Abstract

Industri manufaktur menuntut efektivitas mesin yang tinggi untuk mencapai target produksi, menjaga kualitas produk, dan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional. Mesin injection moulding memiliki peran strategis dalam produksi komponen plastik, sehingga setiap penurunan kinerja mesin akan berdampak langsung pada produktivitas dan biaya produksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas mesin injection moulding di PT Nidec Instruments Indonesia menggunakan metode Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) dan analisis Six Big Losses untuk mengidentifikasi faktor kerugian dominan yang mempengaruhi utilisasi mesin. Data penelitian dikumpulkan selama periode pengamatan empat minggu yang meliputi waktu produksi terencana, downtime, jumlah output produksi, produk cacat, dan waktu siklus ideal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai OEE berada pada rentang 49,32% hingga 55,39%, yang masih jauh di bawah standar kelas dunia sebesar 85%. Kerugian terbesar disebabkan oleh reduced speed losses dan breakdown losses. Rekomendasi perbaikan meliputi penerapan Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), optimasi parameter mesin, penjadwalan preventive maintenance, serta peningkatan kompetensi operator. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi perusahaan manufaktur dalam meningkatkan kinerja mesin dan efisiensi proses produksi.

Abstract

The tapioca starch processing industry produces liquid waste with high organic content, such as BOD, COD, TSS, oil and fat, cyanide, and ammonia. If not managed properly, this liquid waste has the potential to pollute the environment and disrupt the quality of aquatic ecosystems. PT X  is one of the tapioca industries in Lampung that produces large amounts of liquid waste, requiring an effective waste treatment system. The treatment system used is a wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) using anaerobic, facultative, and aerobic methods. Based on laboratory test results, the levels of BOD, COD, TSS, pH, cyanide, oil and fat, and NH₃-N decreased significantly after going through the processing process and have met the quality standards stipulated in the Minister of Environment Regulation No. 5 of 2014. Thus, the WWTP system is considered to be functioning well, although it still requires regular monitoring and maintenance to maintain optimal performance.

Abstract

The marriage guardian is an important aspect of Islamic marriage law that has been the subject of disagreement among scholars, particularly between Imam Shafi'i and Imam Hanafi. This difference in opinion has significant legal implications for the validity of marriage, especially regarding the position of guardians for adult women. This study aims to analyze the basis for the differences in opinion between Imam Shafi'i and Imam Hanafi regarding the position of the marriage guardian and its relevance in the development of Islamic family law. The research method used is library research with a legal-normative and historical-conceptual approach, using primary sources in the form of classical fiqh books and secondary sources in the form of books, scientific journals, and relevant laws and regulations. The data was analyzed descriptively, analytically, and comparatively to compare the arguments of the two schools of thought. The results of the study show that Imam Shafi'i established the guardian as an absolute pillar of marriage, so that marriage without a guardian is declared invalid, both for unmarried women and widows, adults and minors. Meanwhile, Imam Hanafi argues that adult women of sound mind can marry themselves without a guardian as long as they meet the requirements of kufu' and a suitable dowry, so that the presence of a guardian is sunnah, not an essential element. The conclusion of this study confirms that these differences of opinion are caused by differences in understanding the arguments of the Qur'an and hadith, as well as the methods of istinbath (derivation of legal rulings) used by each imam, which demonstrates the flexibility of Islamic law in responding to social contexts and community needs.

Abstract

Data breaches on digital public service platforms represent a critical phenomenon that tests the commitment of a constitutional state. This study analyzes state accountability under administrative law regarding data breach incidents on E-Government platforms, using case studies of Satu Sehat and DPMPTSP Online. The research employs a normative juridical method through case study and document analysis approaches. The findings indicate that although the legal framework for state accountability has been established under the Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP) and its implementing regulations, its implementation has not fully realized the principle of legal certainty. The state’s responsibility as the data controller remains hindered by regulatory disparities, limited cybersecurity capacity, and incident response mechanisms that are slow and lack transparency. Forms of accountability that should be procedural and predictable such as the obligation of 72-hour notification, proportional administrative sanctions, and civil lawsuit mechanisms through the State Administrative Court (PTUN) are still not optimal in practice. This study concludes that strengthening state accountability requires regulatory harmonization, enhanced institutional capacity of the Personal Data Protection Authority (OPDP) and the National Cyber and Crypto Agency (BSSN), and standardized incident response protocols. Policy recommendations are directed toward reinforcing state accountability in protecting citizens' personal data in the digital sphere.

Abstract

Student interest in learning is a crucial factor in the educational process, and the Joyful Learning model effectively fosters this interest through a pleasant atmosphere. This study aims to describe the steps, advantages, and disadvantages of applying the Joyful Learning model in learning at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 3 Sukoharjo, Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 11 Boyolali, Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Temanggung, Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Sukoharjo, and Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Magelang. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, the research subjects were teachers as the main informants, with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results show that the Joyful Learning steps include the preparation stage (stimulating student readiness), delivery (relating the material to real life), training (core learning activities with feedback), and closing (reinforcing the material). The advantages include a relaxed atmosphere, variety of strategies, and increased student creativity; while the disadvantages are the risk of uncontrolled classes, the demand for mastery of various methods, and the need for high teacher creativity. In conclusion, the Joyful Learning model is suitable for increasing learning interest in madrasahs.

Abstract

Student collaboration is a crucial element in learning to develop intelligence, exchange ideas, and encourage active participation. The Fishbowl learning model is effective in fostering these skills. This study aims to describe the steps, advantages, and disadvantages of applying the Fishbowl model in learning at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Temanggung, Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 3 Karanganyar, Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Sukoharjo, and Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Rembang. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, the subjects were teachers as informants, with data collection techniques including interviews, observation, and documentation. The results show that the Fishbowl steps include dividing the group into discussion and listening groups, forming a semicircle like a fishbowl, allowing listeners to join in, and facilitating teachers' opinions and questions. The advantages are: encouraging critical thinking, free expression, collaborative idea contribution, and mature solution selection. The disadvantages are: deviation of answers, domination of active students, long time for teachers with less classroom experience, and intensity of implementation. Conclusion: The Fishbowl model can be applied to improve student teamwork in madrasahs.

Abstract

This study aims to redesign the production facility layout at PT. MMP in order to improve material flow efficiency and reduce material handling costs. The methods applied in this research are Activity Relationship Chart (ARC), From-To Chart (FTC), and Blocplan. Data were collected through direct observation, interviews, and documentation related to production processes, inter-department distances, and material movement frequencies. The results indicate that the existing layout is inefficient due to long material transfer distances. By redesigning the layout using the Blocplan method, a more optimal facility arrangement was obtained with reduced travel distances and improved production flow. The material handling cost analysis shows a decrease from Rp177,000 in the ARC layout to Rp64,000 in the Blocplan layout. Therefore, the Blocplan method is proven to be more effective in improving facility layout efficiency and reducing operational costs.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the limited research on the impact of the role playing learning model on students’ self-confidence, despite its significant effect on learning effectiveness, especially in science subjects. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of the role playing method in fostering students’ self-confidence at MI Nurkholis PA. This research employed a qualitative approach with a case study design, involving 10 fifth-grade students selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using thematic analysis. The results show that implementing role playing increased students’ courage to speak, active participation, and confidence expression during learning. These findings align with the theory of emotional engagement in learning and highlight the importance of role playing in developing students' affective domains. The main conclusion of this study is that the role playing model is effective in enhancing students’ self-confidence in science learning. The implications include theoretical enrichment in active role-based learning and practical recommendations for teachers to implement this method more broadly in elementary education. This study also opens opportunities for further research on its long-term impacts.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the duality in the implementation of the central government’s authority in organizing new autonomous regions after the enactment of Law No. 23 of 2014. Using a literature study and comparative analysis approach, this research examines the policy contrast between the acceleration of provincial expansion in Papua and the prolonged postponement of expansion proposals in other regions. The results show that the central government applies a double standard in decision-making regarding regional expansion. In Papua, considerations of strategic politics, national security, and territorial integration dominate the policy process, sidelining technical-economic aspects. Meanwhile, expansion proposals outside Papua are strictly evaluated based on fiscal efficiency, administrative readiness, and local elite harmony. This duality reflects a policy shift from regional autonomy principles to an elastic centralistic instrument, where law is applied selectively according to national political interests. As a result, the meaning of autonomy is diluted, legal uncertainty arises in the regions, and new dependencies between regions and the central government are created. This study recommends the need for transparency, consistency, and an objective roadmap for regional arrangement so that expansion policy does not merely serve as a political tool, but genuinely supports governance effectiveness and interregional justice.

Abstract

Bahasa merupakan kemampuan fundamental manusia yang berperan penting dalam proses berpikir, komunikasi, dan pengolahan informasi. Dalam perspektif kognitif, bahasa tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai alat komunikasi, tetapi juga sebagai sarana utama dalam membangun, menyimpan, dan mengorganisasi konsep mental. Gangguan berbahasa menjadi persoalan penting karena tidak hanya memengaruhi aspek linguistik, tetapi juga berdampak langsung terhadap proses kognitif individu. Individu dengan gangguan berbahasa sering mengalami hambatan dalam memahami, memproduksi, dan menggunakan bahasa secara efektif, yang pada akhirnya memengaruhi kemampuan berpikir, belajar, serta berinteraksi sosial. Oleh karena itu, kajian gangguan berbahasa perlu dilakukan secara komprehensif dengan mempertimbangkan keterkaitannya dengan proses kognitif melalui pendekatan psikolinguistik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji jenis-jenis gangguan berbahasa, faktor penyebabnya, serta implikasi gangguan berbahasa terhadap proses kognitif manusia dalam perspektif psikolinguistik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi pustaka (library research). Data diperoleh dari berbagai sumber literatur berupa buku teks, jurnal ilmiah nasional dan internasional, serta artikel penelitian yang relevan dengan topik gangguan berbahasa dan proses kognitif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penelusuran literatur secara sistematis, sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis isi (content analysis) dengan mengidentifikasi tema, pola, dan keterkaitan antara bahasa dan kognisi berdasarkan kerangka psikolinguistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gangguan berbahasa meliputi gangguan reseptif, ekspresif, fonologis, sintaksis, semantik, dan pragmatik yang masing-masing memiliki implikasi berbeda terhadap proses kognitif. Gangguan berbahasa terbukti berhubungan erat dengan keterbatasan memori kerja, perhatian, pemrosesan informasi, serta fungsi eksekutif. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa bahasa dan kognisi merupakan sistem yang saling terintegrasi, sehingga gangguan berbahasa berdampak luas terhadap aktivitas berpikir, pembelajaran, dan interaksi sosial individu.
