Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find and reveal the textual and contextual meanings in the dialogue of the Lapor Pak! players in the YouTube “Bercanda Pinggir Jurang”. This study uses a qualitative approach with text analysis methods and content from YouTube broadcasts. The data collection technique used is the technique of listening, speaking, and taking notes, then narrated and documented. The results of the study indicate that there are textual and contextual meanings in the dialogue of the Lapor Pak! players. The textual meaning in the dialogue includes grammatical and lexical aspects. Grammatical meaning includes references, ellipsis, and conjunctions. While the lexical meaning is in the form of repetition and equivalence. The contextual meaning describes an anecdote text, an interesting short story, containing funny, entertaining, and impressive elements. The components of the text contain interesting messages packaged in humor conveyed by the speakers. The message is in the form of satire aimed at our country, Indonesia. The satire made has the aim of making the related parties who protect corruptors aware and change their attitudes. Between textual and contextual meanings, there is a connection that punishment for corruptors does not need to be viewed subjectively, because the law never looks at who the perpetrator is. This story is expected to make readers aware not to side with the wrong person.

Abstract

Dakwah Nahdatul Ulama menjadi sangat penting dalam menjalankan perannya yaitu dalam menjaga toleransi, kerukunan, dan pluralisme di Indonesia. NU terus berupaya untuk menyesuaikan dakwahnya dengan kondisi sosial yang semakin hari semakin mengalami perubahan dan tentunya dengan tantangan yang beraneka ragam. Oleh sebab itu pentingnya untuk mendalami dan menyelidiki lebih dalam lagi bagaimana peran NU dalam menjaga keberagaman dan toleransi beragama ditengah masyarakat yang semakin maju di era globalisasi ini. Tulisan ini akan menjelaskan konsep peran Nahdatul Ulama dalam menjaga keberagaman dan toleransi beragama melalui metode penelitian studi kajian literatur. Adapun hasil penelitiannya bahwa Peran NU dalam Menjaga keberagaman dan toleransi beragama dengan menerapkan lima prinsip aswaja dalam kehidupan masyarakat yaitu Tasamuh (toleransi), Tasawuth (moderat), I'tidal (keadilan), Tawazun (keseimbangan), dan Amar Ma'ruf Nahi Munkar (mengajak kebaikan dan mencegah keburukan). Selain prinsip tersebut peran ulama NU juga sangat penting sebagai pelopor dialog antar umat beragama dalam rangka menjaga toleransi dan ulama membawa kontribusi konstruktif dalam meredakan ketegangan dan membangun jembatan pemahaman di antara umat beragama.

Abstract

This paper systematically discusses the structure and anatomy of organizations as fundamental elements in understanding how an organization functions and adapts to its internal and external environments. This research is descriptive-analytical in nature with a qualitative approach, aiming to identify the relationship between organizational structure design, division of tasks, hierarchy of authority, and coordination mechanisms that support organizational performance effectiveness. The results of the study show that organizational structure not only reflects the formal patterns of division of labor and responsibilities, but also describes the dynamics of communication and decision-making within the organization. Organizational anatomy includes key elements such as objectives, human resources, technology, and managerial systems that interact with each other in achieving the strategic vision. The theoretical study is based on classical and modern perspectives, including Max Weber's bureaucracy theory, contingency theory, and the open system approach that emphasizes flexibility and adaptation. Empirically, this paper asserts that organizational effectiveness is highly dependent on the alignment between formal structure and work culture that supports collaboration and innovation. Thus, a deep understanding of organizational structure and anatomy is an important basis in the process of strategic planning, organizational change, and continuous performance improvement.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the understanding, readiness, and obstacles faced by prospective elementary school teachers in implementing digital-based learning methods in the 21st century. The method used in this study was qualitative with semi-structured interviews and observations during PPL activities, aimed at uncovering prospective teachers' experiences in utilizing technology for learning. The study shows that prospective teachers recognize the importance of digital innovation in supporting 4C skills and creating interactive learning experiences. They see technology as a tool that facilitates students' learning in more flexible and creative ways. However, implementation still faces obstacles such as a lack of digital skills, nervousness when using new applications, and inadequate school facilities, including internet access and necessary devices. This study concludes that to achieve success in digital learning, continuous training, intensive mentoring, and appropriate infrastructure support are needed so that prospective teachers can integrate technology well into the learning process in elementary schools. Keywords: 21st century learning, digital learning, implementation challenges, students Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan pemahaman, kesiapan, dan kendala yang dihadapi oleh calon guru sekolah dasar dalam menerapkan metode pembelajaran berbasis digital di abad ke-21. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan wawancara semi-terstruktur serta observasi selama kegiatan PPL, bertujuan untuk mengungkap pengalaman calon guru dalam memanfaatkan teknologi untuk pembelajaran. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa calon guru menyadari pentingnya inovasi digital dalam mendukung keterampilan 4C dan menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang interaktif. Mereka melihat teknologi sebagai alat yang memfasilitasi siswa untuk belajar dengan cara yang lebih fleksibel dan kreatif. Namun, pelaksanaannya masih menghadapi hambatan seperti kurangnya keterampilan digital, rasa gugup ketika menggunakan aplikasi baru, serta kondisi fasilitas sekolah yang belum memadai, termasuk akses internet dan perangkat yang diperlukan. Penelitian ini menarik kesimpulan bahwa untuk mencapai keberhasilan dalam pembelajaran digital, dibutuhkan pelatihan yang terus-menerus, pendampingan yang intensif, serta dukungan infrastruktur yang tepat agar calon guru dapat mengintegrasikan teknologi dengan baik dalam proses belajar di sekolah dasar Kata Kunci: Pembelajaran abad ke-21, Pembelajaran digital, Tantangan implementasi, Mahasiswa

Abstract

Education is something that strives to create an active learning environment and process for students, as well as a platform for developing their potential. However, every child has a different learning process and outcome, which is why teachers are required to be able to make the learning process active and conducive. There are many things that interfere with the learning process, also known as learning difficulties. Learning difficulties vary from student to student, some caused by physical, psychological, or social factors. Learning difficulties in students can interfere with their learning outcomes. Therefore, to overcome this, teachers need to diagnose learning difficulties in students and improve unsatisfactory learning outcomes by providing remedial learning. The method used was qualitative library research. The results of this study indicate that remedial learning greatly improves the learning outcomes of students who experience learning difficulties. Because remedial learning is not just about repeating lessons, but also helping students learn according to their needs and in a very focused manner. Remedial learning is provided to students whose learning outcomes are unsatisfactory. Remedial learning is conducted individually so that students can focus better, and the learning methods are tailored to the types of learning difficulties experienced by students.

Abstract

Religiusitas merupakan aspek penting dalam pembentukan karakter peserta didik di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) karena mendukung perkembangan moral, spiritual, etika, sekaligus kompetensi akademik. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan peran pengawas sekolah dalam menumbuhkan religiusitas di SMK di Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, melibatkan pengawas sekolah, kepala sekolah, guru, dan peserta didik sebagai informan utama. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengawas sekolah memiliki peran strategis melalui tiga dimensi utama. Pertama, supervisi akademik yang mendorong integrasi nilai-nilai religius dalam setiap mata pelajaran sehingga pembelajaran tidak hanya menekankan aspek kognitif tetapi juga penguatan karakter spiritual peserta didik. Kedua, fasilitasi peningkatan kompetensi guru melalui pelatihan, workshop, dan pendampingan terkait pengembangan materi pembelajaran yang mengedepankan akhlak dan etika. Ketiga, penguatan komunitas belajar berbasis nilai religius, meliputi pembiasaan kegiatan keagamaan, program mentoring, dan aktivitas ekstrakurikuler yang menanamkan spiritualitas. Peran pengawas ini berkontribusi pada terciptanya lingkungan sekolah yang kondusif bagi pengembangan religiusitas peserta didik, meningkatkan motivasi guru dalam menanamkan nilai moral, serta mendorong kolaborasi warga sekolah dalam membangun budaya religius. Temuan penelitian menegaskan bahwa pengawas sekolah tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai pengawas administratif tetapi juga sebagai fasilitator pedagogis dan moral, sehingga memberikan implikasi penting bagi praktik supervisi pendidikan di SMK serta pengembangan karakter peserta didik secara holistik.

Abstract

The expansion of social media among adolescents has introduced complex challenges to the stability of self-control. This study aims to analyze the process of internalizing Islamic Education (PAI) values as an instrument for strengthening students’ self-control at SMP Negeri 3 Rancaekek in navigating the negative impacts of social media. A qualitative approach with a phenomenological method was employed. Primary data were gathered through in-depth interviews with students, complemented by participant observation and documentation studies to capture a comprehensive portrait of the subjects’ lived experiences. The findings indicate that the internalization of Islamic values within the school transcends mere cognitive understanding, transforming into a spiritual consciousness that functions as a digital ethical filter. Students conceptualize Islamic teachings as a foundational framework for self-regulation in managing social media usage duration and maintaining communication etiquette in cyberspace. The efficacy of this process is significantly bolstered by the role of PAI teachers as exemplary figures (uswah hasanah) and the support of the school ecosystem through religious extracurricular activities that foster a culture of mutual moral guardianship (tashiyah). This research underscores that reinforcing religiosity through Islamic Education contributes substantially to the formation of mental resilience and digital ethics among students amidst the dynamic flow of social media information.
