Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan materi ajar ekonomi kelas X berbasis rasionalitas ekonomi, dan mengetahui tanggapan siswa kelas X A MAN 1 Samarinda terhadap materi ajar ekonomi berbasis rasionalitas ekonomi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah research and development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Subjek uji coba dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X A MAN 1 Samarinda yang berjumlah 36 siswa. . Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara dan angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kelayakan materi ajar berdasarkan penilaian ahli materi dengan rata-rata 4,0 berada pada kategori valid. Hasil tanggapan siswa menunjukkan hampir seluruh siswa memberikan tanggapan positif terhadap materi ajar ekonomi berbasis rasionalitas ekonomi dan hasil penilaian respon siswa dengan rata-rata 3,7 berada pada kategori setuju.berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa materi ajar ekonomi berbasis rasionalitas ekonomi layak untuk digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran ekonomi.

Abstract

Ditengah pandemi covid-19 para pelaku usaha berlomba-lomba untuk mempertahankan usahanya bahkan ada pula yang berhenti beroperasi pada saat pandemi. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis kelayakan finansial usaha pada koperasi di FKIP Universitas Mulawarman. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan yang dimiliki oleh koperasi FKIP Universitas Mulawarman periode 2021-2022. Dalam penelitian ini pencatatan merupakan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan analisis data deskriptif kuantitatif dengan perhitungan Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Payback Period (PP), dan Benefit/Cost Rasio (B/C). Hasil penelitian ini memperoleh NPV sebesar Rp. 29.080.196,65. IRR 112%, B/C 8,95606146892 kali, PP sebesar 2,6 yaitu 2 tahun 6 bulan. Sesuai dengan hasil perhitungan NPV, IRR, B/C, dan Payback Period Koperasi FKIP Universitas Mulawarman dapat dinyatakan layak secara finansial dan layak untuk dikembangkan.

Abstract

To foster global connections by promoting networking and collaboration through storytelling is the aim of this investigation, beginning with students in a classroom setting who will collaboratively write a story by merging their ideas and creativity. The primary activities involve reading, writing, and sharing, where participants read a paragraph, add to it, and share their contributions with others. The research focuses on understanding students' perceptions of their experiences with digital storytelling. Engaging students in meaningful learning experiences through digital storytelling is an effective strategy that enhances teamwork, creativity, and writing skills. The integration of technology makes the storytelling process more engaging and enjoyable for students. Findings indicate that students have a positive view of digital storytelling as it stimulates their imagination, encourages collaboration, and improves their writing abilities

Abstract

The research aims to determine the role of social capital in improving the economic welfare of women processing salted fish in Bangun City. This research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection uses interviews and observations. The informants in this study consisted of 10 people, namely, 1 person who owns a salted fish processing business, 2 fishermen who sell the fish they get and 7 women who process salted fish in Bangun City. The results of this research show that women's involvement in salted fish processing activities and the economic impact obtained from their collaboration. Women who process salted fish carry out this work to help improve the economic welfare of their families so that women who process salted fish fill their free time by working as fish processors. Satly. Social capital in the group of women processing salted fish is trust, formed from daily behavior in always being honest and not committing fraud, having social norms in the form of etiquette or polite behavior in daily life and a social network between women processing fish. salted fish with family ties between women processing salted fish, friendships and the community environment.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of social media and entrepreneurship education on the entrepreneurial interest of Economics Education students at Mulawarman University. Using a descriptive method with a quantitative approach, data were collected from 100 students through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that social media has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest, with a t-Count of 2.377 > t-table 1.984, and a significance value of 0.019 < 0.05. Additionally, entrepreneurship education positively and significantly affects entrepreneurial interest, with a t-Count of 6.746 > t-table 1.984, and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, the use of social media and entrepreneurship education significantly influences entrepreneurial interest, with an f- Count of 71.229 > f-table 3.09 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. The conclusion of this study is that both social media and entrepreneurship education, individually and together, play an important role in enhancing the entrepreneurial interest of students.

Abstract

The research in this thesis is motivated by the family environment that influences the intensity of student learning. Therefore, the focus of the research in this thesis is how the family environment affects the intensity of learning. This study is to determine the influence of the family environment on the intensity of learning of class XII students of SMA Negeri 4 Samarinda. The type of research conducted is descriptive quantitative research. The informants in this study were class XII. Data collection was carried out by direct observation and questionnaires of class XII students. Based on the results of the study, it showed that 43.3% of students were very supported by their families in the student learning process, then 32.7% of students were sufficiently supported by their families, but there were 22% of students who received less support for learning from their family environment, and there were 2% of students who did not receive support from their family environment.

Abstract

The research in this thesis is motivated by promotion costs which influence sales volume. The aim of this research is to determine the influence and relationship of promotion costs on the sales volume of Ja'M Ginger in Samarinda City. The type of research carried out is quantitative descriptive research. Data collection was carried out by direct observation and data documentation. The data analysis techniques used are simple linear regression test, t test, coefficient of determination test and product moment correlation test. Based on the research results, it shows that promotion costs (X) influence the sales volume (Y) of Ja'M Samarinda Ginger and there is a relationship between promotion costs (X) and sales volume (Y) of Ja'M Samarinda Ginger which, when interpreted on an interpretation scale, includes in the "very strong" category, where the figure lies between 0.80 – 1.00. The influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable is 89.7%. Meanwhile, the remaining 10.3% is influenced by other variables outside the research variables.

Abstract

This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. Data was collected through interviews, and data analysis was conducted using data collection, data reduction, and conclusion drawing techniques. Based on the research results, it is known that Desa Bhuana Jaya's entrepreneurial potential is measured by three indicators: the businesses being run, the environment, and human resources. In terms of the types of businesses being run and have potential to be run, Desa Bhuana Jaya has a variety of businesses, ranging from culinary businesses, grocery businesses, and other businesses with a turnover that is sufficient to meet living needs and business development. Meanwhile, the physical and social environment of Desa Bhuana Jaya as a business support is very good, with existing road and lighting facilities and a clean location, although some roads are still made of earth and have not received full attention from the government. The social environment is good with no conflicts, crimes, or criminal acts. In terms of human resources, Desa Bhuana Jaya has the ability to manage businesses, including financial management, but there has been no innovation or use.

Abstract

The Pancasila student profile has urgency in fixing problems related to the nation's noble values ​​and morals, as well as improving the quality of education in Indonesia. The six Pancasila student profile indicators cannot be separated from the 2020-2035 education road map. Efforts to integrate local wisdom in Civics learning provide a bridge for the younger generation. The method in this research is qualitative with descriptive analysis and data collection techniques in the form of interviews, questionnaires, literature studies and documentation. This research aims to analyze the obstacles and efforts to apply the values ​​of the Pancasila student profile in PPKn learning from the implementation of local wisdom activities for 7th generation teaching campus students. The results of the research explain that there are obstacles in implementing the Pancasila profile for students at SMPN 8 Tenggarong, namely internal and external factors. Internal factors: different student characteristics, lack of student literacy skills, lack of teacher understanding of the project to strengthen the Pancasila profile, limited use of media and teacher limitations in designing lesson plans; external factors, less than optimal government implementation, lack of support from some parties, and limited time for teaching and learning activities. efforts to implement students' Pancasila profile values ​​through the introduction of local wisdom in schools, namely: integrating local wisdom into intracurricular, co-curricular and extracurricular learning materials; Teachers are given training on how to integrate local wisdom in the learning process, because teachers have a central role in the knowledge transfer process; and Adequate infrastructure required.
