Abstract

Real work lectures are a synergistic learning program as a form of student service to society. The real work lecture raised the theme of stunting prevention. One of the real work college programs carried out is making innovative food that is healthy and easy for all ages, especially toddlers, to enjoy. An innovative food with basic ingredients of rice, vegetables and eggs is kimbap. Stunting prevention outreach and demonstrations were carried out once at the Village Pendopo targeting toddlers and mothers. The result of this activity is the formation of local kimbap products that toddlers like.

Abstract

This article discusses education about the dangers of bullying at SMPN 3 Pelalawan. The goal is to increase student awareness of the negative effects of bullying. Activities involve students and use interactive lecture methods. The main focus includes understanding the concepts, signs, and handling of bullying. The results showed an increase in students' understanding of the concept of bullying to 85%, and the ability to recognize signs from 60% to 80%. 75% of students are also able to mention steps to prevent and deal with bullying. This success creates a safer and more inclusive school environment. The article recommends approaches such as open and in-depth discussion to overcome resistance. In the Future suggests focusing on in-person interactions, such as group discussions and simulated bullying. Engaging teachers, parents and measuring long-term impact is important for sustainable behavior change. With a more adaptive approach, it is hoped that this activity will remain effective in overcoming bullying in the future

Abstract

Environmental cleanliness is the most important thing in achieving a healthy life. Activities are needed that encourage people to start living healthy lives. One of these activities is healthy environmental activities through real work college work programs. This activity aims to: 1) make the community aware of the benefits of clean living and its impact on health, 2) provide knowledge to the community about the negative impacts of an unclean and unsanitary environment, 3) help the community clean the environment around where they live through field action activities in the form of distributing rubbish bins, and mutual cooperation and also reforestation by planting trees. This community service activity is delivered using discussion, counseling and field action methods. Several things that need to be considered after this activity takes place are that activities like this should be carried out regularly every year because so far people have not paid attention to the cleanliness of their environment so they are prone to disease and natural disasters such as floods. After this activity was completed, the results were that so far people tend to ignore the cleanliness of their environment, so assistance from various parties is needed so that people care about the surrounding environment. They are also committed to protecting the environment where they live.

Abstract

This service aims to develop a culinary tourism village based on local wisdom with a focus on cassava raw materials in Ledok Village, Salatiga City. This research involves local culinary business actors, local governments, and academics to improve skills, business governance, and promotion of cassava-based culinary products. The results of this service include improving the skills of culinary business actors, developing a diverse culinary menu, strengthening collaboration between various parties, as well as creating a management guide for culinary tourism villages. Evaluation of research results shows positive potential in increasing business actors' income, local tourism growth and village economic development. In conclusion, the development of a culinary tourism village based on local wisdom made from cassava has great potential to improve the quality of life of local communities and support the economic and tourism growth of Salatiga City. Collaboration and training are the keys to success in optimizing the potential of this culinary tourism.

Abstract

Sapta Pesona is a framework that promotes the attractiveness of Indonesian tourism through seven aspects, namely nature, attractions, accessibility, amenities, activities, security and cleanliness. This project involves collaboration with local communities, local government, and various stakeholders to achieve the following objectives: Increase community understanding of the Sapta Pesona concept and the importance of sustainable tourism practices. Empowering local communities in managing successful tourism businesses, such as homestays and traditional food stalls. Development of tourism infrastructure, including the construction of tourist facilities and adequate transportation routes. Implementation of a tourism promotion campaign to increase the visibility of Ledok Village as an attractive tourism destination. Through various training, education and promotional activities, the project aims to create a positive impact on the local economy, empower communities and promote responsible and sustainable tourism. The conclusion of this project reflects the results that have been achieved and recommendations for next steps in developing tourism in Ledok Village.

Abstract

This service aims to develop and promote the potential of culinary tourism in Argotelo, a culinary place in Salatiga City, Indonesia. This research involves market analysis, facility improvements, menu diversification, and promotional efforts to increase awareness and tourist visits. The results include increased sales turnover, increased visitor numbers, product diversification and a positive impact on local communities. This dedication stimulates local economic growth and creates a better culinary experience for visitors. Abstract

Stunting is a problem that occurs in babies and toddlers which is characterized by the toddler's height and weight not being in accordance with general standards. Stunting can be caused by inappropriate parenting patterns, inadequate nutrition, and economic factors. The purpose of writing this article is to determine the role of animal protein in reducing stunting rates in children in Central Villages, which is done through providing additional food containing animal protein. The method used in making this article is the literature review method, where we look at several article sources that are related to the topic we are discussing, then we carry out this additional feeding activity by considering the use of animal protein in providing nutrients that are useful for growth and development. child flower. The results of this research are that the animal protein content in eggs, both chicken eggs and quail eggs, greatly influences the adequacy of animal protein in children.

Abstract

Waste is remainder from people's daily activities. Waste that is not properly managed, will gradually become a serious problem for the environment. The aim of this community service is to give knowledge to the people of Loa Village on how to manage waste properly, by utilizing organic waste into Liquid Organic Fertilizer or Pupuk Organik Cair (POC) and understand the importance of Family Medicinal Herbs or Tanaman Obat Keluarga (TOGA) for the family use. The method used in this service is delivering material on how to make POC and planting TOGA. The results of this activity can be concluded that the people/residents of Loa Village who took part in the activity were able to understand well about how to make POC and the benefits obtained from POC and TOGA.

Abstract

Business activity is an activity that requires very serious thinking and understanding to improve marketing. A product is created that is a superior product and has quality, because the business world competition is always there. If the product created does not have an advantage, then the product created will not excel in the market. If a business experiences a decline in sales, then the business must try to take steps or ways to improve to save the business being run. The activities carried out in this PKM are to find out the Marketing Mix strategy of Sinoman traditional herbal medicine in the city of Palangka Raya, by implementing marketing with a form of Marketing Mix strategy that can support marketing products with the 4P Method. This paper aims to build community service activities in an effort to knowledge and business development of Home Industry in the city of Palangka Raya. This activity can be taken benefit and wisdom, and the findings of this service lie in a strategy that should be applied in business is Marketing Mix, about the steps to apply the 4Ps consisting of Product, Price, Distribution/Place and Promotion. The first part of the main step must be done by business people is to plan product marketing strategies, so that the goal in doing business to obtain profit can be achieved maximally.

Abstract

Vegetables play an important role in human life. Because vegetables are a source of vitamins and minerals that are good for health. The large number of cases of stunting in children today is caused by, among other things, a lack of nutritious food, including vegetables. In general, the people of Colomadu District, Karanganyar Regency do not fully utilize their home gardens. By distributing vegetable seeds to women farmer groups (KWT) in Colomadu District, the Women Farmer Groups can optimize their yard land so as to support the Framework for Supporting Family Food Security. Steps taken in the community service activity "Empowerment of Women Farming Groups (KWT) through the distribution of vegetable seeds in order to support family food security. including: First step, Coordination with the head of the Neighborhood Association (RT), this activity is the first step in community service activities, the purpose of this activity is to ask for permission to carry out community service activities and ask about what the Women's Farmers Group (KWT) needs. in order to support family food security. The second step, namely implementation, this activity is a series of the first step, after a meeting point has been reached for coordination activities, the day for carrying out community service activities is determined.
