<![CDATA[Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) functions as a tool to drive rural economic development by harnessing the potential within the village. One of the main obstacles in BUMDes development is the lack of quality human resources. The goal of this PKM program is to provide training and workshops to the management of BUMDes in Desa Waru, focusing on the digital promotion of BUMDes' flagship products. The method employed in this PKM consists of training and workshops, which involve the delivery of materials and practical applications. The subjects of this activity include 15 members of the BUMDes management in Desa Waru. The outcome of this PKM is that digital promotion of BUMDes' flagship products is a smart step in addressing current economic challenges. By leveraging digital potential, BUMDes can increase product visibility, boost sales, and contribute to the economic development of the village.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine the risk factors for women becoming victims of domestic violence. This research is qualitative in nature using a case study approach to analyze data based on quality and described using words so that language or explanation is obtained in the form of sentences that are systematic and easy to understand. The research results show that the background of women becoming victims of domestic violence includes family economic factors and family dysfunction, which causes violence against women. Cases of violence against women at the Sorong City Police Station this time have entered into a violence emergency status and there will be 33 cases in 2022. Long-term prevention of violence against women is through the use of Positive Deviance and psychosocial approaches for families in reducing the level of domestic violence.]]>

<![CDATA[MSMEs are activities in the business sector that are managed by individuals or small business entities, so they can have an impact on the economy. The role of MSMEs in the economic growth of Indonesian society is very influential. Based on these observation activities, the problem was found that MSMEs in Pungut Village, Pinggir, Bengkalis have opportunities in the MSME sector but have not been able to develop MSMEs into a source of income for the surrounding community. Through this presentation, KUKERTA students contributed in the form of implementing work programs related to the processing and marketing of cassava in Pungut Village, Pinggir, Bengkalis. The aim of carrying out this activity is to analyze the improvement of MSMEs in the Process of Cassava Processing and Marketing through outreach activities with the Balai Pungut Village Government. The implementation method was carried out in Pungut Village, Pinggir, Bengkalis. Socialization activities to raise the potential of Balai Pungut Village through cassava and developing MSMEs for PKK mothers were carried out on August 10 2023. Kukerta activities carried out in Pungut Village went smoothly. This can be done well due to several factors such as the enthusiasm of the good community and the high solidarity of Kukerta students. The new innovation discovered by Kukerta students based on community service activities carried out in Pungut Village is developing the MSME business of the Pungut Village Community through the discovery of processed products made from cassava, namely cassava nuggets.]]>

<![CDATA[Curriculum changes are a common occurrence to test the development of a country's education level. The Kurikulum 2013 (lit. 2013 Curriculum, K-13 or Kurtilas) brings significant changes to the learning curriculum, one of which is the loss of English language learning at the elementary school (SD) level. This has led to many private Kindergarten (TK) educational institutions emphasizing English language learning in their schools to make up for the absence of English language lessons at a higher level. This is also what Aufa Saif Kindergarten, North Serpong, does. Having students with different backgrounds due to its strategic location, Kindergarten Aufa Saif Islamic School tries to unite the mindset of children from different environmental backgrounds with one lesson that can be accepted by various groups. By considering the characteristics of these partners, the community service team ran a community service activity solution for the educational aspect of English learning for kindergarten children, namely by implementing teaching and learning activities using the Suggestopedia method. We consider this method to be the most appropriate for kindergarten children because it is entertaining and does not make them bored. This method is expected to instill a sense of interest in speaking English in kindergarten children, especially in Aufa Saif Islamic School Kindergarten students as partners of this service activity. Applying positive thinking in learning English is the main focus of the community service program this time, which is adapted to current issues.]]>

<![CDATA[Lack of public awareness about the importance of cleanliness of public facilities, especially worship facilities in Margacinta Village, is one of the problems that have occurred. So it is necessary to carry out an evaluation to prevent problems so that they do not cause disease later. The purpose of holding this KKN is to find solutions related to environmental problems in Margacinta Village. Some of these places are mosques in the hamlets of Margacinta Village, because of these problems. So the solution is to hold trash bins as a form of waste sorting implementation organic and non-organic in Margacinta Village. In this PKM Journal, the function of the trash can will be explained. So that this effort is expected to increase public awareness about the importance of environmental cleanliness, especially in places of worship. The method used is the direct delivery of trash bins and directing the community so they can choose and sort organic and non-organic waste. The trash bins are handed over to the head of DKM { The Mosque Prosperity Council located in the hamlet. We as KKN students hope that by holding this program we can increase public awareness about the importance of environmental cleanliness in Margacinta Village so that Margacinta Village can become a cleaner and healthier village in the future.]]>

<![CDATA[Sago cracker MSMEs still produce sago to the extent of the household industry, simple processing technology and lack of promotion of sago crackers. The research objective was to analyze the internal and external environment of sago cracker MSMEs, formulate and determine technical strategies and policies for the development of sugo cracker MSMEs in Kuanta Singingi Regency. This research was conducted by survey with quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis. Qualitative descriptive using IFE and EFE matrix while qualitative descriptive wing SWOT method. The total internal factor evaluation (IFE) score was 2.6694 and the total external factor evaluation (EFE) score was 2.9857. The GE matrix results in sago cracker MSMEs located in quadrant (hold and maintain), namely market and product development. <![CDATA[The capacity to converse is a person's communication talent. In the classroom, English acts as a tool for communication to gather information, and in real-world situations, it is used to build relationships and communicate information. The ineffective teaching strategies utilized by teachers during the learning process contribute to the poor results of English learning. Role-playing is the technique employed in this activity, which is one of the language learning techniques in the application of communication that can forge relationships in social interactions and learning to boost student accomplishment orally in the use of language that includes meaning. There are three steps to this activity's execution. Students are provided a theoretical explanation by the teacher in the initial step. Role-playing techniques are used in English learning and are thought to be very successful. In the process, a number of noteworthy benefits of the role-playing approach of this learning were discovered relative to its drawbacks. Students find role-playing to be an acceptable and enjoyable technique of learning. The participants gained enthusiasm, motivation, and self-assurance in their ability to communicate in English.]]>

In general, this difficulty occurs due to several factors, both internal and external factors, one of which is the lack of use of appropriate and varied learning media. Thus, the researcher provides a solution to this problem by developing learning media in the form of Arabic learning videos in the form of video visualization to increase students' interest and motivation in learning. The purpose of this research is to find out students' needs for video learning media, as well as the benefits of learning with video visualization. The research design is a Research and Development (R&D) design. <![CDATA[In studying religious knowledge, it cannot be denied that the absolute requirement is knowledge in Arabic, because the source of this religion is the Al-Qur'an and Hadith in Arabic. So it is very necessary to have a forum that can accommodate teenagers in Juwet village to be able to continue studying religion by starting with studying the rules of the Arabic language with the aim of being able to read and understand the meaning contained in the literature of Islamic study books. For this reason, training and assistance on how to read and then getting used to reading the Yellow Book properly and correctly needs to be applied. The target achievements of this program are the introduction of the yellow book for beginners, increasing the analysis of nahwu - shorof for the intermediate level, and increasing understanding and learning for the advanced level. This is very suitable for those who have an interest in the yellow book but do not have the opportunity to study at an Islamic boarding school. In this service, the main problem being worked on is how to improve the ability of teenagers in Juwet village, Kenongo in an effort to read the yellow book and pronounce Arabic sentences based on the study of Nahwu and Shorof Science. So, this training in reading the Kunig Book is a forum that can facilitate the teenagers of Pakong village to be able to continue their Islamic studies which were stopped when they entered junior high school or equivalent. From this community service activity, it can be concluded that it is intended to provide insight to the teenagers of Juwet village, Kenongo Porong Sidoarjo who are not yet familiar with the tradition of reading the yellow book or the bald book which is often a reference in religious community life. Efforts to prevent stunting can be made if you know what stunting is. The aim of this activity is to increase community knowledge regarding stunting and its prevention. This activity is carried out by providing material from house to house using leaflets and education regarding the definition of stunting, causes of stunting in toddlers, ways to prevent stunting, and foods to prevent stunting.
