Abstract

This study aims to: (1) describe employee performance, self-efficacy, and work discipline; and (2) analyze the effects of self-efficacy and work discipline on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. The population of this study consisted of 42 employees of the Sikka Regency Tourism and Culture Office. Since the population was relatively small and manageable, a census or saturated sampling technique was employed, whereby all members of the population were included as respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical methods, namely multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing was conducted using the F-test and t-test. The results of the descriptive analysis indicate that employee performance was categorized as good, self-efficacy was categorized as good, and work discipline was also categorized as good. The results of the t-test show that, partially, self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of the F-test indicate that, simultaneously, self-efficacy and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination analysis shows that the two independent variables in this study explain 55.4% of the variation in employee performance at the Sikka Regency Tourism and Culture Office.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the overview of Employee Performance, Emotional Intelligence, and Service Quality, as well as to analyze the influence of Emotional Intelligence and Service Quality on Employee Performance, both partially and simultaneously. The population in this study is the employees of Hotel Pelita Maumere, totaling 40 people. Since the population is limited, this study uses a census or saturated sampling method with a sample size of 40 respondents. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive methods and inferential statistics with multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing was carried out using t-tests and F-tests. Descriptive analysis results show that Employee Performance (74.00%), Emotional Intelligence (76.53%), and Service Quality (75.87%) fall into the good category. The t-test results show that partially, Emotional Intelligence has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (calculated t 2.833 > table t, Sig. 0.009 < 0,05. Similarly, Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (t_calculated 2.262 > t_table, Sig. 0.032 < 0.05). The F-test results show that Emotional Intelligence and Service Quality simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance (F_calculated 7.237, Sig. 0.003 < 0.05). The determination analysis results show that the contribution of these two independent variables can explain 34.9% of the fluctuations in Employee Performance at Hotel Pelita Maumere, while the remaining 65.1% is explained by other variables outside this research model.

Abstract

This study aims to describe price, product quality, and purchasing decisions, and to examine the partial and simultaneous effects of price and product quality on the purchasing decision of Ewiti Bottled Drinking Water (AMDK) at CV. Gloria Maumere. The study uses a descriptive associative approach with a quantitative method. The research sample consisted of 96 respondents determined using the Cochran formula through purposive sampling with an accidental sampling approach. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the aid of SPSS 26, supported by classical assumption tests, the F test, the t test, and the coefficient of determination. The results show that respondents' perceptions of the price variable (73.70), product quality (72.83), and purchasing decision (70.30) fall into the "Good" category. Hypothesis testing shows that price partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions (t count -3.159 > t table 1.99; sig. 0.002); product quality partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions (t count 2.107 > t table 1.99; sig. 0.038); and price together with product quality simultaneously has a significant effect on purchasing decisions (F count 8.278 > F table 3.94; sig. 0.000). The two independent variables jointly contribute 15.1% to purchasing decisions, while the remaining 84.9% is influenced by other factors outside the research model. These findings confirm that affordable pricing and consistent product quality are important factors that CV. Gloria Maumere needs to maintain in order to drive consumer purchasing decisions toward Ewiti AMDK.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) describe destination image, digital promotion, and tourists' visiting interest; and (2) analyze the effect of destination image and digital promotion on tourists' visiting interest at Budi Sun Resort, Sikka Regency, both partially and simultaneously. The population consisted of 398 visitors of Budi Sun Resort in 2025. The sample was selected using purposive sampling, and its size was determined using the Slovin formula with a 10% margin of error, resulting in 80 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires using a five-point Likert scale and analyzed using descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression analysis with IBM SPSS Statistics 26. Hypotheses were tested using the t-test and F-test at a 5% significance level. The descriptive results show that destination image (62.10%), digital promotion (62.09%), and visiting interest (62.10%) are all in the fairly good category. The t-test shows that, partially, destination image has a positive and significant effect on visiting interest (t = 2.517; sig. = 0.014), and digital promotion also has a significant effect on visiting interest (t = 2.054; sig. = 0.029). The F-test shows that, simultaneously, destination image and digital promotion have a significant effect on visiting interest (F = 3.364; sig. = 0.040). The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.640 indicates that both variables explain 64.0% of the variation in visiting interest, while the remaining 36.0% is explained by other factors.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of Financial Technology Peer-to-Peer Lending on the financial performance of Savings and Loan Cooperatives under the supervision of KSP Puskopdit Swadaya Utama Maumere. This study uses a quantitative approach with descriptive methods and simple linear regression analysis. The data used are secondary data for the 2021–2025 period obtained from cooperative financial reports and fintech lending statistics. Financial Technology Peer-to-Peer Lending is measured through outstanding fintech loans, while cooperative financial performance is measured using Return on Assets (ROA). Data analysis was conducted using the t-test and coefficient of determination. The results show that outstanding Financial Technology Peer-to-Peer Lending loans do not have a significant effect on cooperative financial performance as measured by ROA, with a significance value of 0.627 (>0.05). The coefficient of determination of 8.8% indicates that outstanding fintech loans explain only a small portion of the changes in cooperative ROA, while the remaining variation is influenced by other factors outside the research model. Thus, the development of outstanding fintech loans during 2021–2025 has not had a significant impact on cooperative financial performance.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the application of accounting concepts within the belis cultural practice in Adobala Village, Adonara, East Flores, East Nusa Tenggara. The research employed a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. Research informants included traditional leaders as well as members of the groom's and bride's families involved in the belis proceedings. The results indicated that accounting concepts were applied in the belis practice in a simplified manner based on customary agreements. This application encompassed planned planning, identifying the forms and types of belis, valuing items based on price and family consensus, recording, communicating through customary deliberations, and accountability. The belis practice was not merely about economic value; it also held social and cultural significance as a gesture of respect toward women and a means to strengthen kinship ties. Thus, the belis cultural practice in Adobala Village demonstrated the application of accounting concepts within the execution of marriage customs, covering the processes of determining obligations, procuring goods, and clearly conveying information regarding the belis value to the relevant parties.
