Abstract

In the world, the issue of poverty is still a big scourge, including in the Banjarnegara Regency area. Zakat and SDGs have a close relationship related to the goal of poverty alleviation. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of productive zakat management carried out by BAZNAS Banjarnegara Regency in handling poverty and SDGs goals.This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods with the type of field research (field reseacrh). Data collection techniques were conducted through in-depth interviews, observation, documentation, and data analysis. Interviews were conducted with ten of the seventy mustahik recipients of productive zakat assistance in 2022. The results showed that the management realized in productive zakat in Banjarnegara Regency in achieving the SDGs program has continuity in reducing poverty. The pattern used is the utilization of traditional productive zakat through business training and provision of business capital. The form of effectiveness has been seen with an increase in the capital of MSME actors and an increase in income. Productive zakat management has proven to be effective in alleviating poverty and improving mustahik welfare as measured by BKKBN indicators on the concept of family welfare, assisted mustahik have succeeded in fulfilling the Prosperous Family II (KS II) stage.

Abstract

Keterampilan desain grafis sangat dibutuhkan di berbagai sektor usaha, seperti percetakan, periklanan, multimedia, fashion dan industri kreatif lainnya. Salah satu aplikasi desain grafis adalah CorelDraw. CorelDraw memiliki kelebihan mudah digunakan dan memiliki banyak fitur juga alat, sehingga media ini cocok digunakan untuk pemula sebagai latihan dasar dalam membuat sebuah desain grafis. Pelatihan desain grafis CorelDraw diberikan kepada siswa kelas X DKV SMK Ibrahimy 1 Sukorejo. Pada tahap awal persiapan harus ditentukan terlebih dahulu tema pelatihan desain grafis. Setelah itu dilakuka survey pada lokasi kegiatan pelatihan. Dari hasil survey terhadap tema pelatihan desain grafis,semua siswa kelas X DKV yang memiliki keahlian dan bisa mengoperasikan aplikasi CorelDraw untuk menghasilkan sebuah karya desain, poster, pamflet dan karya lainnya. Setelah mengetahui kondisi di lokasi kegiatan Pelatihan, selanjutnya membuat materi pelatihan desain grafis Corel Draw. Pelaksanaan pelatihan dengan tema pelatihan desain grafis CorelDraw bagi siswa kelas X DKV SMK Ibrahimy 1 Sukorejo berjalan dengan lancar. Peserta pelatihan antusias mengikuti pelatihan dan dapat menerima materi dengan baik, Hasil evaluasi terhadap kepuasan kegiatan PKM, sebanyak 11 peserta (82%) menyatakan sangat  puas dan 4 peserta (17%) menyatakan puas. Beberapa masukan terkait waktu pelaksanaan perlu ditambah dan ada pelatihan lanjutan pelatihan desain grafis menggunakan aplikasi lain seperti Adobe Photoshop.

Abstract

Implementasi kebijakan penataan dan penertiban pedagang kaki lima (PKL) yang dilakukan oleh Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja di kawasan Jalan Cihideung K.H. Zainal Mustofa, Kota Tasikmalaya. Fokus utama dalam penelitian ini adalah menganalisis sejauh mana pelaksanaan kebijakan tersebut berjalan efektif, serta mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang menjadi pendukung maupun penghambat dalam implementasinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi terhadap pihak-pihak terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kebijakan penataan dan penertiban PKL oleh Satpol PP belum berjalan optimal. Hal ini disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor, antara lain keterbatasan jumlah personel, keterlambatan pencairan anggaran, kurangnya koordinasi antarinstansi, serta rendahnya kesadaran dan partisipasi PKL dalam mendukung kebijakan tersebut. Meskipun pendekatan persuasif seperti metode “harumanis” telah diterapkan, efektivitasnya masih perlu ditingkatkan. Penelitian ini menyarankan perlunya penguatan koordinasi lintas sektor, peningkatan sumber daya, dan strategi komunikasi yang lebih intensif untuk mendukung keberhasilan pelaksanaan kebijakan secara berkelanjutan

Abstract

The multidimensional problem of homelessness in Ciamis Regency demands coordinated action from the Public Order Agency (Satpol PP), the Social Services Agency, and the Health Agency. This study analyzes the roles of cross-sector actors in this issue using Ansel and Gash's (2007) theory of collaboration, with four dimensions: Initial Conditions, Institutional Design, Facilitative Leadership, and Collaborative Processes. Using a qualitative case study approach, data was collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. Results are available, but partial and suboptimal. Initial understandings among actors vary. The institutional design remains poorly structured, with suboptimal formal coordination and disintegrated policies. Leadership from the Social Services Agency is crucial, but communication and prioritization remain challenges. The collaborative process is linear, lacking a sustainable and integrated program, and minimal joint evaluation. The study concludes that the institutional design needs to be strengthened through a permanent coordination forum, an increased leadership role for program integration, and improvements to the collaborative process to make it more integrated and sustainable. Recommendations include developing comprehensive policies, increasing budgets, and establishing a joint evaluation mechanism for more effective homelessness management.

Abstract

The problem in this study is the low level of entrepreneurial interest among students, despite the vast potential and opportunities in entrepreneurship. This study aims to examine the influence of entrepreneurial mentality, family environment, and peers on the entrepreneurial interest of Economics Education students at Universitas Siliwangi, class of 2021–2022. The research employed a quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that, partially, entrepreneurial mentality (t = 4.222; sig. = 0.000), family environment (t = 2.953; sig. = 0.004), and peers (t = 2.052; sig. = 0.042) have a significant influence on entrepreneurial interest. Simultaneously, the three variables also have a significant influence (F = 34.171; sig. = 0.000). The coefficient of determination (R²) is 0.433, indicating that 43.3% of the variation in entrepreneurial interest is explained by these variables, while the remaining 56.7% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

Undang-Undang Nomor 20 Tahun 2008 tentang Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) menyatakan bahwa UMKM perlu diberi lebih banyak kekuatan dengan menciptakan lingkungan yang membantu mereka tumbuh. Studi ini terutama melihat usaha kecil dan menengah di Kabupaten Pangandaran yang sudah berdiri dan berjalan tetapi operasinya belum berkembang, yang menyebabkan mereka merugi dan akhirnya tutup. Masih ada juga pelaku UMKM di Kabupaten Pangandaran yang tidak menggunakan metode pemasaran, branding, atau pengemasan. Selain itu, tidak banyak peserta UMKM di Kabupaten Pangandaran yang mengikuti berbagai kelas pelatihan. Tujuan studi ini adalah untuk menemukan dan mengevaluasi bagaimana Dinas Perdagangan dan Perindustrian, Koperasi, dan Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kabupaten Pangandaran bekerja untuk membantu UMKM tumbuh. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, peneliti dapat menggambarkan, menjelaskan, mencatat, menganalisis, dan memahami peristiwa dan data yang ditemukan dalam penelitian ini. Cara pengumpulan data untuk tesis ini adalah campuran dari studi pustaka dan metode penelitian lapangan seperti wawancara dan observasi. Pada saat yang sama, peneliti mengolah data, menyajikan data, dan menulis kesimpulan untuk metode analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Dinas Koperasi, Usaha Kecil dan Menengah, Perdagangan, dan Perindustrian Kabupaten Pangandaran memiliki rencana yang matang untuk mengembangkan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah. Namun, strategi tersebut belum ideal karena masih terdapat sejumlah tantangan, seperti kebutuhan peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia untuk mendukung pertumbuhan UMKM, kurangnya dana khusus untuk pemberdayaan UMKM, dan terbatasnya kemampuan pemasaran produk UMKM di Kabupaten Pangandaran.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the village government's strategy in developing agricultural potential in Ciganjeng Village, Padaherang District, Pangandaran Regency which is not optimal. The purpose of this study is to determine the Village Government's Strategy in Developing Agricultural Potential in Ciganjeng Village, Padaherang District, Pangandaran Regency. The method used in this study is descriptive analysis. Informants are 7 people. Data collection techniques are literature study, field study (observation and interviews) and documentation. The author uses qualitative data analysis techniques through processing data from interviews and observations to draw conclusions so that they can answer the problems in the study. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the village government's strategy in developing agricultural potential in Ciganjeng Village, Padaherang District, Pangandaran Regency through five strategies with eight indicators studied is quite good but not optimal due to obstacles such as limited village budgets for the agricultural sector, low levels of education and skills of some farmers, and minimal access to modern agricultural technology and limited number and intensity of agricultural extension workers, limited farmer access to potential business actors to be invited to partner with and lack of farmer understanding of the importance of farmer institutions. Efforts include establishing partnerships with external parties, such as the Department of Agriculture and universities, to obtain technical assistance and assistance for agricultural programs. Increasing community participation by actively involving farmer groups in development planning meetings is also being undertaken. The village government is also striving to strengthen coordination with relevant agencies to ensure the sustainability of technical assistance and conducting intensive outreach and coaching to the community regarding the benefits of farmer groups and the importance of collaboration with business actors.

Abstract

Sustainable development is a global issue that requires the active involvement of various parties, including social institutions, in supporting the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This study aims to analyze the strategy of the Lembaga Kesehatan Cuma-Cuma (LKC) Dompet Dhuafa Central Java in promoting healthy areas through the implementation of biodigester technology in Suro Village, Kalibagor District, Banyumas Regency. This research uses a qualitative method with a field study approach to obtain descriptive data from LKC representatives, community leaders, and local residents. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation involving six informants. The findings show that LKC's strategy includes community education and empowerment in managing livestock waste, the construction of biodigester installations as a solution for waste processing and an alternative energy source, and collaboration with the village government and local partners to ensure program sustainability. This strategy contributes to the achievement of several SDGs goals, particularly in the areas of health, sanitation, clean energy, climate action, and partnerships. The implication of this study indicates that an environmentally friendly technology-based approach can encourage social transformation, improve environmental quality, and strengthen stakeholder collaboration at the village level.

Abstract

The problem in this study is the low level of students’ Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) in Economics. This study aims to determine the effect of implementing the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model assisted by documentary films on improving students’ HOTS. The research method used was quasi-experimental with a nonequivalent control group design. The sample consisted of 68 grade XI students divided into experimental and control classes. The instrument used was an essay test based on HOTS indicators according to Noviana: problem solving, decision making, critical thinking, and creative thinking. The results showed a significant improvement in HOTS in the experimental class with a significance value of 0.000. Therefore, the PBL model with documentary film is effective in enhancing students’ HOTS.

Abstract

Indonesia has many different types of plants. The climate and soil help these plants thrive and thrive. Therefore, we should be grateful for this gift from God. All living things grow and change. As living things go through their lives, they grow and change, and these two things occur simultaneously. Growth and development are not the same thing. This study aims to determine the importance of light for mung bean growth. This research used qualitative methods. The participants were fifth-grade students from SD Negeri 050750 Pangkalan Brandan in Langkat Regency. The results showed that light significantly affects the growth of mung bean sprouts. Sprouts grown under bright light were healthier than sprouts grown without light.
