Abstract

This study investigates the impact of Internet of Things (IoT) usage in attendance management and productivity monitoring on employee performance and operational efficiency in the manufacturing industry of Central Java. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 270 respondents and analyzed with Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3). The results indicate that IoT-driven systems in both attendance management and productivity monitoring have a significant positive effect on employee performance and operational efficiency. Specifically, IoT-enabled attendance management improves workforce accountability and discipline, while productivity monitoring enhances real-time feedback and workflow optimization. These findings highlight the critical role of IoT technology in transforming workforce and operational management in manufacturing, contributing to improved performance and efficiency. The study provides valuable insights for decision-makers in the manufacturing industry regarding the adoption of IoT technologies to enhance competitiveness and operational outcomes.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of visionary leadership, curriculum innovation, and educational resource management on the quality of character-based education in high schools in West Java, Indonesia. Utilizing a quantitative approach, data were collected from 170 high school students through a Likert-scale survey. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The findings reveal that curriculum innovation has the most significant positive impact on character-based education, followed by the management of educational resources and visionary leadership. These results underscore the importance of adopting innovative curricula and effectively managing educational resources to enhance character education. Visionary leadership also plays a critical role in setting a direction for character development, though its impact is more pronounced when combined with curriculum and resource management. The study provides insights for educators, policymakers, and school administrators in creating an educational environment that fosters both academic and moral development.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of sustainable tourism certification, local community awareness, and product innovation on the destination reputation of Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 270 respondents representing tourists, local residents, and tourism service providers, and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3). The results reveal that all three factors significantly and positively impact Yogyakarta’s destination reputation. Sustainable tourism certification enhances the image of the destination, while local community awareness fosters support for sustainable practices. Additionally, product innovation contributes to the competitiveness and attractiveness of Yogyakarta by offering unique and sustainable tourism experiences. These findings highlight the importance of integrating sustainability, community engagement, and innovation to build and maintain a strong destination reputation. Practical implications for tourism stakeholders and policymakers in Yogyakarta are discussed.

Abstract

The growth of the creative economy in East Lombok Regency offers great potential to create jobs and increase local competitiveness. The production value in this sector is an important indicator to measure the contribution of the creative economy to the economy, while investment plays a crucial role in driving innovation and production capacity. This study aims to analyze the effect of creative economic growth, production value, and investment on labor absorption in East Lombok Regency. This type of research is quantitative descriptive using secondary data. The results of the analysis of this study indicate that the growth of the creative economy has a fairly large role in labor absorption in East Lombok Regency. This is indicated by the results of the regression calculation which gives the result that the growth of the creative economy has a significant effect on labor absorption. However, the production value and investment do not show a significant effect on the welfare of workers in the area. However, the increase in production value is expected to support the growth of the creative economy sector. Overall, the results of simultaneous calculations show that the growth of the creative economy has a significant role in labor absorption in East Lombok Regency. On the other hand, although the production value and investment do not show a significant direct effect, they are still important supporting factors in the development of the creative economy.

Abstract

This bibliometric analysis study explores the thematic and collaborative dynamics within the field of public health research, particularly focusing on the period from 2000 to 2024. Utilizing VOSviewer, we analyzed keyword occurrences and authorship data to identify central themes and the interconnections between researchers. The analysis reveals a strong emphasis on health disparities, with specific attention to access, quality, and policy issues. The emergence of COVID-19 as a significant research theme highlights the field's responsiveness to global health crises and its impact on existing inequalities. The study also maps out key contributors and their collaboration patterns, providing insights into the intellectual structure and potential gaps in the research community. Our findings emphasize the need for interdisciplinary approaches and greater collaboration to address the multifaceted challenges of global health disparities effectively.

Abstract

This study examines the efficacy of digital marketing methods, particularly influencer marketing, video content, and referral programs, on consumer trust in e-commerce platforms in West Java. A quantitative research design was utilized to collect data from 300 respondents through a structured online questionnaire. The investigation employed Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3) to examine the links between digital marketing methods and consumer trust. The results indicate that all three tactics markedly improve consumer trust, with influencer marketing exerting the greatest influence. These findings provide significant insights for e-commerce enterprises aiming to enhance their digital marketing strategies and cultivate more robust consumer relationships. The study enhances comprehension of customer behavior in the digital marketplace and offers practical ideas for improving consumer trust in e-commerce.

Abstract

This study evaluates the economic feasibility of snail cultivation in Indonesia by analyzing the impact of market demand, cultivation technology, and environmental conditions. A quantitative approach was employed, surveying 150 respondents using a Likert scale (1-5), with data analyzed via SPSS version 26. The results reveal that market demand is the most significant factor influencing economic feasibility, followed by cultivation technology and environmental conditions. All three variables positively and significantly affect the viability of snail farming. These findings suggest that increasing market demand, adopting modern farming technologies, and maintaining favorable environmental conditions are essential for promoting snail cultivation in Indonesia. This study provides valuable insights for policymakers, investors, and farmers interested in developing snail farming as a sustainable agricultural business.

Abstract

This study investigates the effects of processing techniques, nutrient content, and market accessibility on consumer acceptance of pumpkin analogue rice in Indonesia. As consumer demand for healthier and more sustainable food alternatives grows, understanding the key factors driving acceptance of innovative products like pumpkin analogue rice is critical. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 90 respondents through structured questionnaires and analyzed with SPSS version 25. The results reveal that processing techniques, nutrient content, and market accessibility significantly influence consumer acceptance, with nutrient content having the strongest impact. The findings suggest that optimizing processing methods, emphasizing health benefits, and improving market accessibility are essential for increasing the adoption of pumpkin analogue rice. This study provides practical insights for food producers and marketers seeking to promote healthier food alternatives in emerging markets.

Abstract

This study examines the effects of supplier collaboration, transportation efficiency, technology adoption, and market demand on the distribution efficiency and profitability of the pumpkin seed supply chain in Indonesia. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 150 respondents involved in the supply chain, including suppliers, distributors, and logistics providers. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3). The findings reveal that supplier collaboration, transportation efficiency, and technology adoption significantly enhance distribution efficiency, which in turn positively impacts profitability. Market demand was also found to moderate the relationship between distribution efficiency and profitability, particularly during periods of high demand. These findings underscore the importance of fostering collaboration, optimizing transportation, and adopting technology to improve the supply chain’s operational performance and financial outcomes. The study provides valuable insights for practitioners and policymakers aiming to enhance the agricultural supply chain's competitiveness and sustainability in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of ERP system utilization, inventory management practices, and interdivisional collaboration on supply chain operational efficiency in Indonesia’s automotive industry. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 120 respondents and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3). The results indicate that ERP system utilization, inventory management, and interdivisional collaboration contribute to supply chain efficiency, with a combined effect explaining 67% of the variance in operational efficiency. Findings highlight ERP systems’ role in enhancing real-time data sharing, inventory management’s impact on stock optimization, and collaboration’s ability to streamline cross-functional processes. This study provides insights for industry practitioners seeking to optimize supply chain performance through technology adoption, robust inventory practices, and cohesive interdepartmental collaboration.
