Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan media sosial untuk meningkatkan brand awareness, strategi dan efektivitas media sosial dalam meningkatkan brand awareness, tantangan dan solusi yang dihadapi dalam pengelolaan media sosial untuk meningkatkan brand awareness. Unit analisis penelitian ini yaitu karyawan di DBD Powder yang mengetahui dan mengelola media sosial di perusahaan tersebut. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa DBD Powder memanfaatkan media sosial sebagai alat promosi utama melalui strategi konten edukatif dan visual yang konsisten. Meskipun terdapat peningkatan interaksi dan jangkauan konten, tingkat brand awareness belum menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan secara menyeluruh. Beberapa tantangan seperti kesulitan menjangkau target pasar yang spesifik, dinamika tren digital yang cepat berubah, serta keterbatasan sumber daya menjadi faktor penghambat. Solusi yang diterapkan antara lain adalah kolaborasi dengan agensi konten, peningkatan intensitas unggahan harian, serta analisis performa konten secara rutin. Oleh karena itu, hasil penelitian ini diharapkan bisa memberikan saran dan pandangan baru tentang efektivitas media sosial dalam meningkatkan brand awareness. Abstract

The real-time and fluctuating movements of the Indonesian Stock Exchange Composite Stock Price Index (Composite Stock Price Index) are often used by stakeholders, especially investors, as a reference in making investment decisions. This research aims to predict the Indonesian Stock Exchange Composite Stock Price Index (IDX Composite Index) using the Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) time series model. Based on the results of research that has been carried out, the ARIMA model chosen is ARIMA 1 1 1. Therefore, by using this model forecasts can be made for ten weeks.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi bentuk perilaku, faktor penyebab dari individu dan eksternal serta dampak yang mempengaruhi hasil kerja, dan cara mengurangi prokrastinasi kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada prokrastinasi yang merupakan perilaku menunda pekerjaan dalam konteks kerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prokrastinasi yang terjadi di PT G tidak selalu berdampak negatif. Sebagian karyawan menunda pekerjaan secara sengaja untuk meningkatkan hasil kerja (prokrastinasi fungsional), meskipun ada juga yang melakukannya karena rasa malas, beban kerja yang berlebih, kurang motivasi, atau gangguan lingkungan kerja (prokrastinasi disfungsional). Faktor internal dan eksternal seperti kontrol diri, stres, suasana kerja yang kurang kondusif dan sistem perusahaan yang tidak optimal, turut memengaruhi munculnya prokrastinasi dan berdampak buruk kepada karyawan. Strategi yang diterapkan oleh karyawan mencakup manajemen waktu, afirmasi diri, serta dukungan tim dan lingkungan kerja. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pendekatan dari sisi individu dan organisasi dalam mengatasi prokrastinasi kerja secara efektif.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the work discipline of officers at the Central Jakarta Fire and Rescue Service. The focus of the study includes compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), factors that influence work discipline, and its impact on the effectiveness and speed of response in emergency situations. The research used a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation. The results show that officer discipline is generally high, but there are still technical obstacles and inconsistencies that affect team performance. Factors such as leadership, sanction and reward system, and supervision play a significant role in shaping disciplinary behaviour. This research confirms the importance of sustainable disciplinary management to support smooth operations and public safety.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) at PT XLSmart, focusing on employee understanding, compliance, challenges, and the impact on efficiency and productivity. Using a qualitative case study approach through observation, interviews, and documentation, the findings reveal that most employees understand and follow the SOPs. However, challenges remain, such as discrepancies between written procedures and field conditions, as well as communication gaps between teams that lead to misunderstandings. Despite these issues, SOP implementation has generally contributed positively to work efficiency, organizational clarity, and reduced error rates in daily operations. The study recommends that PT XLSmart regularly review and adjust SOP content to align with real conditions, involve employees in updates, and integrate SOPs into training programs, making them a tool for performance evaluation and professionalism.

Abstract

Excellent service is a key factor in building customer satisfaction and loyalty in the fast food restaurant industry. This study aims to analyze the implementation of excellent service at Subway Indonesia outlet in Kota Kasablanka Mall, focusing on service quality, work systems, and obstacles faced. The research method uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through observation, interviews with four employees (two supervisors and two sandwich artists), and documentation. The results of the study indicate that excellent service has been implemented quite well through speed, friendliness, and compliance with SOPs. The work system is supported by theoretical and practical training and customer satisfaction evaluation. The obstacles found include lack of staff during peak hours, customer diversity, and inconsistency of internal policies. Team coordination has been proven to be able to reduce obstacles, but increased training, number of staff, and policy standardization are recommended to optimize service.

Abstract

Abstrak. Fiscal policy plays a vital role in managing a country's economy, especially in Islamic economics which emphasizes social justice and ethics. The background of this study is the need to understand how Sharia-based fiscal policies, such as zakat and waqf, can improve societal welfare and reduce social inequality. The aim is to explore the relationship between fiscal policy and Islamic economics and assess its impact on social and economic development. The research method is a literature review analyzing relevant texts on fiscal policy within the Islamic economic framework. Findings indicate that Islamic-value-based fiscal policies can promote inclusive and just economic growth, as well as social and spiritual harmony. The study underscores the importance of integrating Sharia principles into fiscal policies to achieve economic stability and holistic welfare. Abstrak. Kebijakan fiskal memiliki peran penting dalam mengelola perekonomian negara, termasuk dalam ekonomi Islam yang menekankan keadilan sosial dan etika. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah perlunya memahami bagaimana penerapan kebijakan fiskal berbasis prinsip syariah, seperti zakat dan wakaf, dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dan mengurangi kesenjangan sosial. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengeksplorasi hubungan antara kebijakan fiskal dan ekonomi Islam serta menilai dampaknya terhadap pembangunan sosial dan ekonomi. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan dengan analisis literatur terkait kebijakan fiskal dalam konteks ekonomi Islam. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan fiskal berbasis nilai Islam mampu mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi yang inklusif dan berkeadilan, serta menciptakan harmoni sosial dan spiritual. Implikasi penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya integrasi prinsip syariah dalam kebijakan fiskal untuk mencapai stabilitas ekonomi dan kesejahteraan holistik.

Abstract

Financial crises pose a significant challenge to a country's economic stability, leading to high inflation, currency instability, and reduced public confidence in the financial system. Central banks play a strategic role in maintaining financial stability through monetary policy, banking regulations, and coordination with the government and financial institutions. This study aims to analyze how central banks prevent and address financial crises and the strategies that can be implemented to strengthen the financial system against economic shocks. This research employs a qualitative approach through literature review by analyzing various scholarly journals, policy reports, and case studies from different countries. The findings indicate that the success of central banks in managing crises depends on the effectiveness of monetary policy, banking system preparedness, and synergy between fiscal and monetary policies. Additionally, emerging challenges such as financial digitalization and global market volatility require more adaptive supervisory strategies. In conclusion, central banks must continuously innovate their financial stability policies by strengthening regulations, enhancing transparency, and adopting digital technologies to mitigate future risks.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the dynamics of monetary policy in controlling inflation and promoting economic growth in Indonesia. The research problem focuses on assessing the effectiveness of monetary policy instruments such as benchmark interest rates, reserve requirements, and open market operations in achieving price stability while encouraging national economic growth. A qualitative literature review method was employed, combining findings from previous studies, official reports from Bank Indonesia, and relevant secondary data. The results indicate that the implementation of monetary policy, particularly through the inflation targeting framework and innovations such as the BI 7-Day Reverse Repo Rate, has contributed to reducing inflation and maintaining sustainable economic growth. Furthermore, the synergy between monetary policy and fiscal policy has strengthened Indonesia’s macroeconomic stability. The study concludes that the effectiveness of monetary policy depends on the accuracy of instruments, the credibility of the monetary authority, and the coordination across policies to address both domestic and global economic dynamics.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of organizational culture, work quality, and work loyalty on employee performance at CV. Wibisono Kreatif Media. Utilizing a quantitative approach, it sampled 38 employees through saturated sampling and collected data via questionnaires. Analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with SPSS software. The findings reveal that organizational culture (X1), work quality (X2), and work loyalty (X3) collectively have a significant effect on employee performance (Y), evidenced by an F count of 66.066 and a significance value of 0.001. Specifically, organizational culture significantly influences performance (t-count 2.692, sig 0.011), as does work quality (t-count 3.078, sig 0.004). However, work loyalty does not significantly affect performance (t-count 1.608, sig 0.117). The determination test indicates that 85.4% of employee performance can be explained by the independent variables, leaving 37.9% attributed to other factors. Overall, the study highlights the importance of organizational culture and work quality in enhancing employee performance, while work loyalty appears less impactful.
