Abstract

Abstrack: Digital transformation has revolutionized education, making online learning crucial. Online platforms offer flexibility, but their success hinges on optimal UI/UX. Poor UI/UX design leads to frustration and user abandonment. High-quality UI/UX analysis is increasingly vital for startups, as good design enhances valuation. Sekolahdesain.id, a platform by PT Solusi Desain Bangsa, aims to enhance graphic design skills but faces challenges with inconsistent navigation and visual presentation. This research applies a Design Thinking approach to create innovative and measurable solutions, emphasizing user needs. The goal is to create a user-friendly and effective learning platform, improving both aesthetics and functionality. Research results show a Maze Usability Score of 57 (moderate) for the account registration landing page (5 users), and 71 (moderate) for the redesigned quiz. The average SUS score of 78.85 (Grade B, "Good") for the redesigned Sekolahdesain.id 2025 platform indicates a user-friendly and satisfying system, although further improvements are possible. Keywords: redesign,  ui/ux, design Thinking, sekolahdesain.id. Abstrak: Transformasi digital telah mengubah pendidikan, menjadikan pembelajaran daring krusial. Platform daring Recommendations for improvement will be further developed.menawarkan fleksibilitas, namun keberhasilannya bergantung pada UI/UX yang optimal. Desain UI/UX yang buruk menyebabkan frustrasi dan pengguna meninggalkan platform. Analisis UI/UX berkualitas tinggi semakin penting bagi startup, karena desain yang baik meningkatkan valuasi. Sekolahdesain.id, platform PT Solusi Desain Bangsa, bertujuan meningkatkan keterampilan desain grafis, tetapi menghadapi tantangan navigasi dan tampilan yang tidak konsisten. Penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan Design Thinking untuk menciptakan solusi yang inovatif dan dapat diukur, dengan penekanan pada kebutuhan pengguna. Tujuannya adalah menciptakan platform yang ramah pengguna dan efektif untuk pembelajaran, memperbaiki estetika dan fungsionalitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Maze Usability Score 57 (sedang) untuk halaman landing pendaftaran akun (5 pengguna), dan 71 (sedang) untuk redesain kuis. Skor SUS rata-rata 78.85 (Grade B, "Good") untuk redesain platform Sekolahdesain.id 2025 mengindikasikan sistem yang mudah digunakan dan memuaskan pengguna, meskipun masih ada potensi peningkatan. Rekomendasi perbaikan akan dikembangkan lebih lanjut.

Abstract

Stock management is an important element in running a business, especially in the manufacturing sector, which plays a major role in providing raw materials so that the production process can run smoothly. Improper inventory handling can result in wasted costs, both in terms of storage and procurement, and can lead to the danger of raw material shortages that have the potential to disrupt smooth production. This study aims to disseminate how effective CV Simka Jaya, a company engaged in the manufacture of koko clothing, is in managing its raw material stock through the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) approach. This EOQ method determines the optimal purchase amount to reduce inventory costs, by including Safety Stock and Reorder Point analysis as an effort to address orders in demand and potential delays in delivery.

Abstract

Bahasa Jepang menjadi salah satu bahasa luar yang sangat digemari di Indonesia., didorong oleh pengaruh budaya populer seperti anime, manga, dan musik. Namun, kompleksitas struktur bahasa dan sistem penulisan seperti Hiragana, Katakana, dan Kanji sering kali menjadi kendala bagi pemula. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sarana belajar yang efisien, menarik, dan mudah diakses. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk merancang dan menciptakan aplikasi edukasi pembelajaran bahasa Jepang dasar berbasis Android dengan pendekatan aplikasi edukatif. Aplikasi ini berisi materi pengenalan huruf Hiragana dan Katakana dasar dalam bahasa Jepang. Dalam proses pembelajaran, pengguna diajak untuk berinteraksi melalui latihan atau soal tebak huruf , di mana jawaban diacak secara acak menggunakan metode shuffle random guna menciptakan variasi dan meningkatkan daya ingat pengguna. Aplikasi ini dirancang sebagai alternatif metode belajar yang lebih menyenangkan, interaktif, dan efisien dibanding metode konvensional. Dengan demikian, aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat menjadi media pendukung yang efektif dalam proses belajar bahasa Jepang, khususnya bagi pemula.

Abstract

Listening skills serve as a fundamental foundation in the teaching and learning process. This is because listening skills support the development of critical thinking and the ability to adapt to various life situations. One instructional model that can foster these abilities is the Blended Learning model. The aim of this study is to describe the steps, strengths, and weaknesses of implementing the Blended Learning model in language learning at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Klaten Regency. This study employs a qualitative research approach. The research subjects are teachers at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Klaten, with language teachers as the primary informants. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings of this study are as follows: 1) The steps of the Blended Learning model include identifying learning objectives, designing a combination of face-to-face and online learning, selecting appropriate media and digital platforms, implementing instruction in rotation or integration, and conducting evaluation and reflection on learning outcomes. This model enables students to enhance their listening skills; 2) The advantages of the Blended Learning model include greater flexibility in time and learning location, increased interaction between students and teachers, and the potential to support student-centered learning; 3) The weaknesses of the Blended Learning model are the need for adequate technological infrastructure, the fact that not all teachers and students are digitally prepared, and the challenge of designing an effective integration between online and face-to-face instruction. The conclusion of this study is that the Blended Learning model can be implemented in the teaching and learning process as an effort to improve listening skills at the Madrasah Tsanawiyah or lower secondary school level.

Abstract

. Team collaboration in the learning process is crucial for students' character development. One teaching model that fosters teamwork is the Make A Match model. This research aims to describe the steps, advantages, and disadvantages of applying the Make A Match learning model in Islamic Education (PAI) classes at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Kebumen dan Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 5 Kabupaten Karanganyar. This study uses a qualitative approach, with the research subjects being teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Kebumen dan Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 5 Kabupaten Karanganyar. The informants are PAI teachers. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of this study are as follows: 1) The steps of the Make A Match model include stating the objectives, organizing students into learning teams, assisting team work, and providing rewards; 2) The advantages of the Make A Match model are that it creates an active and enjoyable atmosphere, presents engaging material, influences learning outcomes, and fosters teamwork among students; 3) The disadvantages include the need for strong teacher guidance, the need for time management, the necessity for preparation of materials and equipment, and potential classroom noise that could disrupt other classes. The conclusion of this study is that the Make A Match model can be effectively implemented in the learning process as an effort to enhance team collaboration and improve PAI learning outcomes at the Madrasah or School.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis penyebab pengangguran lulusan Universitas Negeri Jakarta (UNJ) tahun 2023 hingga 2025, dengan fokus pada kesenjangan antara pendidikan tinggi dan kebutuhan pasar kerja. Menggunakan teori patologi sosial Durkheim dan konflik institusional Mills, penelitian mengkaji faktor struktural dan institusional yang memengaruhi pengangguran lulusan. Pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif diterapkan, dengan data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam terhadap enam lulusan UNJ yang dipilih dan belum bekerja minimal enam bulan pasca wisuda. Studi dilakukan di Jabodetabek pada Juni 2025, merepresentasikan pasar kerja kompetitif. Temuan menunjukkan masalah struktural seperti ketidaksesuaian kurikulum dengan industri, minimnya soft skill, dan terbatasnya lapangan kerja sebagai penyebab utama. Lulusan mengadopsi strategi adaptif seperti pelatihan digital dan pekerjaan freelance, namun kesenjangan sistemik tetap ada. Rekomendasi mencakup reformasi kurikulum, kolaborasi dengan industri, dan inisiatif penciptaan lapangan kerja oleh pemerintah. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada wacana sosiologi tentang ketimpangan pendidikan dan tenaga kerja serta solusi praktis bagi perguruan tinggi dan pemangku kebijakan.

Abstract

The understanding acquired by students during the learning process significantly contributes to building a strong academic foundation and supports the development of essential life skills for the future. This research uses a qualitative approach. The informants in this study were Social Studies teachers. Data collection techniques included interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of this study are as follows: 1) The steps of the VCT model include: developing a complete instructional plan (scenario) outlined in the Lesson Plan (RPP) by clearly defining the targeted values; during the lesson opening, the teacher explains the learning objectives, content scope, methods, tools, and general overview; the teacher presents a stimulus and issues relevant to the learning material; students are asked to classify the material and problems, then analyze case by case, and determine their own stance along with arguments and reasoning—students are encouraged to relate the case to their own experiences; the teacher and students provide comments and engage in discussion to reinforce the students’ values; the teacher and students conclude the lesson together; 2) The advantages of the VCT include: helping students identify personal values; increasing self-awareness; encouraging responsible decision-making; developing social skills and empathy; being flexible and adaptable to various learning materials; 3) The disadvantages of the VCT are: it is not sufficient to build strong character alone; it tends to focus more on cognitive aspects and less on the affective domain; and it requires highly trained teachers. The conclusion of this study is that the VCT model can be applied in the learning process as an effort to enhance student understanding during the learning process at the Madrasah or school level.

Abstract

Reading skills in the learning process are essential for academic development and life skills. One instructional model designed to foster these skills is the CIRC (Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition) learning model. The purpose of this study is to describe the steps, advantages, and disadvantages of implementing the CIRC learning model in language learning. This study employs a qualitative approach. The research subjects are teachers. The informants in this study are language teachers. The data collection techniques used include interviews, observations, and documentation. The research findings are as follows:1) The steps in the CIRC model include the teacher initially explaining the learning material, forming groups, providing texts, silent reading, group discussions, group presentations, summarizing, writing, peer editing, revision, and publication; 2) The advantages of the CIRC model include improving students' critical thinking skills in solving problems, reducing teacher dominance in learning, motivating students to be meticulous, enabling students to understand meanings and check each other's work, enhancing learning outcomes, and creating an engaging learning atmosphere; 3) The disadvantages of the CIRC model include requiring a significant amount of time, difficulty in classroom management, the dominance of active students, and limited learning materials. The conclusion of this study is that the CIRC model can be applied in the learning process as an effort to enhance students' problem-solving skills during the learning process. Additionally, the CIRC model has proven to be effective in improving students' language skills in Madrasah Tsanawiyah or Junior High School level.

Abstract

Learning outcomes are a crucial indicator in the educational process, as they not only establish a strong academic foundation but also contribute to the development of essential life skills relevant to future demands. One instructional model considered effective in supporting these achievements is Realistic Mathematics Education (RME), which emphasizes conceptual understanding through meaningful and real-life contexts for students. This research uses a qualitative approach. The research subjects are mathematics teachers at the aforementioned schools. The informants in this study are mathematics teachers. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. The findings of the study are as follows: 1) The steps of the RME model include understanding contextual problems in learning materials, explaining the contextual problems, solving the contextual problems, comparing and discussing answers, and drawing conclusions; 2) The advantages of the RME model are enhancing students’ conceptual understanding, encouraging mathematical thinking, developing mathematical modeling skills, and fostering reflective and collaborative attitudes; 3) The disadvantages of the RME model include difficulties in finding suitable contextual problems, the incompatibility of certain mathematical topics with contextualization, the requirement for high teacher competence, longer instructional time, and more complex assessment processes. The conclusion of this study is that the Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) model can be implemented in the teaching process as an effort to improve learning outcomes at the Madrasah Tsanawiyah or lower secondary school level.

Abstract

Abstract: Women have dual roles that they perform simultaneously in their daily lives, namely taking care of the household while also being active in community activities. In their neighborhood, women's involvement in social activities such as the PKK (Family Welfare Movement) is part of their routine, which they carry out with various adjustments. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method to examine how women balance their domestic and social roles. The research was conducted in 2025 in RW 03, Jatinegara Village, Cakung Subdistrict, East Jakarta, with five housewives who are active in the PKK community as subjects. Data was collected through in-depth interviews and literature review. This study employs qualitative descriptive analysis techniques, presenting results narratively based on the direct experiences of the informants. The findings reveal that women continue to prioritize domestic responsibilities while simultaneously actively participating in social activities such as resident registration, religious activities, and managing environmental health programs, which are part of PKK activities themselves. Some of them face structural challenges, such as resistance from residents, difficulty finding replacements for cadres, and a lack of support from the surrounding community. Despite these challenges, they consistently fulfill their roles and view community activities as a form of social contribution and a means to expand networks and strengthen women's roles in society. Keyword: Women, Dual Roles, Household, Community, PKK Abstrak: Perempuan memiliki peran ganda yang dijalankan secara bersamaan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, yaitu mengurus rumah tangga sekaligus aktif dalam kegiatan komunitas. Di lingkungan tempat tinggalnya, keterlibatan perempuan dalam kegiatan sosial seperti PKK menjadi bagian dari rutinitas yang mereka jalankan dengan berbagai penyesuaian. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus yang bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana perempuan menjalani peran domestik dan sosial secara bersamaan. Penelitian dilakukan pada tahun 2025 di wilayah RW 03 Kelurahan Jatinegara, Kecamatan Cakung, Jakarta Timur, dengan subjek lima orang ibu rumah tangga yang aktif dalam komunitas PKK. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dan studi pustaka. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif yang menyajikan hasil secara naratif berdasarkan pengalaman langsung para informan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa para perempuan tetap menjalankan tanggung jawab domestik sebagai prioritas utama dan secara bersamaan juga aktif menjalankan kegiatan sosial seperti pendataan warga,, kegiatan keagamaan, serta pengelolaan program kesehatan lingkungan yang termasuk dalam kegiatan PKK itu sendiri. Beberapa dari mereka mengalami tantangan struktural, seperti penolakan dari warga, sulitnya mencari pengganti kader, serta kurangnya dukungan dari lingkungan sekitar. Meskipun demikian, mereka tetap menjalani peran tersebut secara konsisten dan melihat aktivitas komunitas sebagai bentuk kontribusi sosial serta sarana untuk memperluas jaringan dan memperkuat peran perempuan di masyarakat.
