Abstract

This study examines the effect of Market Orientation and Service Quality on Firm Performance in the context of Super Air Jet in Indonesia. A quantitative explanatory, cross-sectional design is proposed with 260 airline passengers selected through purposive sampling. Market Orientation is represented by customer orientation, competitor orientation, and interfunctional coordination, while Service Quality covers tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. Firm Performance is assessed through perceived financial and non-financial indicators. Data are planned to be analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics 26 through validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, partial t-tests, a simultaneous F-test, and the coefficient of determination. The source manuscript does not contain completed SPSS output; therefore, this article does not fabricate statistical values or hypothesis decisions. The study framework is intended to explain how market responsiveness and service quality may jointly strengthen airline performance and competitiveness. This study is expected to provide an empirical foundation for airline managers in developing integrated market and service strategies, while also contributing to the literature concerning strategic marketing, service management, and organizational performance in Indonesia’s commercial aviation industry.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of promotion and product quality on customer satisfaction at Store Sewa Tengge dan Labu Gete. The research used a quantitative approach with 90 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires, observation, and documentation and analyzed using descriptive statistics, multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination. The results showed that promotion and product quality were categorized as good. Partially, promotion had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction with a t-value of 3.288 > 1.99 and a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05. Product quality also had a positive and significant effect with a t-value of 5.335 > 1.99 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, promotion and product quality had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. The coefficient of determination was 68.4%, while the remaining 31.6% was influenced by other factors outside the research model.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze operational risks in the yarn dyeing process at CV Gemilang Sinar Indonesia and identify risk control measures that can be implemented to minimize potential impacts. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach using a case study method. Data were collected through direct observation, interviews, and documentation during the internship period. The results indicate that there is a medium-level operational risk (medium risk) in the yarn dyeing process, primarily caused by inadequate management of dye waste and residual coloring materials. This risk occurs repeatedly due to the daily dyeing activities and has led to decreased work efficiency, increased potential for material misuse, wastage of raw materials, and poorly organized work areas. Furthermore, ineffective waste management poses a risk of environmental pollution and has generated complaints from communities living near the company. Based on the findings, risk mitigation efforts should focus on strengthening supervision of dye material usage, implementing stricter Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), improving material storage systems, and optimizing the management and disposal of production waste. The implementation of these measures is expected to reduce operational risks, enhance production efficiency, and support environmental sustainability within and around the company.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) describe Employee Performance, Facilities and Infrastructure, and Work Discipline; and (2) analyze the effects of Facilities and Infrastructure and Work Discipline on Employee Performance, both partially and simultaneously. The population of this study consisted of 56 employees of the Regional Development Planning, Research, and Innovation Agency of Sikka Regency. Due to the limited population size, this study employed a census or saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical methods, namely multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing was conducted using the F-test and t-test. The results of the descriptive analysis indicate that the Employee Performance variable was categorized as very good, the Facilities and Infrastructure variable was categorized as very good, and the Work Discipline variable was also categorized as very good. The results of the t-test show that, partially, Facilities and Infrastructure have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Furthermore, Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. The results of the F-test indicate that, simultaneously, Facilities and Infrastructure and Work Discipline have a significant effect on Employee Performance. The coefficient of determination analysis shows that the two independent variables in this study are able to explain 44.7% of the variation in Employee Performance at the Regional Development Planning, Research, and Innovation Agency of Sikka Regency

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of power distance and collectivism on management accounting decision-making in MSMEs in Sikka Regency. This study used a quantitative approach with primary data obtained from distributed questionnaires. The study used a sample of 100 MSME actors in Sikka Regency who met the predetermined criteria. The analytical method used included multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis showed that power distance had a positive and significant effect on management accounting decision-making. Collectivism also had a positive and significant effect on management accounting decision-making. In addition, power distance (X1) and collectivism (X2) simultaneously had a significant effect on management accounting decision-making (Y).

Abstract

This study examines the influence of capital and labor on the income of tuna fishermen in the Joint Business Group (KUB) Persatuan Nelayan Sukses (PNS) located in Kampung Wuring, Sikka Regency, East Nusa Tenggara. A quantitative approach was employed utilizing multiple linear regression analysis, while samples were selected through purposive sampling, resulting in 49 monthly data points drawn from the group’s operational records for the period 2020–2024. The analysis encompassed classical assumption tests—including normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation—as well as partial hypothesis testing (t-test) and simultaneous hypothesis testing (F-test). The findings reveal that capital does not exert a statistically significant partial effect on fishermen’s income, whereas labor demonstrates a positive and significant partial effect. When tested simultaneously, both variables collectively exert a significant influence on income. The coefficient of determination (R²) indicates that capital and labor together account for approximately 29.8% of income variation, with the remaining 70.2% attributable to factors beyond the scope of this study. These findings underscore that improving tuna fishermen’s income requires a holistic strategy that strengthens human resources, enhances technical fishing skills, and reinforces the institutional capacity of the fishing cooperative, rather than solely relying on capital injection.

Abstract

The results of the study indicate that: (1) tourist attractions have a positive and significant effect on tourist satisfaction with a t-value of 2.407 and a significance value of 0.033 < 0.05; (2) tourism facilities have a positive and significant effect on tourist satisfaction with a t-value of 6.860 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05; and (3) simultaneously, tourist attractions and tourism facilities have a positive and significant effect on tourist satisfaction with an F-value of 27.314 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.360 indicates that tourist attractions and tourism facilities explain 36% of the variation in tourist satisfaction, while the remaining 64% is influenced by other factors outside the scope of this study. The regression equation obtained is Y = 9.296 + 0.227X₁ + 0.433X₂. The findings reveal that tourism facilities have a more dominant influence on tourist satisfaction than tourist attractions in Lewomada Village.
