Abstract

Zakat has a strategic role in realizing social justice and poverty alleviation, but its distribution practices in Indonesia still face various obstacles such as low transparency, weak management of amil institutions, and the dominance of consumptive patterns that have less long-term impact. This research aims to analyze the urgency of reorienting the direction and pattern of zakat distribution to be more effective in improving the welfare of the people. The method used is library research by reviewing the literature, regulations, and relevant results of previous research. The results of the study show that the distribution of zakat needs to be directed from traditional consumptive patterns to productive patterns that are able to empower mustahik to become new muzakki. This reorientation emphasizes the importance of transparency, program innovation, professionalization of amil, and synergy between the government and the community in the management of zakat. In conclusion, the reorientation of zakat distribution is a strategic step to optimize the economic function of zakat in reducing social disparities and strengthening equitable development in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to find problems, solve problems and develop new knowledge, by analyzing a case to find out a marketing plan that is suitable for marketing in "Cilame Permai" housing, the research method uses qualitative methods, because researchers can directly enter the object, carry out exploration questions, so that problems can be found clearly. Researchers in carrying out the qualitative research process can explore an object, the aim of this research is to find out suitable strategies for marketing houses in Cilame Permai (PT. Suburland). The marketing strategy used by PT. Suburland is to pay attention to housing marketing strategy indicators such as sales volume, sales growth rate, closing rate, return on investment, market share, customer satisfaction, awareness and brand recognition as well as marketing strategy dimensions, namely market segmentation, targeting, positioning, marketing mix, digital marketing, direct sales strategy, public relations strategy and product and service innovation, with this pattern PT. Subur Abadi Putra can find out the advantages and disadvantages as well as the opportunities that exist in the Cilame Permai housing complex.

Abstract

Rizky_olshop is an online store that sells thrifted products such as jackets and vests through the Shopee platform. Despite taking advantage of promotional features in the form of video and live streaming, the store still faces challenges in increasing sales. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, through the collection of data from various sources, such as books, previous research reports, and semi-structured interviews. The results of the study show that although Rizky_olshop can utilize the Shopee platform as a sales medium, diversifying the marketing platform and applying more varied promotional methods has the potential to improve sales performance. In addition, improving product quality and customer service is also an important factor in building consumer trust and loyalty. With the consistent implementation of these strategies, Rizky_olshop have the opportunity to achieve greater success in the increasingly competitive e-commerce market.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the performance of Islamic banks using the Maqashid Syariah Index (MSI) approach, which focuses on three main objectives, namely tahzib al-fard (individual education), iqamah al-'adl (enforcement of justice), and jalb al-maslahah (maintenance of benefits). This approach is different from conventional methods such as CAMELS and EVA ratios which focus more on financial aspects. The research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach based on library research. The results of the study show that the implementation of MSI provides a more comprehensive picture of the performance of Islamic banks because it is able to assess financial aspects as well as social functions according to sharia principles. These findings confirm the importance of using MSI as an alternative to measuring the performance of Islamic banking to be in line with the goals of maqashid sharia.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Turnover intention mencerminkan niat karyawan untuk berpindah kerja yang meningkatkan beban biaya perusahaan, sedangkan stres kerja sebagai hasil interaksi individu dengan pekerjaannya dapat menurunkan motivasi, konsentrasi, dan kinerja sehingga berdampak negatif pada produktivitas dan kesehatan kerja; Tujuan Studi: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis seberapa berpengaruh Stres Kerja terhadap Turnover Intention pada karyawan di perusahaan PT Royal Abadi Sejahtera Kabupaten Bandung Barat; Metode: Penelitian kuantitatif pada karyawan PT Royal Abadi Sejahtera Kabupaten Bandung Barat dengan sampel 88 orang dari populasi 698 orang melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan regresi linear sederhana; Hasil: Hasil regresi menunjukkan konstanta sebesar 29,573 dan koefisien regresi 0,532, yang berarti setiap peningkatan 1% stres kerja meningkatkan turnover intention sebesar 0,532. Nilai R Square sebesar 0,317 menunjukkan bahwa 31,7% turnover intention dipengaruhi oleh stres kerja, sementara 68,3% dipengaruhi faktor lain di luar penelitian. Uji t membuktikan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 dengan t hitung 6,320 > t tabel 0,1663, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention; dan Kesimpulan: Stres kerja meningkatkan turnover intention, sehingga perlu pengelolaan kerja, komunikasi efektif, dan komitmen karyawan.

Abstract

The Non-Cash Food Assistance Program (BPNT) is one of the government's efforts to increase food security and reduce the burden of expenditure on the poor. However, the effectiveness of the implementation of this program often faces obstacles, especially related to the accuracy of the target and the timeliness of distribution. This study aims to analyze the implementation of BPNT distribution in Gunung Masgitit Village, Cipatat District, West Bandung Regency. The research method used is qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study show that the BPNT program is quite effective in terms of good public understanding, reduced expenditure burden, and real benefits felt by Beneficiary Families (KPM). However, problems were found in the accuracy of the target due to suboptimal data updates and delays in the distribution of aid. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the need to increase socialization to program implementers, improve distribution infrastructure, and strengthen supervision so that the BPNT program can be more targeted and on time.

Abstract

The phenomenon that occurs in the community shows that some business actors are reluctant to apply for business capital loans to Islamic banks. This is due to the lack of public knowledge about financing procedures in Islamic banks, so they tend to choose other financial institutions that are considered easier and instant without considering future risks. This study aims to comprehensively analyze business capital financing procedures in Islamic banks to increase public understanding of sharia-based business capital financing. The focus of the research is directed at the Mudārabah financing procedure, which includes the stages of planning, implementation, process, and evaluation of its implementation. This study uses a qualitative approach with the researcher as the main instrument, assisted by interview guidelines and observation guidelines. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, and tested for validity with source triangulation techniques. Data analysis is carried out through four stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of the study show that overall, the Mudhārabah financing procedure at Bank Muamalat Padalarang Branch Office is in accordance with existing theory, in line with the principles of sharia economics, and in accordance with the provisions of Islamic law.

Abstract

An individual's interest in distributing zakat is influenced by the image, belief, belief, and knowledge about the amil zakat institution. This study aims to analyze the influence of the image of the National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) on the interest of muzakki in distributing zakat in the city of Bandung. The research method used was quantitative with a population of 10,730 muzakki and a purposive sample of 100 respondents. Data was obtained through a questionnaire that measured the variables of BAZNAS image (X) and muzakki interest (Y). The results of the descriptive analysis showed that 53.25% of muzakki were in the category of moderate interest in distributing zakat. The correlation test produced a coefficient of 0.604 which showed a strong linear relationship between the image of BAZNAS and the interest of muzakki. The R Square value of 0.365 indicates that the image of BAZNAS contributes 36.5% to the variation in muzakki's interest, while 63.5% is influenced by other factors outside of this study. The regression equation Y = 31.913 + 0.527X confirms that every one-point increase in the BAZNAS image increases the interest of muzakki by 0.527 points. The hypothesis test showed a positive and significant influence of the BAZNAS image on the interest of muzakki with a tcal value of 0.67703 and a p-value of 0.000 < 0.05, so that the hypothesis was accepted. Thus, the image of BAZNAS has proven to play an important role in increasing the interest of muzakki in distributing zakat through official institutions.

Abstract

Sharia insurance is a contemporary issue that does not have an explicit basis in the Qur'an, Hadith, or the books of mu'tabarah from the four schools. Therefore, Islamic religious organizations in Indonesia, such as MUI, NU, Muhammadiyah, and PERSIS play an important role in establishing laws related to sharia insurance so that they become guidelines for the people. This study aims to explain the istinbath method used by the organization in determining the halalness of Sharia insurance. The research method used was a literature study and interviews with figures from each organization. The results of the study show that MUI uses the nash qoth'i, qauli, and manhaji approaches; NU uses qauli, ilhaqi, and manhaji; Muhammadiyah uses bayani, burhani, and irfani; while PERSIS uses istidlal on the Qur'an, Hadith, and ijtihad. Despite the differences in methods, all of these organizations concluded that sharia insurance is halal because it contains the value of helping (ta'awuni), bearing each other (takafuli), and bringing the common good (maslahah al-'ammah), which is in line with Maqāsid al-sharia, namely the maintenance of religion, soul, intellect, descendants, and property.

Abstract

This study aims to analysed the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) in the efforts of the Azzahra Cibalong Tasikmalaya Islamic Boarding School to form resilient and independent students. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach, through data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that the Azzahra Islamic Boarding School has strengths in the form of takhosus programs, tahfizul Qur'an, bilingual learning (Arabic-English), and social activities that support the formation of student independence. However, there are weaknesses such as limited infrastructure, consistent absence of educators, and lack of characteristics of pesantren compared to similar institutions. In terms of opportunities, pesantren gain the support of the community and religious organizations, as well as a strategic geographical position. The threat faced is the high competition between Islamic boarding schools in the Tasikmalaya area. Overall, this SWOT analysis-based strategy is an important foothold in the development of curriculum and pesantren education management to produce competitive, resilient, and independent students.
