Abstract

This study aims to find out more deeply about the buying interest held by shopee e-commerce users who choose a digital shopping method using the Shopee Live feature. The background of this research is based on the phenomenon of people choosing to use digital technology to fulfill one of their life needs. The research method used in this research is a qualitative method with descriptive analysis and collecting data by interview, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the quality of Shopee Live from beauty brand A has a good level of quality, with the results of the analysis that the existing broadcasters are able to provide informative product explanations. Discounts are a way to increase consumer buying interest. In addition to discounts, reviews of consumer satisfaction also play a role in building buyer confidence to use the product. Consumers who are satisfied will form consumer loyalty.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas sistem reward dalam meningkatkan motivasi kerja karyawan di PT P. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada pentingnya sistem reward dalam membentuk perilaku dan kinerja yang produktif. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT P menerapkan reward finansial seperti bonus dan tunjangan, serta reward non-finansial berupa apresiasi verbal dan peluang pengembangan karier. Reward finansial mendorong kinerja jangka pendek, sementara reward non-finansial berkontribusi terhadap loyalitas dan kepuasan kerja. Namun, ditemukan beberapa hambatan seperti ketidakmerataan dalam pemberian reward dan kurangnya transparansi. Implikasi dari temuan ini menunjukkan perlunya perbaikan sistem reward yang adil dan berorientasi pada kinerja untuk meningkatkan efektivitas manajemen sumber daya manusia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis fluktuasi tingkat pengangguran di Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung selama periode 2022–2024. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur, memanfaatkan data sekunder dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) serta referensi akademik lainnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pengangguran terbuka (TPT) mengalami perubahan, yaitu 4,77% pada tahun 2022, turun menjadi 4,56% pada 2023, lalu meningkat kembali menjadi 4,63% pada 2024. Terdapat disparitas wilayah, di mana Kota Pangkalpinang mencatat TPT tertinggi dan Belitung Timur terendah. Beberapa faktor utama penyebab fluktuasi ini antara lain ketidaksesuaian keterampilan tenaga kerja dengan kebutuhan pasar, minimnya diversifikasi sektor ekonomi, kebijakan ketenagakerjaan yang belum optimal, serta dampak pandemi COVID-19. Kondisi infrastruktur dan dinamika investasi juga memengaruhi penciptaan lapangan kerja. Temuan ini menunjukkan pentingnya upaya terpadu untuk menyesuaikan pendidikan dan pelatihan dengan kebutuhan industri serta memperkuat sektor-sektor ekonomi produktif dan tahan krisis.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the role of Master Data Management (MDM) in improving the quality of business information in companies. In the digital era, data is a strategic asset that underlies decision making and business innovation. However, data spread across various systems often experiences problems of duplication, inconsistency, and inaccuracy that hinder operational efficiency. This study adopts a case study approach and qualitative analysis by collecting data through literature studies, in-depth interviews with IT practitioners and data managers, and observing the data management process in several companies that have implemented MDM. Data cleansing and data matching methods are integrated into the MDM system to produce a "single source of truth" that can support real-time business analysis. The results of the study show that the implementation of MDM significantly improves data accuracy and consistency, reduces operational costs, and accelerates strategic decision making. These findings support the concept put forward by Indrajani (2015) and Loshin (2010) that MDM is a strategic investment in a company's digital transformation. The implications of this study highlight the importance of data management and governance support to optimize MDM implementation, so that it can increase competitive advantage and business innovation. Abstract

One of the most critical components in regional governance is local government finance. District or city governments are required to submit reports on their financial accountability to evaluate their performance in carrying out their duties. A tool that can be used to assess the financial performance of local governments is by calculating financial ratios from the budget realization reports. This study aims to analyze whether the budget realization performance aligns with the established development goals and priorities and to detect potential deviations or wasteful spending in the DKI Jakarta province during the 2021–2023 period. The data used is secondary data sourced from the annual financial reports of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government from 2021 to 2023. The method applied is quantitative descriptive analysis, focusing on the Budget Realization Report (LRA) found in the Regional Government Financial Report (LKPD) of the DKI Jakarta Province, particularly in the expenditure analysis aspect. The research results indicate that the financial performance has an independence ratio categorized as participatory, an effectiveness ratio categorized as fairly effective, an efficiency ratio categorized as less efficient. Therefore, it is recommended that the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government allocate regional spending proportionally, explore the potential of regional original income, and enhance supervision over the use of the State Budget (APBD).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of allowances and incentives on employee job satisfaction at the Balung Kidul Village Office. A quantitative approach was used with a survey method and purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that incentives had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, while allowances had a negative effect. This indicates that employees place higher value on performance-based incentives compared to the existing allowances. The model met the classical assumptions, including normality, multicollinearity, and homoscedasticity. The study concludes that an effective compensation strategy—particularly in the form of incentives—can significantly improve job satisfaction among village government staff.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Life Expectancy (LE), Poverty Line, and Average Years of Schooling (AYS) on the Human Development Index (HDI) in Central Java Province. HDI is a crucial indicator used to measure the quality of life through three main dimensions: health, education, and standard of living. The research utilizes 2024 secondary data from all regencies and cities in Central Java, analyzed using multiple linear regression (OLS) with STATA software and spatial regression using Geographically Weighted Regression (GWR) with ArcGIS. The results show that all three independent variables significantly affect HDI. AYS has the most dominant influence, followed by LE and the Poverty Line. Spatial analysis reveals that the impact of each variable varies across regions. Cities such as Salatiga, Boyolali, and Klaten show the highest influence of AYS on HDI, while areas like Kebumen and Tegal show lower impacts. These findings highlight the importance of region-based development policies that consider spatial heterogeneity. This study recommends improving the quality of education and healthcare, along with poverty alleviation efforts, as key strategies to accelerate human development in Central Java Province.

Abstract

Social media has become an important tool in a company's communications and marketing strategy, but its use also carries various security risks that can have a serious impact on a business's reputation and operations. This research aims to analyze security aspects in the use of social media by companies, focusing on potential threats such as data leaks, cyber attacks, the spread of false information, and misuse of official accounts. The methods used include literature studies, observations of security practices in several companies, and analysis of implemented social media security policies.

Abstract

This study explores the role of industrialization strategies in supporting macroeconomic growth in Surabaya City. As an economic hub in eastern Indonesia, Surabaya has demonstrated solid economic performance, with a growth rate reaching 5.76 percent in 2024. The study highlights the contribution of the manufacturing sector to the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), accounting for 19.07 percent, and the dominant role of the wholesale and retail trade sector, contributing 27.75 percent. A descriptive quantitative approach was used, utilizing secondary data from official institutions such as the Central Statistics Agency. The findings indicate that industrialization plays a vital role in strengthening the city’s economic structure through value creation, employment generation, and regional competitiveness. The study recommends a more integrated industrialization strategy aligned with innovation policies, human capital development, and multi-sector collaboration. Such an approach is essential to reinforce Surabaya’s inclusive and sustainable macroeconomic foundation. Keywords: industrialization; macroeconomy; Surabaya; GRDP; economic growth

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of promotion and brand image on consumer satisfaction at Midori Japanese Restaurant Bintaro. The method used is the quantitative associative method. The population in this study were consumers of Midori Japanese Restaurant Bintaro with a total of 36,797 people in 2024. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling, with the Slovin formula technique, the research sample was 100 respondents. The data analysis method used in the study includes instrument testing consisting of validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing consisting of normality testing, multicollinearity testing, heteroscedasticity and autocorrelation testing, multiple linear regression testing, correlation coefficients, hypothesis testing consisting of partial t-tests and simultaneous f-tests, and determination coefficient tests. From the results of this study, it is concluded that promotion has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction with a T_count value> T_table (12.440> 1.985) and is reinforced with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Brand Image has a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction with a value of T_count > T_table (16.098 > 1.985) and is reinforced with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Promotion and Brand Image have a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction with a value of F_count > F_table (134.624 > 3.090) and is reinforced with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and the multiple linear regression equation is Y = 3.193 + 0.201 X1 + 0.731 X2 + α. The R-square value (determination coefficient) of 0.735 can be concluded that the promotion variables (X1) and brand image (X2) together have a contribution to the influence of the consumer satisfaction variable (Y) of 73.5% while the rest (100% -73.5%) is 26.5% influenced by other factors or variables not studied.
