Abstract

Tujuan penulisan Artikel ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi Administrasi Publik Islam yang diterapkan di Iran. Dimana Iran berupaya menggabungkan prinsip – prinsip demokrasi modern dengan ajaran Islam Syiah, menjadikan konsep seperti keadilan (al – adl), amanah, musyawarah (shura), dan akuntabilitas (hisbah) sebagai fondasi utama dalam kebijakan, struktur kelembagaan, dan tata kelola pemerintahan. Meskipun demikian, implementasi ini menghadapi berbagai tantangan signifikan. Dualisme antara birokrasi formal dan pengawasan keagamaan seringkali memicu inefisiensi dan birokrasi berlapis. Artikel ini menyimpulkan bahwa implementasi administrasi publik di Iran adalah proses dinamis yang merepresentasikan perjuangan berkelanjutan antara idealisme teoretis Islam dan realitas praktis birokrasi modern, memberikan wawasan berharga tentang tata kelola di negara-negara dengan identitas keagamaan yang kuat.

Abstract

Pantai Sejarah in Batubara became a strategic route for the Japanese army to dominate the East Sumatra region during the Japanese occupation, amidst Dutch dominance. Physical evidence, such as bunkers and other defense structures, still exists, but non-physcal evidence in the form of oral history and folklore also holds important information. Unfortunately, the younger generation of Batubara is less aware of the historical value of this site. This study aims to explore the history of the Japanese occupation in Batubara and its impact on the local community. The research method used is a qualitative approach with historical methods, including heuristics, source verification, interpretation, and historiography. Primary sources include interviews with historical witnesses and photo archives, while secondary sources consist of related books and journal articles. The research results show the negative impact of Japanese policies and the loss of many historical traces due to the lack of attention to site preservation.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the impact of the Kendal Special Economic Zone (SEZ) development on the open unemployment rate (OUR) in the Kedungsepur region of Central Java, Indonesia. As part of the government’s strategy for industrial and regional economic development, the Kendal SEZ is expected to generate employment and improve local livelihoods. This research applies the Difference-in-Difference (DiD) approach using secondary data from the Central Bureau of Statistics. The key variables include OUR as the outcome, SEZ status as the treatment, and several covariates such as regional GDP per capita, education level, and population density. The findings indicate that the development of the Kendal SEZ has not significantly reduced OUR in statistical terms. These results suggest that the establishment of industrial zones alone may not effectively reduce unemployment without improved workforce readiness and inclusive development strategies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan media sosial terhadap motivasi dan kebiasaan belajar mahasiswa, khususnya pada mahasiswa program studi administrasi perkantoran di era digital. Latas belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada tingginya intensitas penggunaan media sosial di kalangan mahasiswa, yang berpotensi memberi dampak positif maupun negatif terhadap aktifitas akademik mereka. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitaif dengan metode survei deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuensioner digital yang disebarkan kepada 45 mahasiswa aktif berbagai semester. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas mahasiswa menggunakan media sosial setiap hari (97%), dengan durasi lebih dari 3 jam per hari (68%). memperoleh informasi akademik, dan 65% aktif dalam group  Diskusi belajar. Namun 60% mengaku sering terganggu saat belajar akibat penggunaan media sosial. Analisis korelasi menunjukkan adanya hubungan signifikan antara intensitas penggunaan media sosial dengan kebiasaan  belajar, khususnya dalam manajemen waktu dan fokus belajar Sementara itu, pengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar bersifat relatif: beberapa mahasiswa merasa terbantu, sementara yang lain mengalami penurunan fokus.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) di Provinsi Jawa Tengah pada tahun 2022–2023. Metode yang digunakan adalah regresi linier log-linier dengan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan data sekunder dari 35 kabupaten/kota. Variabel independen yang dianalisis meliputi PDRB per kapita, persentase penduduk miskin, jumlah penduduk, dan angka harapan hidup. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa seluruh variabel independen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap IPM. Model regresi log-linier yang dibangun telah memenuhi asumsi klasik seperti normalitas, homoskedastisitas, dan tidak adanya autokorelasi. Evaluasi model menggunakan Mean Absolute Error (MAE) sebesar 0,0167 dan koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,8062, yang menunjukkan bahwa model memiliki kemampuan prediksi yang baik dan dapat menjelaskan sekitar 80,62% variasi dalam IPM. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan kesejahteraan ekonomi, pengurangan kemiskinan, pertumbuhan penduduk yang terkendali, serta peningkatan angka harapan hidup berperan penting dalam meningkatkan pembangunan manusia di Jawa Tengah. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi landasan dalam perumusan kebijakan pembangunan daerah yang lebih tepat sasaran dan berbasis data.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the demand for teachers to be able to use a variety of learning media, besides that student learning outcomes were not optimal and students tended to play around while learning was taking place. So that this can have an impact on student learning outcomes. Based on these problems, it is necessary to make efforts to improve student learning outcomes by implementing the Strip Story learning media. This research aims to determine the effect of using strip story media on student learning outcomes in the Al-Qur’an Hadith class IX subject at MTsN 6 Agam. This research is quantitative research with experimental methods. The design used is a posttest only control design. The population in this study was 3 groups of class IX MTsN 6 Agam students, while the sample was taken from a cluster random sampling technique and class IX.7 was selected as the experimental class and IX.8 as the control class. This research consists of 2 variables, namely strip story media (X) as the independent variable and student learning outcomes (Y) as the dependent variable. The data collection technique used was a test in the form of multiple choice questions with 20 questions. The data analysis used was a paired simple test. The results of the research show that there is an influence of the use of strip story learning media on learning outcomes. This can be seen from the significant value of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05. And also by looking at the average value for the experimental class of 86.41 and for the control class the average value was 84.38. Based on the results above, it can be concluded that the class that applies strip story media has a higher average score when compared to the average value of the class that does not apply learning media.

Abstract

Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) refers to voluntary employee behavior not included in formal job descriptions but contributes positively to organizational performance. This study aims to examine the role of OCB in enhancing team effectiveness within modern organizational contexts. The study uses a literature review method of national and international journals published in the last decade. The findings indicate that OCB behaviors such as helping others, team loyalty, and active participation significantly improve teamwork, group cohesion, and collective productivity. This study provides important implications for HR management in fostering a collaborative and productive work culture.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the basic concept of human resource management (HR) in the context of Islamic education applied in MDTA Sukma Illahi Canduang. HR management is an important component in improving the quality of educational institutions, including Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah (MDTA), because the success of the institution is greatly influenced by the quality and management of teaching and educational staff. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach. With Population: All teaching and educational staff at MDTA Sukma Illahi Canduang with data collection techniques distributing the Islamic Education HR Questionnaire (Guttman Scale: Yes/No) and Data Analysis: Data were collected and analyzed by calculating the percentage of each "Yes" answer to the indicators in each HR component. The results of the study indicate that Based on the results of the quantitative descriptive analysis, it can be concluded that overall, MDTA Sukma Illahi Canduang has shown a strong foundation of Islamic values in its human resource management, especially in work culture and moral-based performance assessment. However, significant improvements are still needed in aspects of teacher professional development and welfare systems. Strategic improvement steps must be designed immediately so that the quality of Islamic education provided is increasingly optimal and competitive.

Abstract

Arabic-Malay writing, or aksara Jawi, is a writing system adapted from the Arabic alphabet and used to write the Malay language. Since its emergence in the 13th century, it has played a significant role in the Islamization process, education, and the formation of Malay cultural identity in Southeast Asia. This writing system has not only functioned as a medium for religious propagation but also as a vehicle for literary, administrative, and scholarly activities in the Malay world.This journal aims to examine the origins, development, and functions of Arabic-Malay writing in Nusantara society. By using a descriptive-historical approach, the study explores how aksara Jawi evolved over time and contributed to shaping the identity of the Malay Muslim community. Furthermore, the article discusses the current challenges in preserving this writing tradition in the face of modernization and the dominance of the Latin alphabet in education and communication.The findings indicate that Arabic-Malay script is a valuable cultural heritage that reflects the intertwined history of language, religion, and identity in the region. As a symbol of Malay Islamic civilization, its preservation is crucial for maintaining cultural continuity and fostering appreciation for local traditions among future generations.

Abstract

This study examines the effectiveness of directive official memos in enhancing organizational performance within government institutions. Structured administrative communication plays a vital role in ensuring seamless coordination, improving task clarity for employees, and optimizing responsiveness to policy shifts. Using a qualitative approach with thematic analysis, this study explores strategic communication patterns within official documents and regulatory frameworks to identify mechanisms that contribute to bureaucratic efficiency and organizational stability. The findings indicate that institutions implementing directive official memos systematically experience improved productivity and work effectiveness. Clear guidance enables employees to comprehend instructions more accurately, fostering adaptive organizational responses to change. Additionally, maintaining a consistent administrative communication standard strengthens work structure, facilitates optimal policy implementation, and ensures that government institutions operate efficiently while aligning with institutional objectives.
