Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi integrasi model Cooperative Learning (CL) dalam pelaksanaan Kurikulum Merdeka guna mewujudkan kelas yang aktif, inklusif, dan berpusat pada siswa. Meskipun Kurikulum Merdeka telah diimplementasikan di berbagai jenjang pendidikan, pendekatan pembelajaran yang digunakan masih cenderung berpusat pada guru (teacher-centered), sehingga belum sepenuhnya mencerminkan semangat “merdeka belajar”. Melalui pendekatan studi pustaka dan analisis terhadap temuan-temuan sebelumnya, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Cooperative Learning memiliki potensi besar untuk mendukung implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka. Strategi seperti STAD (Student Teams Achievement Division) dan Jigsaw terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan partisipasi siswa, kolaborasi, serta kemampuan berpikir kritis dan reflektif. Namun, keberhasilan implementasi Cooperative Learning sangat dipengaruhi oleh kesiapan guru, fleksibilitas waktu belajar, serta dukungan kebijakan sekolah yang adaptif. Dengan demikian, integrasi pembelajaran kooperatif dalam Kurikulum Merdeka tidak hanya menjadi pendekatan metodologis, tetapi juga bagian dari transformasi paradigma pembelajaran yang lebih demokratis dan inklusif.

Abstract

The use of e-wallets can increase consumptive behavior in Gen Z students because of the ease of transactions and promotions offered. E-wallets make shopping easier and more impulsive, increasing the possibility of unplanned spending. The development of digital technology has encouraged the ease of non-cash transactions through various e-wallet platforms such as OVO, DANA, GOPAY, SHOPEEPAY and others. Generation Z as a modern digital generation is an active user of this service, which is suspected to affect their consumption patterns. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method on students using e-wallets. The data was analyzed using regression techniques to see the relationship between the intensity of e-wallet use and the level of consumptive behavior.

Abstract

Reading is one of the most essential language skills, as it serves numerous functions in human life. It is a key factor in determining students' academic success. This study employs a qualitative approach. The research subjects are teachers at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Klaten, with language teachers serving as informants. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study are as follows: 1) The steps of the Literacy-Based Learning model include: Contact stage – the teacher introduces relevant issues or problems; Curiosity stage – problems are presented in the form of questions that stimulate students’ curiosity and desire to learn; Elaboration stage – exploration, concept formation, and concept reinforcement are carried out; Decision-making stage – collaborative resolution of the issues presented; Nexus stage – students extract key ideas and materials learned; Assessment stage – evaluation focuses not only on knowledge but also on processes, context of application, and attitudes. 2) The advantages of the Literacy-Based Learning model are that it is enjoyable and student-friendly, Thereby fostering enthusiasm for learning; All students show empathy, care, and mutual respect; It nurtures curiosity and a love of knowledge; It enhances students’ communication skills and ability to contribute to the social environment. 3) The weaknesses of the Literacy-Based Learning model include misconceptions about reading competence among students and teachers; The learning process does not yet fully utilize instructional media; school teaching materials tend to focus on low-order thinking skills; and school facilities have not been optimally developed as a center for improving students’ reading abilities. The conclusion of this study is that the Literacy-Based Learning model has proven effective in improving reading skills in language.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan merumuskan pendekatan serta strategi pembelajaran sosiologi yang relevan dengan tuntutan pendidikan abad ke-21. Pokok pembahasan meliputi karakteristik pembelajaran abad ke-21, tantangan yang dihadapi dalam mengimplementasikan pembelajaran sosiologi, pendekatan pembelajaran yang sesuai seperti pendekatan scientific, contextual teaching and learning (CTL), humanistik, serta sosio konstruktivis. Selain itu artikel ini juga mengidentifikasi strategi pembelajaran inovatif seperti problem based Problem Based Learning (PBL), Project Based Learning (PjBL), dan pembelajaran kolaboratif yang dapat memperkuat keterlibatan siswa. Integrasi literasi digital dalam pembelajaran Sosiologi dikaji sebagai respon terhadap perkembangan teknologi dan kebutuhan literasi abad ini. Di akhir, dibahas pula peran guru Sosiologi sebagai fasilitator dan katalis sosial dalam membentuk karakter dan keterampilan sosial peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur, mengolah berbagai referensi teoritis dan hasil penelitian yang relevan. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran Sosiologi di abad ke-21 menuntut pendekatan yang adaptif, kontekstual, dan kolaboratif yang berpusat pada pengembangan keterampilan abad ke-21 dan pemanfaatan teknologi secara bijak.

Abstract

Students' learning independence in the learning process is a key factor in building a strong academic foundation and valuable life skills. One learning model that can foster this ability is the self-regulated learning model. The purpose of this study is to describe the steps, strengths, and weaknesses of implementing the self-regulated learning model in Religious Education at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 4, Klaten Regency. This research employs a qualitative approach. The subjects of this study are teachers at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 4 Klaten and Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 5 Karanganyar, with the informant being the Religious Education teacher. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study are as follows: 1)The steps of the self-regulated learning model include: Analyze, Plan, Implement, Comprehend, Problem Solving, Evaluate, and Modify; 2) The strengths of the self-regulated learning model include: the ability to clarify students’ learning goals, the ability to adjust learning materials according to students’ talents and interests, the ability to create a challenging, stimulating, and enjoyable educational experience, and the ability to avoid uncertain pressures, such as fearful, disappointing, or confusing environments; 3) The weaknesses of the self-regulated learning model include: a tendency for reduced student interaction, the possibility that students may struggle to complete complex independent tasks, and the high demands of self-regulation that are difficult to achieve at a higher level. The conclusion of this study is that the self-regulated learning model can be applied in the learning process as an effort to improve students' learning independence during the learning process at the Madrasah.

Abstract

This paper explores the dynamics of Islamic political thought during the colonial and post-colonial periods through the contributions of three prominent figures: Sayyid Jamaluddin al-Afghani, Muhammad Abduh, and Rashid Rida. These three pioneers of Islamic reform responded to the decline of the Muslim world and the dominance of Western imperialism by offering ideological, political, and social solutions. Al-Afghani emphasized the importance of Muslim unity through the idea of pan-Islamism and revolutionary resistance against despotic rule and foreign colonization. Muhammad Abduh advocated for the reform of Islamic thought through rational interpretation, rejection of blind imitation (taqlid), and the application of democratic principles and social justice. Rashid Rida, with a more systematic approach, developed the concept of the caliphate as the ideal political institution in Islam and stressed the importance of reforming the governance system based on the principles of Sharia and tawhid. Their ideas laid a crucial foundation for the development of modern Islamic political discourse and offered direction for the Muslim struggle to establish a just, independent socio-political order aligned with Islamic values in the post-colonial era.

Abstract

The matrilineal inheritance system of the Minangkabau represents one of the most distinctive customary inheritance models in Indonesia. In this system, ancestral property (harta pusaka) is inherited through the maternal line, placing women at the center of the family's social and economic structure. However, contemporary societal dynamics characterized by social and economic change, as well as the influence of state law and Islamic legal norms have posed significant challenges to the sustainability of this system. This study aims to examine the relevance of the Minangkabau matrilineal inheritance system in today’s context, with particular attention to sociological aspects, customary law, and Islamic law. Employing a qualitative-descriptive approach, this research is based on literature studies and interviews with traditional leaders and legal scholars. The findings indicate that the customary inheritance system continues to play a vital role in maintaining the identity and social structure of Minangkabau society. Nonetheless, normative adjustments are necessary to ensure alignment with principles of gender justice and positive law. Therefore, a thoughtful integration of adat, religion, and state law is essential to ensure the continuity of the Minangkabau inheritance system in the modern era.

Abstract

Abstrak. The occurrence of several cases experienced by the author himself, the author tries to provide a summary of what happened and hopes that this will not happen to the implementation of construction activities in Indonesia, especially construction work contract activities involving foreign investors. They are very interested in doing business in Indonesia. Especially in accordance with government programs to attract as many foreign investors as possible to do business in Indonesia. In this case, the reference or law in the implementation of construction work contract activities in Indonesia also has permanent laws and legal channels and must be implemented by both parties, both job owners or investors or also by the implementing contractor who wins the work tender. Keywords: investors , work contract, law, tender. Abstrak. Terjadinya beberapa kasus yang dialami oleh penulis sendiri, maka penulis mencoba memberikan rangkuman atas apa yang terjadi dan berharap ini tidak terjadi pada pelaksanaan kegiatan konstruksi di Indonesia, terutama kegiatan kontrak kerja konstruksi yang melibatkan pihak-pihak investor asing. Mereka sangat tertarik untuk berusaha di Indonesia. Terutama juga sesuai program – program pemerintah untuk menarik investor-investor asing sebanyak-banyaknya untuk berusaha di Indonesia. Dalam hal ini tentang acuan atau undang-undang dalam kegiatan pelaksanaan kontrak kerja konstruksi di Indonesia juga sudah mempunyai undang-undang dan jalur hukum yang tetap dan harus dilaksanakan oleh ke dua belah pihak baik pemilik kerja atau investor ataupun juga oleh kontraktor pelaksana yang memenangkan tender pekerjaan. Abstract

The family is the smallest unit in society that plays a crucial role in shaping an individual’s character and personality. However, the family can also be a source of stress and conflict that can affect the mental and emotional well-being of family members. Family problems can arise from various factors, such as differences of opinion, ineffective communication, and changes in family structure. The method used by the researcher in this study is library research. Library research is an effort to collect data and sources on the topic taken in a study. A positive and responsive parenting style can help children grow and develop well. Childfree is a legitimate lifestyle choice for individuals or couples. However, domestic violence is a serious problem that has a negative impact on victims and needs to be addressed seriously through education, legal protection, and support services. The government, society, and family need to work together to create a safe and harmonious environment for all individuals.
