Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out: 1) To find out how the decorative skills of phase E KKBT students at SMK Negeri 1 Jabon, 2) To determine the learning outcomes of batik craft students in phase F KKBT SMK Negeri 1 Jabon, 3) To determine the effect of students’ decorative drawing skill on improving student learning outcomes in drawing batik craft in phase F KKBT students of SMK Negeri 1 Jabon. This research uses quantitative methods with a sample of 33 students. The instrument in this study was a student batik performance test assessment sheet. The data collection technique was a performance test assessment with simple regression analysis. The results of the study stated: 1) The level of completeness of the decorative variety shows that there are 11 (33%) students who are not complete, and there are 22 (67%) students who are complete. 2) The level of batik completeness shows that 6 (18.18%) students are not complete, and there are 27 (81.81%) students who are complete. 3) There is an effect of knowledge of decorative varieties on batik learning outcomes with the demonstration of variations from the batik learning outcomes variable (Y) caused by skill of decorative varieties (X) of 91.8%.

Abstract

The research focuses on enhancing the environmental sustainability of the construction industry by exploring the use of polymer concrete made from recycled waste materials, such as plastics, glass, and fly ash. This study aims to optimize the mix composition for polymer concrete by employing a hybrid AI model combining Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) with Genetic Algorithms (GA). These technologies are used to find the optimal material ratios and curing conditions that improve the mechanical properties of the concrete while minimizing environmental impact. This approach seeks to reduce the carbon footprint and energy consumption typically associated with conventional cement-based concrete production by utilizing recycled materials. The study also includes a Life Cycle Sustainability Assessment (LCSA), evaluating the long-term environmental, economic, and social impacts of polymer concrete compared to traditional cement concrete. The results highlight significant reductions in CO2 emissions and cost savings, alongside improvements in the material’s durability. Ultimately, this research demonstrates the potential for polymer concrete to contribute to sustainable development within the construction industry.

Abstract

Describe the validity level of the E-Jobsheet for making digital women's pants patterns using the canva application at SMKN 2 Jombang so that it is suitable for use as learning media in terms of media experts, linguists and material experts. 2. Describe student learning outcomes after applying the E-Jobsheet for making women's pants patterns digitally using the canva application at SMKN 2 Jombang. This research is an R&D research with the ADDIE method. The subjects of this research were students of class XII Fashion 2 of SMKN 2 Jombang.  The results of this study are: 1) E-Jobsheet for making pants patterns digitally is declared feasible to use as learning media. This is evidenced by the results of media expert validity of 4.41 with a very valid category, material expert validity reached 3,59 with a very valid category and linguists reached 4.08 with a very valid category. The average of the three experts reached 4.02 with a very valid category. 2) The learning outcomes of students of SMKN 2 Jombang showed that 33 students were declared complete with a percentage of 100%. Thus, it can be concluded that the development of E-Jobsheet on making women's pants patterns digitally using the canva application in industrial fashion subjects contributes positively to improving student learning outcomes at SMKN 2 Jombang.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to 1) Describe the extent of the Field Work Practice experience of class XII Fashion Design students at SMK Negeri 1 Jabon. (2) Describe the extent of the interest in entrepreneurship in the fashion sector of class XII Fashion Design students at SMK Negeri 1 Jabon. (3) Analyze the influence of Field Work Practice experience on the interest in entrepreneurship in the fashion sector of class XII Fashion Design students at SMK Negeri 1 Jabon. This study is a type of quantitative research with an ex post facto approach that has been carried out at SMK Negeri 1 Jabon. The research sample was class XII Fashion Design students, obtained using convenience sampling techniques of 35 students. Data collection in this study used a closed questionnaire. In this study, descriptive analysis, prerequisite tests and hypothesis tests were carried out using a simple linear regression test with a sig.5% level. The results of the study showed that (1) Field work practice experience showed an average (mean) of 55.49 in the high category. (2) The interest in entrepreneurship in the fashion sector shows an average result (mean) of 57.43, which is included in the high category. (3) There is an influence between field work experience and interest in entrepreneurship with the equation Y = 36.709 + 0.373X. The coefficient of determination (R Square) shows 14%. So, the field work experience contributes 14% to the interest in entrepreneurship in the fashion sector of class XII Fashion Design students of SMK Negeri 1 Jabon, while the remaining 86% is influenced by other factors, namely environmental factors, family factors, economic factors.

Abstract

Along with the rapid advancement of digital technology, the use of media in learning has also undergone a significant transformation. Learning media is no longer just a visual or printed aid, but has developed into an interactive medium that bridges communication between educators and students. Advances in information and communication technology (ICT) also have a positive impact on language learning. Language, which is often referred to as the window to the world, is an important means of understanding and accessing global knowledge. Through the use of ICT, the language learning process becomes more interesting, interactive, effective, and efficient. The technology that is often used is Google Classroom. This study aims to explore students' views on the use of Google Classroom in learning English and identify the benefits and challenges faced by students when using Google Classroom in class XI SMAN 21 Makassar. This study uses a Quantitative method to explore students' views on the use of Google Classroom in English learning and identify the benefits and challenges faced by students when using Google Classroom in class XI SMAN 21 Makassar in 2025. The analysis in this study with Data Reduction, Categorization, Data Interpretation with a sample size of 46 respondents in class XI SMAN 21 Makassar. The data collection technique in this study used quaster random sampling in all classes XI SMAN 21 Makassar with a minimum of 6-10 respondents from various classes with data collection using a survey. The results of the study showed that there were 42 (0.92%) students with a positive view of the use of Google Classroom in Class XI SMAN 21 Makassar in 2025 and there were 4 (0.08%) students with a positive view of the use of Google Classroom in Class XI SMAN 21 Makassar in 2025, the benefits of using Google Classroom in the learning process, the majority answered More flexible access to materials and ease of collecting writing assignments were each chosen by 16 respondents (34%) in class XI SMAN 21 Makassar in 2025, the obstacles experienced by 46 respondents in using Google Classroom as a learning medium, the data above As many as 21 respondents (46%) stated that they did not experience any interference, which shows that most students feel comfortable and do not face significant obstacles in learning using Google Classroom in class XI SMAN 21 Makassar in 2025, As many as 19 respondents (41%) want more variety of materials in class XI SMAN 21 Makassar in 2025. 2025.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the process and final result of creating a modern kebaya embellished with beading. The method used is practice-led research, which consists of four stages: (1) the pre-design stage, involving idea exploration and concept development through sketches; (2) the design stage, involving the creation of fashion designs; (3) the realization stage, including pattern making, sewing, and garment completion; and (4) the presentation stage, where the fashion product is showcased and used as material for article development and publication. The result of this study is a modern kebaya design that applies beading embellishments inspired by the forms and colors of coral reefs, adding aesthetic value to the garment. The combination of traditional elements and a modern design approach demonstrates that kebaya can evolve into a contemporary garment while maintaining its cultural richness. This study is expected to serve as a reference for designers and educators in fashion to develop innovative, artistic, and culturally rooted fashion designs.

Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) play a vital role in the economic development of developing countries. As these businesses increasingly adopt digital technologies, structured IT service management becomes essential. The Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) provides a globally recognized framework for managing IT services, yet its application in SMEs remains limited due to resource constraints and operational differences. This study presents a systematic literature review to examine how ITIL has been implemented in SMEs across developing countries. From an initial collection of 100 publications, 20 relevant articles were selected for detailed analysis. The findings reveal diverse implementation strategies, with SMEs often adopting ITIL partially through selected processes such as incident or configuration management. Common barriers include lack of infrastructure, limited skilled personnel, and funding constraints. Despite these challenges, the review identifies critical success factors, including organizational awareness, leadership support, and contextual adaptation of ITIL practices. This study contributes structured insights for enhancing IT service management in resource-constrained SMEs and proposes strategic entry points for scalable adoption. The results offer practical guidance for decision-makers, IT managers, and policymakers, while also establishing a foundation for future empirical studies in SME-driven IT service governance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the process of making peplum on Cheongsam Dress and find out the results of making peplum on Cheongsam Dress. The method used in this study is the creation of works consisting of four stages namely; pre-design stage, design stage, realization stage and presentation stage. The results of this study are: The process of making peplum on Cheongsam Dress starts from making patterns and then cutting materials, sewing process, to the finished result of applying peplum on Cheongsam Dress. The selection of material characteristics using thick and shiny duces with a light brown color makes the peplum on the Cheongsam Dress look elegant, and there is a phoenix brocade accent for decoration on the Cheongsam Dress.

Abstract

The objectives of this study were 1) To describe the level of validity of video tutorial media for ribbon embroidery in the Textile and Design Experiment element of phase F at SMK Negeri 3 Probolinggo. 2) To describe the learning outcomes of students after the application of video tutorial media for ribbon embroidery in the element of Textile and Design Experiment phase f at SMK Negeri 3 Probolinggo. This research is a development research or R&D with ADDIE model. The research subjects involved 32 students of class XI Fashion Management of SMK Negeri 3 Probolinggo in the product trial.  Data collection techniques are video tutorial validity assessment and student learning outcomes assessment. Data collection instruments with video tutorial validity assessment sheets, test assessment sheets and assessment rubrics. The data analysis technique used is descriptive with the results of the study showing that it is used in this study with the results of the study showing 1) the level of validity of ribbon embroidery video tutorials on textile experimental elements and decorative designs in terms of linguists, media experts and material experts reached an average score of 4.66 with a very valid category. 2) Student learning outcomes achieved 100% classical completeness.

Abstract

The socio-economic conditions of the orange aron family in Kabanjahe District still face various challenges due to the instability of work as casual laborers. Their income depends on the harvest season and weather conditions, making it difficult to meet their daily needs. These economic limitations also have an impact on various aspects of their lives, such as education, health, and also housing. This study aims to analyze and describe the socio-economic conditions of the orange aron family, focusing on the factors that influence their well-being amidst job uncertainty. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and document analysis to obtain relevant information about the daily lives of the aron. The results of this study indicate that the income of the aron family is unstable, so they have to adapt in various ways to meet their needs in terms of education, health, and also housing.
