Abstract

Korupsi merupakan salah satu permasalahan serius yang berdampak luas terhadap kehidupan sosial, ekonomi, dan politik. Tidak hanya terjadi di kalangan pejabat, praktik korupsi juga dapat muncul dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, baik secara sadar maupun tidak disadari oleh masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kesadaran mahasiswa dan masyarakat terhadap bahaya korupsi serta bagaimana sikap mereka dalam menghadapi praktik tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode empiris, yaitu metode yang didasarkan pada pengamatan dan pengalaman langsung dari responden di lapangan. Pendekatan ini dilakukan untuk memperoleh data yang nyata dan faktual terkait dengan topik penelitian. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan teknik wawancara sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Wawancara dilakukan secara langsung kepada mahasiswa dan masyarakat yang dipilih sebagai responden sesuai dengan kriteria penelitian. Melalui metode wawancara, peneliti dapat menggali informasi secara lebih mendalam mengenai pandangan, pengalaman, serta pemahaman responden terhadap korupsi. Data yang diperoleh dari hasil wawancara kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif untuk mengetahui kecenderungan, persepsi, dan sikap responden terhadap permasalahan yang diteliti.iHasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian mahasiswa dan masyarakat sudah memahami dampak negatif korupsi, seperti ketidakadilan, kerugian negara, dan menurunnya kepercayaan publik. Namun, masih terdapat perilaku yang mengarah pada tindakan koruptif dalam skala kecil, seperti pungutan liar, ketidakjujuran, dan penyalahgunaan wewenang. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan peningkatan edukasi, penanaman nilai integritas, serta peran aktif lingkungan pendidikan dan masyarakat dalam membangun budaya anti korupsi sejak dini.

Abstract

Interaction between teachers and parents is an important factor in supporting students’ educational success in elementary schools. Effective collaboration between schools and families can create a supportive learning environment that contributes to students’ academic, social, and emotional development. This study aims to analyze the forms of interaction between teachers and parents in elementary school activities, the benefits obtained, the challenges encountered, and strategies to strengthen this relationship. The study employed a qualitative approach using a literature review method by analyzing several scientific journals related to teacher–parent interaction in elementary education. The results indicate that teacher–parent interaction occurs through various activities, including formal meetings, communication regarding students’ learning progress, the use of communication media, and parental involvement in school activities. These interactions provide several benefits, such as improving students’ academic achievement, learning motivation, and social–emotional development. Therefore, strengthening collaboration between teachers and parents is essential to support students’ educational success in elementary schools.

Abstract

PT Bunga Wisata is a business operating in the tourism sector located in Karangploso, Malang. The service offered tour packages. Promotional media used Instagram and WhatsApp. The promotional media carried out on Instagram is considered less than optimal and less consistent because the designs of the products and services offered are not yet attractive. This research aims to provide complete and clear information regarding the service products offered by PT Bunga Wisata by creating an E-Brochure using the Canva application which is uploaded to and Instagram. This research used the Action Research with planning, action, observation and reflection research procedures. Research data was obtained through distributing questionnaires which were distributed to 1 owner, 2 marketing experts, 2 design experts, 10 consumers. design effectiveness was carried out using the EPIC (Empathy, Persuasion, Impact, Communication) method. The highest average score is in the Impact dimension which is in the 'very effective' category. This is because the E-Brochure design is designed to add and provide complete knowledge regarding the products and services offered. The conclusion is that the E- Brochure is designed to be very effective for use as promotional media on PT Bunga Wisata's. The conclusion from this research is that E-Brochures designed using Canva are very effective for use as promotional media on PT Bunga Wisata's Instagram. It is hoped that they can create design updates with the aim of serving as a reminder to consumers or potential consumers

Abstract

This study aims to describe the efforts of bridal makeup instructors in fostering entrepreneurial independence among course and training participants. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Subjects included instructors and students at bridal makeup course institutions. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that the instructors' efforts to foster entrepreneurial independence are carried out through: (1) strengthening the cognitive aspect by providing material on entrepreneurship, business management, and marketing strategies; (2) developing the affective aspect through fostering self-confidence, responsibility, discipline, and work ethic; and (3) improving the psychomotor aspect through direct practice of bridal makeup, customer service simulations, and portfolio preparation. A learning approach that integrates these three domains aligns with Benjamin Bloom's educational taxonomy theory, which emphasizes a balance between knowledge, attitudes, and skills. The study's conclusions indicate that the instructor's role is crucial in developing students' competencies and independence to start their own businesses. The recommendation of this research is the need for ongoing mentoring and strengthening of business networks to increase the entrepreneurial success of bridal makeup course graduates.

Abstract

Teaching materials are very important to support the success of learning in schools. The purpose of this study is to analyze the roles played by textbooks and teaching modules, two types of teaching materials commonly used in Indonesian language learning in schools. The study employs a descriptive qualitative approach with a literature review method. The data collected comes from various literary sources, including books, scientific journal articles, and educational documents related to the research topic. The results show that textbooks serve as the main source of learning materials, presenting concepts, examples, and exercises systematically according to the curriculum. Teaching modules, on the other hand, function as learning tools that help teachers design learning activities in a structured manner, from planning to evaluation. The combined use of textbooks and teaching modules can lead to improved learning effectiveness, as students receive clear and comprehensible materials.

Abstract

Textbooks and teaching modules are essential elements in the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum, functioning both as learning resources and as supporting teaching tools. This study aims to examine the role of these two components in supporting the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum. The method used is a qualitative descriptive approach through a literature review, utilizing various sources such as scientific journals, books, and official educational documents. The findings show that textbooks serve as providers of structured learning materials, while teaching modules act as guides for teachers in designing more flexible, contextual, and student-centered learning. The combination of both proves to be effective in improving the quality of learning and supporting the strengthening of the Pancasila Student Profile.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan analisis korelasi dalam memprediksi hubungan antara durasi belajar harian dengan nilai ulangan matematika siswa kelas XI LPKC A. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional. Data durasi belajar harian diperoleh melalui angket, sedangkan data nilai ulangan matematika diperoleh melalui dokumentasi nilai siswa. Sebelum dilakukan analisis, data diuji menggunakan uji normalitas dan uji linearitas sebagai prasyarat analisis. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa data berdistribusi normal dan memiliki hubungan yang linear. Perhitungan korelasi Pearson Product Moment secara manual menghasilkan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,91 yang menunjukkan hubungan sangat kuat dan positif antara durasi belajar harian dengan nilai ulangan matematika. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa semakin lama durasi belajar yang dilakukan siswa setiap hari, semakin tinggi pula nilai matematika yang diperoleh. Penelitian ini memberikan gambaran bahwa pengelolaan waktu belajar harian memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika siswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan memprediksi kesiapan kerja siswa SMK Bhakti Indonesia Medika berdasarkan lama waktu kerja menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa angket dan dokumentasi. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 23 siswa yang telah mengikuti praktik kerja industri. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji statistik deskriptif, uji normalitas, uji linearitas, dan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa data berdistribusi normal dan memiliki hubungan linear antara lama waktu kerja dan kesiapan kerja. Persamaan regresi yang diperoleh adalah Y = 56,32 + 3,12X, yang menunjukkan bahwa setiap penambahan lama waktu kerja akan meningkatkan kesiapan kerja siswa. Selain itu, hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara lama waktu kerja terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa. Dengan demikian, pengalaman kerja melalui praktik kerja industri memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan kesiapan kerja siswa SMK.
