Abstract

Produk Amanah merupakan salah satu produk PT Pegadaian untuk melakukan pembelian kendaraan dengan sistem syariah yaitu menggunakan akad murabahah dan akad rahn. Tidak dapat dipungkiri bahwa fenomena memiliki kendaraan sudah melekat dalam benak masyarakat untuk mengukur tingkat kemapanan seseorang.  Masyarakat yang sudah terbiasa menggunakan lembaga konvensional untuk pembelian kendaraan beranggapan jika harga yang ditetapkan berdasarkan pada jumlah taksiran atau harga kendaraan terkesan lebih mahal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penetapan harga terhadap volume penjualan produk Amanah pada PT Pegadaian Cabang Pusat Padalarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan sampel sebanyak 24 responden. Pengumpulan data diperoleh dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner kepada nasabah yang menggunakan Produk Amanah di PT. Pegadaian Cabang Pusat Padalarang dengan metode analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara signifikan pada variabel penetapan harga terhadap volume penjualan. Berdasarkan koefisien determinasi (R Square) terdapat pengaruh sebesar 77,7% dari penetapan harga terhadap volume penjualan. Sedangkan sebesar 22,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diamati dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

The 2022 Higher Education Statistics Report shows that as many as 601,333 students dropped out of college in 2022. The high rate of college dropouts cannot be balanced with the productive zakat funds in Baznas Cimahi City. This study aims to analyze the strategy of utilizing Zakat funds in the field of education through the S1 Scholarship program held by Baznas Cimahi City, including the planning, obstacles, and effectiveness of the strategy. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Source triangulation techniques are used to verify the validity of the data. The results of the study show that the Cimahi City Baznas implements a strategy for planning, implementing, and evaluating the utilization of zakat funds in the field of education. The obstacles found include inconsistencies in budget realization with planning, lack of implementation schedules, limited facilities, and monitoring that is still carried out simply. However, the effectiveness of this program is considered quite good. This study provides recommendations for the Cimahi City Baznas to improve the strategy of utilizing zakat funds in the education sector to be more effective and reduce the rate of college dropouts.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of the marketing mix as a tool for companies to elicit the desired response from the target market and compete with similar companies. The aim of this study is to examine the influence of the Sharia marketing mix on purchasing decisions for products at Riki Karsono Convection, Batujajar, West Bandung. The research method used is a survey with a quantitative approach, employing SPSS Version 26.0 for data analysis. The population of this study consists of 14,171 consumers of Riki Karsono Convection. A simple random sampling technique was used to obtain a sample of 100 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using simple regression. The t-test results show that the Sharia marketing mix variable has a t-value of 20.518 ≥ t-table 1.984, indicating a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. The correlation coefficient (R) of 0.901 indicates a very strong relationship between the Sharia marketing mix and purchasing decisions. The coefficient of determination (adjusted R square) of 0.811 suggests that 81.18% of the variation in purchasing decisions is explained by the Sharia marketing mix, while the remaining 18.82% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

Akad Mukhabarah is a collaboration between landowners and cultivators, where landowners provide land to be planted and maintained by farmers with a mutually agreed share of the proceeds. In Kampung Baru, Kertamukti Village, this rice field cultivation cooperation is known as "maro". This research focuses on the implementation of mukhabarah contracts by rice farmers, with two main questions: 1) What is the mechanism for the implementation of mukhabarah contracts for rice farmers in Kampung Baru, Kertamukti Village? 2) What is the impact of the implementation of the mukhabarah contract for both parties in Kampung Baru, Kertamukti Village? This research is qualitative and descriptive with data collection methods through interviews, observations, documentation studies, and data analysis. The results of the study show that the cooperation in the management of rice fields in Kampung Baru is similar to the concept of mukhabarah, but it does not fully follow Islamic teachings because the limits in land management are not set at the time of the contract. As a result, there is an imbalance between landowners and managers, because agreements are only made orally without written documents. The distribution of proceeds is carried out based on an agreement between landowners and farmers. The mukhabarah cooperation provides good economic opportunities for rice farmers in Kampung Baru, Kertamukti Village.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the rapid growth of modern markets (minimarkets) in Batujajar District which has led to a decrease in the income of traditional market traders. The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of modern markets on the income of traditional market traders. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method through a questionnaire. The research population consisted of 800 market traders, with a saturated sample of 90 traders from the Batujajar Traditional Market who filled out questionnaires related to modern market variables and traders' income. The results of the study show that modern market variables have a normal distribution with a high category, while the trader's income variable is in the medium category. The product-moment correlation analysis yielded a coefficient of 0.526 with the medium category, and the R Square value in the regression model was 0.277, showing that 27.7% of the variation in traders' income was explained by modern market variables. The regression equation obtained is Y = 14.908 + 0.663X. The results of the hypothesis test showed a t-value of 5.803 with a significance of 0.000, which was below alpha 5%, so the alternative hypothesis was accepted. In conclusion, modern markets contribute significantly to the decline in the income of traditional market traders in Batujajar District.

Abstract

Customer satisfaction is the evaluation of consumers against the suitability between actual conditions and their expectations. This study aims to measure the influence of customer satisfaction on the quality of Arrum Emas product financing services. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a survey using a questionnaire. The research population consisted of 577 customers, with a purposive sample of 85 respondents. The results of the study showed that customer satisfaction reached 81.72%, which was included in the very good category. The quality of financing services is also high, at 82.25%, which shows an increase in the number of customers at PT Pegadaian KCP Padalarang, West Bandung. Data analysis showed a significant relationship between customer satisfaction and financing service quality, with a significance value of 0.000 (p<0.05) and a correlation coefficient (R) of 0.951, which showed a strong influence. An R Square value of 0.35 means that 35% of the variation in the quality of financing services is explained by customer satisfaction, while 65% is explained by other factors. The significance test showed that the t-count (6.679) was greater than the t-table (1.663), with a significant value of 0.000 below the alpha of 0.05. This means that there is a significant positive influence of customer satisfaction on the quality of financing services at PT Pegadaian KCP Padalarang, West Bandung. Thus, alternative hypotheses were accepted, showing a significant difference between the average customer satisfaction and the quality of financing services.

Abstract

This article aims to explain the crucial role of Islamic education in integrating religious knowledge with general scientific knowledge. The author attempts to draw a connection that both types of knowledge have synergy when practiced together, especially between the knowledge of tawhid and general sciences. The interrelation between these fields can be positioned within the concepts of rahmaniyah (compassion), takamuliyah (completeness), syumuliyah (comprehensiveness), tawzuniyah (balance), istimroriyah (continuity), wasaliyah (connectivity), rabbaniyah (divinity), and uswiyah (exemplarity). The research method involves a literature review and analysis. The significant differences between religious knowledge and general scientific knowledge are the causes of disintegration, leading to an educational dichotomy. First, Western perspectives often deem religious knowledge as unscientific because its object is not empirical. Second, general scientific knowledge is sensory-based, whereas religious knowledge is often perceived as hallucinatory, despite its sources being the Quran and Hadith, leading to a belief system that is not fully accepted. Third, knowledge that is considered objective in religion may not be easily studied by modern scholars, necessitating a scientific message that ensures the existence of religious knowledge as a source of belief, integrated in a balanced manner in the development of theoretical and practical learning.

Abstract

Prinsip keadilan memainkan peran yang sangat penting dalam meningkatkan transparansi dan akuntabilitas dalam sistem mudharabah, sebuah akad kerja sama usaha dalam ekonomi Islam. Prinsip ini mengarah pada keterbukaan dan kejelasan informasi serta menekankan tanggung jawab para pihak terhadap tindakan dan keputusan mereka dalam pengelolaan modal dan keuntungan. Transparansi memastikan pemahaman yang jelas terhadap syarat dan proses kontrak mudharabah, sementara akuntabilitas menjamin integritas dan kepercayaan dalam hubungan bisnis. Dengan menerapkan prinsip keadilan, lingkungan bisnis yang adil dan berkelanjutan dapat diciptakan bagi semua pihak yang terlibat.

Abstract

The business cycle of marketing is closely related to meeting consumer needs. The shift from traditional marketing to the digital era has become a part of companies' strategies to market their products. Through digital marketing, companies can easily market their products online, which consumers can access via social media platforms, websites, marketplaces, and online advertising. This research was conducted using qualitative methods, with data and information selection using the library research method. The sources in this study are secondary data derived from literature reviews of various documents, literature related to the research problem or topic, and existing journals. The findings indicate that the emergence of the digital era has the power to enhance various aspects of people's lives, particularly in meeting their needs. The study's findings show that as technology evolves, new issues will arise in consumer behaviour, market trends, and cyber security. Companies, organisations, and related institutions must be prepared to address these challenges.

Abstract

Increasing community needs drive the need for alternative financing that is in accordance with sharia principles. Murabahah as one of the superior products in sharia financial institutions, is the main choice because it can meet sharia needs with a low risk of loss. However, obstacles such as Mark-up s in murabahah transactions raise questions about whether they are in accordance with sharia principles. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach to analyze the concept of Mark-up  in murabahah transactions from a sharia perspective. Based on the results of the analysis, murabahah transactions in sharia banking involve various processes, including identifying customer needs, assessing feasibility, murabahah contracts, purchasing goods, selling to customers, and monitoring installment payments. Even though sharia banks act as providers of costs in murabahah financing, all related risks are borne by the customer in accordance with the agreement.
