Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk menentukan pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan di stasiun bensin Shell di Bintaro U-TOWN, Kota Tangerang Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS 25 sebagai alat uji hipotesis. Studi ini menggunakan instrumen pengukuran berupa skala Likert yang meminta responden untuk mengungkapkan pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap loyalitas mereka dalam menggunakan atau membeli produk Shell. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling, di mana sebanyak 110 responden dipilih sebagai sampel. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan di stasiun bensin Shell memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ketika pelanggan merasa puas dengan kualitas layanan yang diberikan oleh stasiun bensin Shell di Bintaro U-TOWN, mereka lebih cenderung untuk tetap setia menggunakan produk Shell dan kembali ke stasiun bensin tersebut. Temuan ini dapat menjadi panduan berharga bagi manajemen Shell dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan mereka untuk mempertahankan dan meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan di lokasi ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap bagaimana kualitas layanan mempengaruhi tingkat loyalitas pelanggan dalam sektor transportasi Bluebird di wilayah Bintaro, South Tangerang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan memakai perangkat lunak SPSS versi 25 untuk menguji hipotesis yang diajukan. Penelitian ini melibatkan responden sebanyak 85 responden yang dipilih melalui metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan temuan yang signifikan, yaitu bahwa kualitas layanan memiliki dampak positif terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dalam layanan transportasi Bluebird di Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan yang berharga bagi perusahaan Bluebird dan pemangku kepentingan lainnya dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan mereka untuk mempertahankan dan meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan. Hasil penelitian ini juga memberikan kontribusi kepada literatur dalam bidang manajemen pemasaran dan bisnis dengan mengonfirmasi pentingnya kualitas layanan dalam membangun dan memelihara hubungan yang kuat antara perusahaan dan pelanggan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai dan perilaku inovatif, perilaku inovatif sebagai mediator antara ketelibatan kerja dan budaya organisasi dengan kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan 40 responden yang dianalisa menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan bantuan software SmartPLS versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan kerja dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan perilaku inovatif. Selain itu, perilaku inovatif juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil pengujian validitas dan reliabilitas menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel dalam penelitian ini valid dan reliabel. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, ditemukan bahwa keterlibatan kerja dan budaya organisasi dapat meningkatkan kinerja pegawai melalui perilaku inovatif sebagai variabel mediasi. Hasil penelitian memberikan kontribusi pada pemahaman dan pengetahuan tentang hubungan antara keterlibatan kerja, budaya organisasi, perilaku inovatif, dan kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of discounts and bonus packs on unplanned purchasing behavior (impulse buying) among consumers of Ramayana Flobamora Mall Kupang. The type of research used in this research is a quantitative research method with an associative approach. The population in this research are consumers who have made purchases at Ramayana Flobamora Mall Kupang. The sampling technique was carried out using purposive sampling, obtaining a sample of 117 people. Data was collected using a questionnaire, then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) 22.0 for Windows. Based on analysis tests on research results, the following results can be obtained: (1) discounts (X1) partially have a significant effect on impulse buying as evidenced by the t-count value of 7.409 > t-table 1.980 and the significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, (2) The bonus pack (X2) partially has no significant effect on impulse buying as evidenced by the t-count value of 1.302 < t-table 1.980 and the significance value of 0.195 > 0.05, (3) discount (X1) and bonus pack (X2) simultaneously (altogether) influence consumer impulse buying at Ramayana Flobamora Mall Kupang with an F-count value of 53.990 > F-table 3.08 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

Shopee as one of the most popular online stores always provides promotions such as free shipping, flash sales, attractive prizes, and so on. Not only that, shopee also tries to provide convenience in transactions by providing various payment methods. One payment method that is considered practical and in demand by consumers is COD. Some consumers who have shopped and enjoy the benefits and convenience of shopping online on the shopee application tend to be addicted to online shopping, and eventually cause consumptive behavior. This study used an unknown number of Kupang State Polytechnic students. The sample taken amounted to 100 respondents with data collection techniques using questionnaires. This research uses instrument tests, classical assumption tests, and data analysis techniques, namely multiple linear analysis. The results of this study stated that free shipping and COD had a positive and significant influence on student consumptive behavior. Then flash sales have no influence and are not significant on student consumptive behavior. Free shipping, flash sale, COD simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on student consumptive behavior.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui berapa besar kontribusi retribusi pengujian kendaraan bermotor, retribusi terminal, dan retribusi parkir terhadap penerimaan retribusi daerah Kabupaten Kupang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Retribusi pengujian kendaraan bermotor, retribusi terminal dan retribusi parkir berkontribusi terhadap penerimaan retribusi daerah kabupaten kupang. Akan tetapi dari keriga sektor retribusi tersebut yang paling berkontribusi adalah retribusi pengujian kendaraan bermotor, sedangkan retribusi terminal dan retribusi parkir sangat kurang berkotribusi namun kedua retribusi tersebut tetap memberikan kontribusi dalam mendukung penerimaan retribusi daerah. Ketiga sektor retribusi daerah tersebut yaitu retribusi pengujian kendaraan bermotor, retribusi terminal dan retribusi parkir berkontribusi terhadap penerimaan retribusi daerah kabupaten kupang. Akan tetapi dari ketiga sektor retribusi tersebut yang paling berkontribusi adalah retribusi pengujian kendaraan bermotor, sedangkan retribusi terminal dan retribusi parkir sangat kurang berkotribusi namun kedua retribusi tersebut tetap memberikan kontribusi dalam mendukung penerimaan retribusi daerah.

Abstract

The problems in this study are as follows: How does the influence of room facilities on guest satisfaction at the IMA Kupang Hotel? Based on the formulation of the problem, the goal is to determine the effect of room facilities on guest satisfaction at Hotel IMA Kupang. This study uses Room Facilities as the independent variable and Guest Satisfaction as the dependent variable. This research was conducted at the IMA Kupang Hotel, the number of samples was 90 respondents using the simple random sampling technique. Field data collection using a questionnaire. Based on the results of the descriptive analysis, the achievement variable for Room Facilities (X) is 1,919 with high criteria, the achievement variable for Guest Satisfaction (Y) is 2,208 with high criteria. The calculated t value for variable X is 12,258 while the t table value is 1,662, because the t calculated value is greater than t table (12,258 > 1,662) and the sig table shows a value of 0.000 which is smaller than the error rate of 0.1 (0.00 <0,1) then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Thus the results of the Hypothesis test are Room Facilities have a significant effect on guest satisfaction at Hotel IMA Kupang. The results of the correlation analysis, obtained the value of R = 0.631ᵃ Square or the coefficient of determination which shows the influence of room facilities and guest satisfaction variables is relatively strong. The coefficient of determination is 0.631 or 63% and the remaining 37% is explained by other factors not examined.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of training on the performance of civil servant teachers in cluster 04, Alak sub-district, Kupang City. The formulation of the problem put forward is whether training influences the performance of civil servant teachers in Cluster 04, Alak District, Kupang City. This type of research is referred to as survey research, namely research that takes samples from a population and uses questionnaires as the main data collection tool (Sugiyono, 2013: 39). The population in this study were all civil servant teachers in Cluster 04, Alak District, Kupang City, and the sample taken was 44 teachers using the Saturated Sampling Technique. The data collection techniques in this research are observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature, while the data analysis technique is using descriptive statistical methods. The research results show that there is a strong relationship with a value of 0.541 and is significant between training and performance. From the data analysis it was concluded that the training variable had an influence of 29.2% on the performance variable, while the remaining 70.8% was contributed by other variables not included in the model (not researched).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an influence of partial level of education on employee performance, the effect of partial work experience on employee performance, and the influence of education level and to determine the effect of work experience simultaneously on employee performance at Capa Resort Maumere. The research design used in this study was quantitative descriptive. The respondents in this study were all employees totaling 29 people. The location where this research was conducted at Capa Resort Maumere. The data collected in this study are data on the level of education, work experience, and employee performance sourced from employees and managers of Capa Resort Maumere. Data collection techniques in this study are questionnaires and document recording, then analysis with preliminary analysis and advanced analysis with quantitative descriptive methods with testing Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 22 as a tool in processing data. The results of this study show that there is a partial influence of education level on employee performance with a calculated value = 3.722 ≥ Table 2.0555. There is a partial influence of work experience on employee performance with a calculated value = 2,070 ≥ table 2.0555 and a simultaneous influence of education level and work experience on employee performance at Capa Resort Maumere with a significant value for the effect of X1 and X2 simultaneously on Y of 0.000 < 0.05 and a calculated F value of 12,311 > Ftable 2,98.
