JOTTER
JOTTER: Journal of Teacher Training and Education Research publishes original research and review articles, including field research pertinent to the method and practice of teaching, education, especially as an academic subject or theoretical concept within the context of pre-service or in-service teacher development. Papers that address the connections between reflection, knowledge, and practice, critical analyses of particular programs, development initiatives, technology, assessment, and policy matters, as these topics relate to the main focuses of the journal, are welcome. JOTTER: Journal of Teacher Training and Educational Research is published by Yayasan Sahabat Literasi Edukasi dan Publikasi Bandung. This research aims to find out how students are interested in learning and whether or not there is influence of animated video learning media on students interest in learning Islamic religious education. The method used in this research is a quantitative method and the type of research is experimental research with a population of class descriptive statistical data analysis and inferential statistic data analysis techniques. The research result obtained the average value for students was 43.68 and after the application of the animated video media the average value was 48.77. Base on the hypothesis used the paired sample t-test, is show that the significant value of the Sig value is 0.000-0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there's an influence of the application of animated video learning media on student learning habits in learning religious education character in class X at SMA KP 1 PASEH.

Plans or planning are needed in various forms of organization, because this planning is a basic management process in making decisions and taking actions. Planning is needed in all types of activities, be it organizational activities, companies or activities in the community, and planning exists in every management function, because these functions can only carry out decisions that have been determined in planning. This article aims to reveal the importance of planning in the education management system. The research method used is a literature study. The results of this study reveal that planning is the process of defining organizational goals, producing management art to achieve goals, and planning organizational work activities. Planning is also the most important process in the principle of all management functions, because without planning other functions of organizing, directing, and controlling. Good planning will form good management. We recommend that in reaching decisions and actions in various forms of organization use the basic management process in the form of planning. In a plan, it is necessary to pay attention to the nature of good planning to achieve the desired results.

The objectives of this study are 1) To determine the use of E-learning media in class VII in PABP (Religious Education and Character Education) subjects at SMPN 1 Ciwidey. 2) To determine the discipline of class VII students in PABP subjects at SMPN 1 Ciwidey. 3) To determine the effect of using E-learning media on the discipline of class VII students in PABP subjects at SMPN 1 Ciwidey. The approach used in this study uses a quantitative approach. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The results in this study are, 1) the results of descriptive statistical testing of E-learning media get an average result of 45.62% with the most answers being "S" (agree). 2) the results of the descriptive statistical test of students' discipline got an average result of 40.17% with the most answers being "S" (agree). 3) In the E-learning media, the value of t count = 4.050 > 1.997 = t table, and Sig. = 0.000 < 0.05 (5%), so Ho is rejected. This means that E-learning media has a significant effect on student discipline. . The regression equation that connects the variables X with Y is y = 0.523x + 16,292, which means that the E-learning media has a positive effect on student discipline. This can be seen from the coefficient X =0.235 which is positive. Based on the analysis conducted, the E-leaning media has a positive effect on student discipline. Then the effect of E-learning media on student discipline is 20.4% (not good).

The aim of this research is to find out the influence of Blended Learning on Class VII PAI Lessons at Pgri Cicalengka Regency Middle School. Bandung. This research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive research methods. From the total population there are 138 people, so according to this opinion the number of samples in this study can be taken as 25% of the total population, so that the sample size for this study is 35 people. Based on table 4.29 above, the regression equation that connects variables X with Y is y = -0.100 x + 87.005, which means that Blended Learning has a negative effect on student learning outcomes. This can be seen from the coefficient X = -0.100 which is negative. This means that it can be concluded that the influence of blended learning has nothing to do with student learning outcomes. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar matematika materi operasi hitung bilangan bulat negatif siswa Sekolah Dasar (SD) melalui pendekatan Realistic Mathematics Education (RME). Model penelitian ini berupa penelitian kuntitatif dengan desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu eksperimen semu (Quasi Experiment) the purposive Control Gourp Pretest – Posttest Design. Instrumen pada penelitian ini berupa soal pretest dan posttest dalam bentuk soal uraian sebanyak lima soal yang diberikan pada kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen serta lembar observasi. Teknik analisis data dengan melakukan uji statistik berbantuan aplikasi Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS). Hasil yang diperoleh berdasakan perhitungan didapat nilai Asymp sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0,002 sehingga dapat dikatakan nilai ini lebih kecil dari nilai probabilitas 0,05 artinya hipotesis alternatif yang menyatakan terdapat perbedaan peningkatan hasil belajar antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol diterima. Sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa hasil belajar siswa pada materi operasi hitung bilangan bulat negatif siswa SD melalui pendekatan RME lebih efektif.

Learning difficulties are a problem that causes a student to not be able to follow the learning process as well as other students in general. The aim of this research is to find out more about the factors that cause learning difficulties in class VIII students at PGRI Cicalengka Middle School. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive research method. The data collection techniques used are observation or observations in the field, interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that the learning difficulties experienced by class VIII students at PGRI Cicalengka Middle School are caused by several causal factors: (1) students' lack of concentration in studying, (2) students' lack of ability to understand certain subject matter, such as science subjects, English, Mathematics, and Informatics, (3) lack of teacher innovation in developing their teaching abilities, and (4) lack of support from parents.

The internalization of anti-violence education values through Islamic Education (PAI) learning is a process of instilling mental attitudes that prioritize positive, anti-violence values when facing any social-religious problems through PAI learning. This paper aims to identify and describe the internalization of anti-violence education values through PAI learning. The research method used in this article is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The results and discussion in this paper indicate that the internalization process is carried out by strengthening each student through religious culture and PAI subjects, which reduces violence in the educational environment and enhances students' faith and piety through the conscious internalization of religious values implemented by the school

Psychomotor skills are a prerequisite for achieving success in learning PAI (Islamic Education), as the outcomes of psychomotor learning are a continuation of cognitive and affective learning outcomes, which become apparent when students exhibit certain behaviors or actions according to the meanings in these two domains in daily life. This study employs a quantitative approach. The aim of this research is to determine whether there is an effect of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) learning model on students' psychomotor skills in PAI subjects at MAN 1 Pamekasan. The study uses a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques involve using questionnaires to gather information on the TGT learning model and students' psychomotor skills. Data are analyzed using the product-moment correlation formula. The results indicate an effect of the Teams Games Tournament learning model on students' psychomotor skills in PAI subjects at MAN 1 Pamekasan. This is evident from the analysis using the product moment formula, which shows that the product moment "r" value of 0.565 falls between 0.41 and 0.70, with a moderate interpretation. This means there is a moderate effect of the Teams Games Tournament learning model on students' psychomotor skills in PAI subjects at MAN 1 Pamekasan, with a sufficient contribution

As technology progresses rapidly, e-portfolio have been utilized by teachers to hone their students’ language skills. Social media is a viable option as a platform for e-portfolio since it has been a part of people’s daily life and learning. It allows students to compile and share their work publicly and they are accustomed to it. It is a great place to learn writing as well. This research focuses on revealing the utilization of weblog-based social media e-portfolio and investigatInstagramnts’ attitudes toward e-portfolio on social media (Instagram), along with finding out the circumstances behind their attitudes. The participants of this study were the students of XI IPA 1 class of SMA Istiqamah Bandung academic year 2022/2023. They were assigned to a personal letter-writing task and interviewed. This qualitative case study aims to discover the students’ attitudes toward writing assignment portfolios in social media since attitude in language learning yields a deciding factor of whether students are going to get engaged in the process or not. The data were collected through an interview, teacher’s field notes, and the collection of the students’ writings. The data is then analyzed through the organization of data, data exploration and coding, data description, findings report, findings interpretation, and validation. The results indicated that students held positive attitudes toward it although not in every category of each attitude aspect. Students expected improvement and managed to be positively engaged in the learning process.

This study aims to discuss policy analysis, position, objectives, forms and assessment of the final project in the form of scientific articles as the final project in obtaining a bachelor's degree at the faculty of agama Islamic Nusantara Islamic University. This research applies a qualitative approach with descriptive methods and content analysis. The results and discussion of the research show that the form of the final project at the Islamic religious faculty is divided into theses and scientific articles. Students are declared to have passed scientific articles if they have received an LOA letter of acceptance from a reputable journal called SINTA and are heard in the munaqosah trial. This research concludes that students' interest in choosing the final project in the form of scientific articles is not due to the choice of convenience, but rather more essential including identity, recognition, and appreciation. This research concludes that it is not appropriate to think that writing scientific articles is easier, but all students can certainly present it based on the foundation of integrity. So this study recommends findings to policymakers for consideration of continuing alternative final projects
