<![CDATA[This PKM aims to overcome the problems of the State High School (SMK) 2 Lumajang in the management and utilization of the website in the KBM and information process. The problems encountered by the State High School (SMK) 2 Lumajang include (1) Information technology that is already widely available in schools has not been utilized optimally as a medium to support the teaching and learning process and school information, (2) The ability of teachers / website admins who are still minimal in utilizing information technology as a medium to support the teaching and learning process and school information, (3) The web is a media that is currently popular among the younger generation and has facilities that can be used as a medium to support the teaching and learning process and school information, (4) The demands of the times that have been increasingly advanced in information technology. The solutions offered are (1) Providing skills and abilities to create and manage websites as a supporting medium for the teaching and learning process and school information (2) Information technology in this case the Internet network available in schools can be utilized optimally as a medium to support the teaching and learning process and school information; (3) Develop Training Modules (4) Partner assistance (4) Website Creation Simulation and its management. <![CDATA[This service is a follow-up to the results of previous research that discussed Therapeutic Communication in Drug Social Rehabilitation Clients at the Gennesa Banyuwangi Foundation. In a previous study, it was found that one of the clients at the Gennesa Foundation had been taking drugs since elementary school grade 5 types of alcohol and cigarettes. Starting from trial and error with the invitation of friends around him, then getting used to stealing and selling things in his house just to satisfy his addiction. Drugs have spread among children. Therefore, effective communication techniques are needed to socialize the dangers of drugs to children. This service is carried out by holding effective communication training for volunteers with the Training of Trainer (ToT) model which is attended by 25 students from various universities in Jember Regency. This devotion format is packaged in composition: 20% theoretical exposure, 20% discussion and 60% simulation. The material presented was socialization of the dangers of drugs, effective communication in the fight against drugs and simulations of effective communication techniques. <![CDATA[OJK defines financial literacy as knowledge, skills and beliefs that influence attitudes and behavior to improve the quality of decision-making and financial management in order to achieve prosperity. The percentage of financial literacy in Indonesia is still considered quite low, only 38.03%. Village Owned Enterprises BUMDES are business entities whose capital is wholly or partly derived from the village, and the existence of BUMDES is intended to create jobs or improve public services for the better community. The existence of BUMDES is very important for villages and villagers because in concept it is an institution that supports the village economy, so seriousness is needed in managing and running BUMDES so that everything planned can run smoothly and successfully. One indicator of the success of BUMDES is that the administrators who are included in the management organizational structure understand financial literacy. Financial literacy can be seen as a preventive step to equip BUMDES administrators to avoid difficulties related to financial management problems. The results obtained after carrying out this community service activity are that the partners actually know and carry out activities related to financial transactions, but there is still much that needs correction in accordance with financial literacy, and after this community service activity the partners understand and understand more what it is and the importance of everything that includes financial activities, especially those related to BUMDES management]]>

<![CDATA[The partner's problem is that village officials have not been able to use some software such as Microsoft Word. The solution used to deal with problems experienced by partners is to provide training in the Microsoft Word application program. The implementation of this community service activity is on Saturday May 13 2023. The socialization activity was carried out by the proposing team more to provide motivation to village officials regarding the importance of technology, especially the Microsoft Word application, in order to expedite administrative performance in the village. Training activities are practical activities that focus on increasing the skills of village officials. Observations from the implementation of this activity provide insight into new knowledge and skills for village officials and at the same time provide benefits which of course support village administrative activities. During the implementation of the training, the enthusiasm of the village apparatus was visible both in terms of receiving the material and feedback in the form of questions. Based on observations during the activity and from several questions asked by the participants, it appears that the participants already have an idea of what Microsoft Word is and its functions and uses in village administrative activities. <![CDATA[Mastery of graphic design is very important because of the importance of graphic design in organizational or community activities. The training session took place at Darma Alam Housing Complex, Jember on 20 May 2023. The workshop participants consisted of youth from Darma Alam Housing as well as officials from the local Rukun Warga. Before starting to use the Corel Draw application, participants were given graphic design material to read. This dedication activity emphasizes hands-on practice, so that a lot of time is spent practicing so that innovations in graphic design can be utilized immediately. The participants' understanding of the participant's visual design was quite strong, as evidenced by the participants' ability to remember the type and position of the tools used according to their needs. This course helps young people improve their graphic design skills by utilizing the Corel Draw application. Furthermore, the purpose of this activity is to foster creativity in the world of computers, especially graphic design. Based on the findings and discussion of Corel Draw graphic design training, it can be concluded that Darma Alam Housing youth partners can develop their creativity in the field of Corel Draw graphic design. The potential tourist attractions in the Jember Regency area are quite large, including; natural, cultural, culinary and innovative economic tourism that spreads in 248 villages, but this opportunity has not been used by the local community as a tourism interest. The purpose of this training is to provide POKDARWIS with an understanding of the role, obligations and benefits for tourism boosters in rural environments, Pokdarwis is given direction and insight to explore and develop tourism capacity by conducting training on tourism destination management. <![CDATA[Lojejer Village, Wuluhan District, is a village where the average person works as a fisherman in Jember Regency. The results of the observations explain the obstacles experienced by the community including: 1) The unstable selling price of cob fish which is still low, 2) not having insight into the process of managing marine catches so that the selling price is high, 3) The lack of community skills to innovate so as to produce products with high selling prices. The next stage is the preparation of monitoring and evaluation instruments, namely community insights, including the process of managing cob fish as shredded products, preparing attractive logo designs and product packaging so that they can be marketed, and managing permits after creating new products, promoting through social media and others. The result of this training is that training and education on the process of making Shredded Cob is carried out as a solution to increase the income of fishermen and home industry processing groups in Lojejer Village will manage the catch and then can be marketed at a higher price]]>

<![CDATA[Eksistensi legalitas usaha sangat penting sekali. Legalitas usaha merupakan standar yang harus dipenuhi oleh pelaku usaha, walaupun usaha yang dijalankan berskala kecil atau mikro (UMKM) supaya usahanya dapat dinyatakan sah secara hukum. Akan tetapi legalitas usaha sering diabaikan oleh para pelaku usaha, termasuk oleh pelaku usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM). Tujuan diadakan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan edukasi kepada masyarakat, khususnya pemilik UMKM di PCA Sumbersari, Kecamatan Sumbersari Kabupaten Jember, tentang tata cara mengurus dokumen legalitas usaha sebagai upaya perlindungan hukum kepada pelaku usaha UMKM. The availability of flexible and effective teaching materials can encourage good student learning outcomes as a representation of the effectiveness and efficiency of the learning process, especially in schools. The modernization era has a positive impact with the availability of applications and programs in making teaching materials such as canva, cohorts, hotpotatos, and mind mapping applications ranging from free to paid such as free mind, lucid chart, Ayoa, and mindomo. The need for teachers in providing quality teaching materials must certainly be supported by qualified competencies, especially in the field of information technology as an effort to design and manufacture mind mapping-based materials. The main function of mind mapping is to map the concept of subjects to make it simpler or simpler and have ease of use in understanding and mastering the learning material being studied. The main nature of simple mid-mapping with a multi-color display will affect student learning motivation, especially at the elementary school / madrasah level.
