The purpose of this research is to determine the students' requirements for microlearning-based English teaching materials for grade 12 senior high schools and to discover what the teacher demands on microlearning-based English teaching materials in senior high schools. This research goal was due to the COVID-19 pandemic that had a tremendous influence on Indonesian education, necessitating adaption and the use of technology. Various variables contributed to learning loss among 12th-grade students. Based on explanation above, the respondent of this research consists of 203 12th-grade students and 84 English teachers in Senior High School located mainly in West Jakarta. A need analysis is required because adequate teaching materials are critical for effective English language acquisition. For first research instrument, writer use questionnaire with Likert Scale to ensure trustworthiness and data reliability and conducting interview for second research instrument. This research uses descriptive qualitative method to analyze the demands of students and teachers for microlearning-based learning materials in senior high school English, emphasizing the potential of microlearning for English language instruction. Providing concentrated information that can improve learning and fulfil the requirements of students, which also critical to improve English learning in Indonesia's 2013 curriculum

The low learning outcomes of students in mathematics subjects of fractional material for class VII of SMP Negeri Mapar Mimika, are behind this study. The research method used is Classroom Action Research with the Kemmis and Taggart models which have been implemented for two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, action, observation and reflection. The subjects of this study were grade VII students of SMP Negeri Mapar Mimika. Data collection techniques consist of observation, observation, documentation, and learning outcomes tests. The research instrument consists of teacher activity sheets, student activity sheets and learning outcomes tests. The results showed that: 1) Efforts to improve student learning outcomes after using the jigsaw-type cooperative learning model in Cycle I obtained an average score of 64.3 percent with a percentage of 60 percent, when carried out in cycle II so that it experienced an average increase in grades of 71.3 percent with a percentage of success of 80 percent, 2) The jigsaw-type cooperative learning model runs optimally, as evidenced by the results of the first cycle of student activity by 70 percent (enough). Increased to 76 percent (good) in cycle II. The results of teacher activity in the first cycle were 66 percent (sufficient), increased to 77 percent (good) in cycle II.

The super item learning model is one of the learning models that is oriented towards understanding and activeness of students in problem solving. This type of research is descriptive with the aim of determining whether the application of the Super ITEM model in improving the learning outcomes of the concept of photosynthesis in class VIII2 of SMP AL-Wathan Ambon. The sample in this study was 29 people. The instruments used are tests, affective observation sheets, and psychomotor observation sheets. The data analysis used is descriptive data analysis of student learning outcomes, affective observation results, and student psychomotor. The results of data analysis obtained the learning process using a super item learning model students are more active in the learning process when compared to the learning process that is carried out conventionally. These results can be seen from the classical average score obtained, namely in the initial test implementation, the average score obtained was 47.37 and increased in the implementation of the final test, whose average score obtained was 75.40. Based on the results of learning completion using a super item learning model, students who achieved a minimum completion standard of 23 people or with a percentage of 79.31 percent.

Student learning outcomes should be the main focal point in learning. Good learning outcomes show the level of students' understanding of the teaching material, as well as the success of teachers in carrying out learning in the classroom. The study aims to determine the differences in student learning outcomes taught using LKS Kharisma and LKS PAIKEM on the material of the human circulatory system. The type of research used is quantitative, namely a comparative study or comparative study with a total sample of 38 people. The sample was selected using the cluster random sampling technique. The instruments used are tests and observations. Tests are carried out to determine student learning outcomes and observation is used to objectively determine learning conditions. The data analysis technique used is to use the t-test. The results of the analysis showed that there were differences in student learning outcomes taught using LKS Kharisma and LKS PAIKEM on the material of the human circulatory system. The average score of students who studied using LKS PAIKEM was 73.84 and students who studied with LKS Kharisma obtained an average score of 64.74

This study aims to determine the application of Problem Based Instruction in improving student learning outcomes on the concept of thaharah. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research which consists of four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection with a total of 32 subjects. Data collection techniques are by conducting tests and observations, and documentation. Observation is carried out by an observer to observe the learning activities of teachers and students and the test is used to find out the learning outcomes of students after participating in learning activities using problem-based learning. The results of data analysis on learning outcomes, it was obtained that learning using problem-based learning can improve student learning outcomes. This is shown by the increase in the average score of students, namely in the initial test of 52.29 with a percentage of completion of 21.875%, increasing in the first cycle to 66.04 with a percentage of completion of 68.75%. Meanwhile, in the results of the second cycle test, the average score was 80.21 with a percentage of completion of 96.875%.
