Teacher performance is related to the quality, quantity of output and reliability that teachers have in carrying out their duties. Teachers who have high performance can improve the quality of education. Teacher performance is one of the main factors that determines the success of the educational process in schools. Assessment of teacher performance in managing the learning process as a process of providing estimates of the quality of teacher performance in managing the learning process, is an integral part of a series of academic supervision activities. If it is said that academic supervision is a series of activities to help teachers develop their abilities, then in its implementation it is necessary to first carry out an assessment of the teacher's abilities, so that aspects that need to be developed and how to develop them can be determined. The performance produced by teachers cannot be separated from the contribution of academic supervision carried out by the school principal and the pedagogical competence they possess. This indicates that the implementation of academic supervision and pedagogical competence is getting better.

Education plays an important role in shaping strong character and values in future generations. In an increasingly complex and globally connected environment, the challenge of upholding Islamic values is becoming increasingly relevant. Therefore, the integration of Islamic values into the national educational curriculum has become a major focus in efforts to shape religious attitudes in students. This research study uses a literary study which takes literature that matches the context of the research to be studied. The findings of this study see that integrating Islamic values can help prevent erosion of religious attitudes in students. In an era of globalization, students are often exposed to various cultural influences and values that are contrary to religious teachings. Therefore, the integration of Islamic values into the curriculum provides a strong moral and ethical foundation for students. The approaches used in this integration include specialized teaching of the teachings of Islam, the use of learning methods involving Islamic values, as well as the development of a character curriculum based on the values of Islam. With a combination of these approaches, students are expected to be able to understand, internalize, and apply Islamist values in everyday life.

This research includes the design process, content development, animation, and evaluating the effectiveness of the educational videos that have been created. The approach used in this research is development (Research and Development) which involves students as respondents to determine their level of understanding and interest in the material presented through animated educational videos. The educational videos developed cover various learning topics that are adapted to the applicable curriculum, with the hope that they can become an interesting additional learning resource and increase students' understanding. The research results show that educational videos using animation techniques are able to increase students' interest in learning and make it easier for them to understand lesson concepts that were previously considered difficult. Evaluations carried out through questionnaires and interviews showed positive responses from students towards the use of this learning media. Thus, it is hoped that making animation-based educational videos can be an effective alternative learning method and can be applied in various educational contexts.
