Abstract

The purpose of analyzing the effectiveness of the implementation of restaurant tax at KFC Kota Lama Kota Kupang is to find out whether the restaurant has implemented the tax effectively or not. This research method is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The analysis tool used in this study is the formula Effectiveness = Realization of Restaurant Tax Revenue Target Restaurant Tax Revenue X 100%. The results of the study based on the effectiveness formula show that the percentage of effectiveness level at KFC Kota Lama is fluctuating because the average percentage yield reaches 88%-100%. In January the effectiveness rate of restaurant tax was included in the effective category, while in February, March and May the effectiveness rate of restaurant tax was included in the category of quite effective. The occurrence of percentage results that fluctuate every month due to unbalanced target and realization results.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of deviant behavior on individual performance and to determine the effect of deviant behavior on individual performance. This study used a quantitative method with a population of all employees of the Kupang District Court Class 1A. The sampling method uses a non-probability sample method with 40 samples which are all Kupang District Court Class 1A. There are three measuring instruments used in this study, namely a deviant behavior scale of 0.921, an individual performance scale with a reliability of 0.811, and a self-esteem scale with a reliability of 0.840. Based on the test results, it was obtained that the t value of the emotional exhaustion variable was 5.552 with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. This shows that there is a positive influence from the deviant behavior variable on the employee's deviant behavior. The value of R2 is 0.445 or 44.5%. This means that the contribution of deviant behavior and self-esteem variables to the performance of individual employees is 44.5%. Based on the test results, it was obtained that the t value of the interaction of deviant behavior variables with self-esteem was -3.57 with a significant value of 0.042 <0.05. This shows that the self-esteem variable acts as a moderating variable between deviant behavior variables and individual performance where the moderation formed is complete moderation.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the Effect of Working Hours on Employee Performance CV. Trimitra Binatama Consultant Oetete Kupang City, The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is an Effect of Working Hours on Employee Performance CV. Trimitra Binatama Consultant Oetete Kupang City, The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of working hours on employee performance CV. Trimitra Binatama Consultant Oetete Kupang City. This study uses quantitative research methods with data collection techniques, namely questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation, the population in this study amounted to 34 respondents using saturated sampling techniques where all populations were sampled. All data in this study were collected through questionnaires, interviews, observations and documentation, then analyzed by validity, reliability, simple linear regression normality test and T test. Data processing uses SPSS 25 software for windows. The results showed that there was a significant positive effect of working hours on employee performance at CV. Trimitra Binatama Consultant and. This research supports the importance of managing working hours in an effort to improve employee performance. The variable working hours (X) explains that employee performance (Y) regression model shows that only about 24.2% of the employee performance variable can be explained by working hours, the identified relationship remains significant and relevant.

Abstract

Theregional budget includes the basis for financial budgeting which is implemented for public services or the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD). The regional budget and expenditure is a detailed list of regional income and expenditure in one year which consists of various components such as Regional Original Income (PAD) and Balancing Funds including General Allocation Funds (DAU) and so on as well as expenditures which include various expenditures such as capital expenditure.OriginalRegional Income is a source of regional revenue that comes from the region itself based on its capabilities. Balancing funds are funds sourced from the State Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBN) which are allocated to regions to fund regional needs in the context of implementing decentralization. Capital Expenditures are budget expenditures for the acquisition of fixed assets and other assets that provide benefits for more than one accounting period.Thisresearch uses quantitative research methods, with research results that Original Regional Income (PAD) has a positive effect on the capital expenditure budget. Balancing funds have a positive effect on the capital expenditure budget. Regional Original Income (PAD) and Balancing Funds have a positive effect on the capital expenditure budget in Kupang Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of situational leadership and motivation on the performance of State Civil Apparatus (ASN) at the Manpower, Transmigration, and Population Office of Central Sumba Regency. This study uses a quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis. The research sample consisted of 198 respondents from a total population of 248 civil servants. The research results show that both situational leadership and motivation significantly affect the performance of ASN. Adaptive situational leadership can motivate ASN, improve communication, and create a productive work environment. Motivation, both intrinsic and extrinsic, has also been proven to improve the performance of ASN. This study recommends that the relevant agencies develop responsive leadership strategies and enhance the motivation of civil servants to achieve optimal performance. Thus, the quality of public services and the achievement of organizational goals can be improved.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of utilizing an online shopping application (Klik Indomaret) and digital payment systems on Klik Indomaret application users' purchase decisions in Kupang City. According to the literature review, online shopping applications improve the convenience and efficiency of shopping, while digital payment solutions facilitate and secure transactions. The study used a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis and included 96 Klik Indomaret users. The findings indicate that both the online shopping application and the digital payment system have a considerable influence on purchasing decisions, with a coefficient of determination of 73.6%. The debate emphasizes the value of individualized application features and transaction security in building consumer confidence. The study's conclusion underlines that the deployment of the Klik Indomaret application and digital payment systems has the potential to transform customers' long-term buying habits in Kupang City, boost customer loyalty, and support Indomaret product purchases.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out whether there is an influence on Compensation on Organizational Commitment in employees of the East Nusa Tenggara Branch of the Employment BPJS. The research method used in this research is quantitative. The number of population respondents was 35 people who were determined using non-probability sampling techniques. The data collection technique used is using observation, interviews and questionnaires this research uses simple linear regression analysis techniques. Based on the results of simple linear regression, it is known that there is a positive and significant effect of compensation on organizational commitment in employees of the East Nusa Tenggara Branch of the Employment BPJS. This is evidenced by the result that the significant level is 0.706 <0.05, so the regression mode can be used to predict the compensation variable or in other words there is a significant influence between the compensation variable (X) on organizational commitment (Y). the results of hypothesis testing state that the t-count value is 9.140> than the t-table value of 2.03, it can be said that Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected. In the sense that there is a significant effect on compensation on organizational commitment in employees of the East Nusa Tenggara Branch of the Employment BPJS.

Abstract

consumer behavior from conventional shopping to e-commerce, where electronic service quality (e-service quality) and price perception have become important factors influencing purchasing decisions. Tokopedia, as one of the largest e-commerce platforms in Indonesia, faces challenges in maintaining customer satisfaction amid intense competition. This study aims to determine the influence of e-service quality and price perception on purchasing decisions on Tokopedia, with a case study on students from the Business Administration Department, Company Management Study Program, at the State Polytechnic of Kupang. The sample consisted of 65 respondents. The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach, and the data analysis technique was carried out using multiple linear regression with SPSS.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the influence of promotional activities on customer interest in using the Gold Pawn service at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Kupang Branch. The main focus is on the effectiveness of promotion strategies, particularly personal selling techniques, which include five elements: sales skills, customer approach, product presentation, handling objections, and encouraging purchasing decisions. Customer interest is measured across four dimensions: transactional, referential, preferential, and exploratory. The research used a quantitative method with a survey of 45 active customers. Data were obtained through questionnaires and analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, simple linear regression, and t-tests. The results indicated that respondents were predominantly productive-age women with higher education and permanent employment. The average score for personal selling is 4.12, and for mortgage interest, it is 3.87. A strong correlation was found between personal selling and interest in mortgaging (r = 0.734), with a contribution of 52.9%. For every one-point increase in personal selling, interest in mortgaging increased by 0.588 significantly.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the financial performance of RejoagungMakmur Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) in Rejoagung Village, determine the contribution of BUMDes financial management to increasing village original income (PADes), and identify supporting and inhibiting factors in BUMDes financial performance. The method uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The financial ratios analyzed include profitability and operational efficiency. The calculation results show that RejoagungMakmurBUMDes has quite good financial performance. Partial tests show that liquidity has a significant effect on village original income with a significance value of 0.010 and a contribution of 42.0%. Profitability also has a significant effect with a significance value of 0.004 and a contribution of 42.7%. Operational efficiency has a significant effect with a significance value of 0.014 and a contribution of 58.8%. Furthermore, simultaneous tests show that the three variables together have a significant effect on PADes with a significance value of 0.000 and a contribution of 67.4%. This study provides strategic recommendations for strengthening BUMDes institutions and governance in a sustainable manner.
