhood education (PAUD) teachers in assisting children with speech delay. The research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, with two 6-year-old children showing symptoms of speech delay as subjects at a private kindergarten in Medan City. Data collection was conducted through direct observation of verbal and non-verbal interactions during the learning process. The results indicate that the characteristics of speech delay differ between the children; one child tends to be socially passive, while the other is active but has articulation difficulties. Teachers use various communication strategies, such as visual media, positive reinforcement, and individualized approaches to stimulate the children’s language abilities. The findings also emphasize the importance of collaboration between teachers and parents and early detection to ensure more effective and comprehensive intervention.

Abstract

Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) merupakan program perlindungan sosial terhadap Rumah Tangga Sangat Miskin (RTSM) dan bagi anggota keluarga yang telah melakukan persyaratan dan ketentuan yang teIah ditetapkan. Komponen PKH memfokuskan kepada pendidikan dan kesehatan untuk keluarga sangat miskin. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi pemilihan Komunikator oleh Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Rokan Hilir dl am menyosialisasikan Program PKH kepada penerima PKH dan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Strategi Penyampaian Pesan oleh Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Rokan Hilir dan pendamping PKH dalam Menyosialisasikan Program PKH kepada penerima PKH. Peneliti ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Strategi Komunikasi Pendamping Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) dalam memberikan Informasi Kepada Penerima Bantuan PKH diambil  kesimpulan diamana strategi yang saat ini dilakukan Dinas Sosial  sudah berjalan dengan baik, focus stategi yang dilakukan yaitu memberikan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat penerima PKH yaitu dengan berbagai aspek yaitu komunikator, pesan yang disampaikan, khalayak, media dan juga respon yang diberikan meskipun berjalan baik namun ada kendala yang diahadapi yaitu masyarakat penerima PKH yang masih memiliki tingkat pemahaman yang rendah terhadap materi PKH yang di berikan  oleh Pendamping PKH ini diakibatkan karna masyarakat penerima PKH memiliki tingkat Pendidikan yang rendah.

Abstract

In an information age characterized by rapid data growth, metadata management has become critical to ensure the accessibility, regularity, and efficient utilization of data. This article discusses the key challenges that organizations face in data management, including issues of integration, data quality, and information security. By establishing a comprehensive metadata management framework, organizations can address these challenges through standardization, organization, and storage of information. In addition, this study investigates the various tools and technologies that can be applied to improve metadata management, as well as their impact on decision-making and innovation. The findings of this study indicate that implementing good metadata management not only improves operational efficiency but also provides a competitive advantage in an increasingly digital marketplace.

Abstract

This article aims to examine the concept of ownership in Islamic jurisprudence of muamalah and compare it with the view of the capitalist economic system. The research approach uses a literature study with content analysis on the thought of Taqiyuddin An-Nabhani and scholars of Islamic economics. In the system of capitalism, individual ownership is absolute in nature and virtually without limits, while in the Islamic economy, ownership is derived from the provisions of the Shariah with a division of types: individual, public, and state. The article concludes that the Islamic system strikes a balance between individual property rights and social responsibilities, as well as keeping the distribution of wealth from accumulating on a handful of people.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how Augmented Reality technology is implemented in educational environments, evaluate the benefits and constraints faced, and provide recommendations for optimizing its use. With this analysis, it is expected to contribute to the development of more adaptive and effective technology-based educational innovations in the digital era. The Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach used in this study. The SLR method is a research design that aims to answer research questions by synthesizing evidence from previous studies. The results of the study show that Augmented Reality (AR) has great potential to be applied in education in 2021–2025 because it is able to present interactive, interesting, and easily accessible learning via mobile devices. AR has been shown to increase motivation, conceptual understanding, and student learning outcomes through visualization of material in 3D. Thus, the implementation of AR is a strategic step in improving the quality of learning in the digital era.

Abstract

Adolescence is a transitional period marked by significant physical, emotional, and social changes that can impact the development of self-esteem. During this period, adolescents often face challenges in finding their identity, which can lead to psychological issues such as anxiety and feelings of inferiority. Low self-esteem can affect emotional well-being and social behavior. Therefore, it is crucial to find effective approaches to improve their self-esteem. Method: This study uses a simple literature review method, which involves reviewing various relevant literatures on group counseling and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT). Discussion: Self-esteem is defined as an individual’s assessment of their value and abilities, which influences various aspects of life, including academic achievement and social relationships. Adolescents often experience low self-esteem due to social pressures, especially through social media platforms like TikTok, which exacerbate feelings of inferiority. REBT, developed by Albert Ellis, can address this issue by replacing irrational thoughts with rational ones, enhancing self-confidence, and reducing anxiety. Group counseling based on REBT can help adolescents improve their self-esteem, enhance social relationships, and develop constructive coping skills to face life’s challenges.

Abstract

The conscious use of AI by teachers has increased their creativity in improving the quality of education. With the continued development of artificial intelligence technology, it is hoped that AI can make a greater contribution to improving the quality of human life and solving various complex problems in various fields (Lukman, 2019). This article discusses the use of AI as a learning medium. It is hoped that this article can be a reference for teachers in utilizing AI in learning. This study uses a library research approach. Library research is research conducted by collecting data and information from various library sources, such as books, journals, articles, and other documents that are relevant to the topic being studied. AI has great potential in transforming education by providing a more personalized learning experience, increasing administrative efficiency, and expanding access to quality education. With the right strategy, AI can be an effective tool in improving the quality of education globally. The presence of AI technology is a breakthrough in the field of educational technology to facilitate learning. The use of technology wisely and in a controlled manner can trigger educational acceleration. The use of artificial intelligence AI in learning and assessment in the digital era has a significant impact on educational transformation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan in improving the social welfare of informal workers in the Padang Bulan area, Medan City. Informal workers are a group that is vulnerable to various work risks because they do not have a formal employment relationship, employment legal protection, or automatic access to social security. Through a qualitative approach, this study explores the experiences and perceptions of informal workers regarding their participation in the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan program. The results of the study indicate that BPJS Ketenagakerjaan plays an important role in providing a sense of financial and social security, especially through the Work Accident Insurance (JKK), Death Insurance (JKm), and Old Age Security (JHT) programs. However, the participation of informal workers is still relatively low due to various obstacles such as lack of understanding, distrust of the effectiveness of the program, complicated bureaucracy, and income instability. Therefore, a more participatory socialization strategy is needed as well as more inclusive and adaptive policies to expand the scope of social protection for workers in the informal sector.
