Abstract

Indonesia's natural resources are famous for their beauty abroad. With its amazing naturalbeauty, it opens up opportunities for people and countries to take advantage of it by organizing tourism onthese natural resources. However, the act of utilizing natural resources cannot be carried out haphazardly,but is based on the state constitution, namely the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia.Therefore, this research will examine the direction of regulation and policy on the use of natural resourcesin national law. as well as the use of natural resources in the tourism sector based on the 1945Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. Because this research is legal research, the approach used is aconceptual approach related to the legal concept of natural resources which is applied supported by alegislative approach related to provisions. tourism law provisionsjuxtaposed with the 1945 Constitution ofthe Republic of Indonesia.

Abstract

Groups are part of human life. Every day people will be involved in group activities. Likewise, groups are part of organizational life. In organizations you will find many of these groups. Almost in general, people who are members of large or small organizations have a very strong tendency to seek familiarity in certain groups. Starting from the similarity of work tasks carried out, the closeness of the place of work, the frequency of meeting each other, and perhaps the similarity of shared pleasures, then closeness to each other arises. Start them grouping in certain organizations. To continue the material, we will discuss it with the following problem formulation.

Abstract

This research aims to explore and understand the role of charismatic and transformational leadership in the context of thejauharul Falah Islamic Boarding School and how this role influences the innovation process at this institution. In an effort to face the challenges and rapid developments in the modern educational era, it is important to understand how leadership can be a driving force for innovation in traditional Islamic educational institutions.This research adopted a qualitative approach and carried out in-depth analysis through interviews and observations of leaders, teachers and administrative staff at the Islamic Boarding School of Pesantrenjauharul Falah. The research findings reveal that charismatic and transformational leadership plays a central role in shaping the culture of innovation at this institution. Charismatic leadership is able to motivate stakeholders, while transformational leadership inspires positive changes in education and institutional management. The results of field data analysis highlight charismatic and transformational leadership practices that support innovation. Leaders at the Islamic Boarding School Pesantrenjauharul Falah have the ability to create a shared vision and motivate individuals to actively participate in innovation efforts. Furthermore, this research illustrates how innovative changes in curriculum, teaching methods, and institutional management have supported the growth of this Islamic boarding school.Thus, this research provides an important contribution to the understanding of the relationship between charismatic and transformational leadership and innovation in Islamic educational institutions. The implications of this research can provide guidance for similar educational institutions to optimize the role of their leaders in encouraging innovation that is relevant to the demands of the times.

Abstract

This research aims to explore and understand self-esteem among Kindergarten (TK).TK teacher is responsible for a child's basic abilities in the field of education, not only teaching educational concepts but also introducing children to behaviors and daily life. The research subjects are TK teachers, and the study adopts a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Qualitative research emphasizes natural or intrinsic processes, prioritizing meanings that are not tested or measured precisely with descriptive data. The study describes incidents heard, felt, and formulated in narrative or descriptive statements. This research is characterized by its naturalistic setting, focusing on the quality of phenomena. The results indicate that the depiction of self-esteem among TK teachers in various regions/schools can be concluded based on the overall observed participants. The findings suggest that teacher creativity can be enhanced to influence teaching quality, and there is a significant positive relationship between communication skills components and teacher work effectiveness. In conclusion, TK teachers exhibit good levels of self-esteem, as most fall into the "Good" category based on data analysis. The self-esteem of TK teachers positively and significantly influences students' social aspects.

Abstract

In the current global era, easy access to the Internet is very important. Why not, everyone has a device that makes it easier to navigate cyberspace. This comfort certainly affects expressions that were previously expressed through the real world, but the virtual world is absorbing more and more of it. There are many situations in the household where husbands and wives communicate more via devices, there by neglecting their responsibilities. The adverse effects brought about by social media result in conflict either due to indifference or jealousy on the part of the spouse becomes excessively acquainted with social media. One of the reasons an intriguing factor in divorce cases involves the utilization of social media.

Abstract

Public speaking or the art of speaking in public has a very important role in Islamic da'wah. These skills are not only needed in everyday life, but also in the world of work. History shows that public speaking has been an integral part of preaching communication since ancient Greece and Rome. In the Islamic context, public speaking is the key to conveying religious messages effectively and influencing the attitudes and actions of communicants. This research is a type of library research with a qualitative approach. Data was collected through reviewing scientific literature, such as books, journals, theses and other sources relevant to the research topic. The research results show that public speaking in Islamic da'wah has a crucial role in spreading religious teachings. History and technological developments show that public speaking is not only an ancient tradition but also continues to adapt to the times. Da'is can utilize modern technology and media to reach a wider audience and strengthen the spread of Islamic values ​​in society. Public speaking has a positive influence in conveying da'wah messages, increasing understanding, motivating and shaping public opinion. The development of technology and modern media has brought a transformation in communication.

Abstract

Orphanages are institutions that shape the growth and development of children who do not have parents or for some reason do not live with their families. An orphanage is a house, a place (a place to live), while an orphanage is a house where orphaned children are cared for and nurtured and so on. Article 55 paragraph (3) of Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 23 of 2002 explains that in relation to the implementation of the care and maintenance of neglected children, state institutions and community institutions can cooperate with various parties as referred to in paragraph 2. Orphanage is defined as a house, place or residence where orphans, orphans, and orphaned children are cared for (taken care of). In an orphanage there is a caregiver who educates, nurtures, protects and provides comfort to the children in his care. Caregivers are foster parents who are respected and appreciated by their foster children.

Abstract

Batak tradition is a tradition that is rich with a diversity of ways of implementation, different regions have different customs, especially the Angkola Batak tradition. The Batang Angkola custom regulates marriage issues, the most prominent thing in the case of marriage in the Batak Angkola custom is the pre-wedding process, including the Pataru Sere Sahatan tradition which is one of a series of events in the Batak Angkola traditional wedding. If translated according to a series of Islamic marriage laws, this process is called the delivery of the dowry, but there is a series of different activities because it is influenced by the Batang Angkola custom, so it is necessary to examine it further, using an 'Urf perspective.

Abstract

This research examines a case of embezzlement of funds that occurred at PT Bank Maybank Indonesia 3 years ago which was experienced by an E-Sport Athlete and his mother. Bank Maybank Indonesia is a private bank With this case, the quality of banking has decreased and is considered inadequate by the public, especially customers. Therefore, issue management is needed regarding cases of embezzlement of funds which result in a bad company image. Apart from that, the aim of this research was to find out how to improve the company's image after the Maybank Indonesia embezzlement case. The research method used is a normative research method by examining data such as books, journals, articles and other data sources related to laws and regulations. Data collection is based on independent observation and independent literature.

Abstract

Nazir has a very important role in waqf, for this reason a good communication strategy is needed in socializing productive waqf programs to the community. The purpose of this research is to determine the communication strategy of the Nazir Waqf institution in socializing the waqf program to Muslims. This research uses a qualitative approach. Primary data is obtained from observation, interviews, notes or memos, and other official documents. Meanwhile, secondary data is obtained from scientific literature such as books, journal articles, theses, theses and websites. The results of this research show that the strategy carried out by the Pundi Amal Bhakti Ummat Foundation (PABU) is to identify communication targets, namely family, relatives, public figures, small groups such as the ta'lim assembly, arisan women, and communities. and the Muslim community. The choice of communication media, namely website, Facebook, and Instagram as communication media to socialize the waqf program, namely tabarru cards, and WhatsApp for telemarketing. In this case, for more effective communication, the PABU foundation plays the role of communicator who has jointed the waqf ambassador program, the program is organized by the Indonesian Waqf Board (BWI)
