Abstract

The development of digital technology has fundamentally revolutionized the way market mechanisms work. This journal aims to analyze how digital transformation changes the price formation process, interaction patterns between sellers and buyers, and the efficiency of distribution of goods and services. Using a qualitative approach and literature study, it was found that digital technology encourages the creation of a more open, transparent, and responsive market to demand and new challenges such as the dominance of digital platforms and the need for adaptive regulations. The implications of this study are important for policy makers, business actors, and consumers in facing changes in today’s market structure. The transformation of market mechanisms through digital technology brings significant benefits in increasing market efficiency and inclusiveness, but still requires serious attention to aspects of justice, consumer protection, and data governance. This study recommends collaboration between the government, private sector, and society to create a fair, transparent, and sustainable digital market ecosystem.

Abstract

This research examines the representation of postfeminist values in the 2014 animated film Tinker Bell and the Pirate Fairy. The objective is to explore how the film’s dialogues portray postfeminist values through the characters and narrative. Using a descriptive qualitative method and feminist literary criticism, the study applies the postfeminist theoretical framework proposed by Rosalind Gill. The analysis focuses on five key values: empowerment, individualism and choice, redefinition of gender roles, collaboration and solidarity, and resistance to patriarchal structures. The findings reveal that the film presents female characters, especially Zarina and Tinker Bell, as intelligent, independent, and emotionally expressive figures who challenge traditional gender norms. However, the representation of empowerment remains tied to neoliberal ideals, where success is achieved through personal effort rather than structural change. This research contributes to feminist media analysis and offers insight into how children’s animated films embed ideological messages about gender and identity.

Abstract

This article discusses strategies to maintain the existence of local wisdom through Zapin dance in the era of globalization. As one of Indonesia’s cultural heritages, Zapin dance faces major challenges in maintaining its relevance and sustainability amidst the massive flow of globalization. This study uses literature studies to analyze various relevant sources, including scientific journals, books, and publications related to Zapin dance, local wisdom, and the impact of globalization on culture. The results of the study indicate that adaptive strategies are very important to maintain the local wisdom of Zapin Dance. This strategy includes an educational approach through school curriculum and dance studios, digitalization and online promotion through social media and digital platforms, cultural shortcut collaboration to introduce Zapin dance to a more satisfied audience, and choreographic innovation that still respects tradition without losing its original essence. In addition, strengthening the community of Zapin dancers and preservers is also crucial in creating an ecosystem that supports the sustainability of this dance. By implementing these strategies comprehensively, it is hoped that Zapin dance will not only survive but can also develop and continue to be a strong cultural identity amidst global dynamics.

Abstract

Digital transformation in the transportation sector provides new opportunities for women to work as online ojek drivers. However, their presence in public space exposes their vulnerability to misogynistic practices rooted in patriarchal culture. This study aims to examine the forms of misogynistic practices experienced by female online ojek drivers, as well as understand their strategies in dealing with the situation through the perspective of radical feminism. Using descriptive qualitative method, data was collected through in-depth interviews with female online ojek drivers in East Jakarta. The results showed that they often experience verbal and non-verbal harassment, gender stereotyping, and symbolic marginalization in public spaces. The strategies developed include subtle rejection, utilization of digital security features, community solidarity, and self-image management as a form of resistance to unequal power relations. The findings confirm that public space is not yet fully safe for women, and their struggle reflects a form of resistance to the patriarchal system that still dominates Indonesia’s social order.

Abstract

Education in the era of digital transformation in Indonesia faces new challenges and opportunities. Teachers, as the spearhead of learning, are required to have adequate digital competencies to implement technology-based education policies. This study aims to understand the role of schools and the government in improving the digital competencies of elementary school teachers. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with open-ended questionnaire analysis to collect data from teachers at an elementary school in Purwakarta. The analysis results show that schools and the government have provided support; however, there are still obstacles such as unsustainable training and infrastructure disparities. Internal and external factors such as age, learning motivation, and internet network availability also influence the digitalization of teachers. This study recommends sustainable training strategies, mentoring, and improvement of technological infrastructure to enhance the success of digitalization policies in elementary schools. The findings indicate that digitalization can increase student interest and clarify learning materials, but its effectiveness depends on teacher readiness and student access. The study concludes that teachers’ digital capabilities play a crucial role in the successful implementation of technology-based education policies in elementary schools.

Abstract

This study aims to study in depth the fiqh rules related to belief (yaqin) as an important pillar in maintaining the certainty and stability of Islamic law. The main focus is directed on four main principles: al-yaqin la yazulu bi al-shakk, al-original baqa’ ma kana ‘ala ma kan, al-asl baraʾat al-dhimmah, and al-asl fi al-asyya’ al-ibahah. These rules are analyzed in their historical, normative, and contextual dimensions through a literature-study-based qualitative-descriptive approach. Data sources were obtained from classical literature such as the works of al-Suyuthi, al-Syatibi, and al-Ghazali, as well as contemporary literature from thinkers such as Yusuf al-Qaradawi and Jasser Auda, including the contributions of UIN academics Alauddin Makassar. The results of the study show that the rules based on the principle of belief are not only theoretical in nature, but have a high applicative value in the fields of worship, transactions, and judicial law. This principle serves as a mechanism of Shariah safeguarding against doubt, as well as being the foundation for a fair, rational, and contextual reconstruction of Islamic law. This study recommends the strengthening of the integration between qaida yaqin and maqasid al-shari‘ah to answer the challenges of contemporary Islamic law that demand precision as well as legal completeness.
