The sample used was 6 Cosmetic Sub-Sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2018-2023 period. The data collection technique used was documentation. The analysis method used was multiple linear regression, t-test, and F-test to obtain results regarding the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. The results of the study showed that partially Cash Turnover had a significant negative effect on Profitability (ROA), Receivables Turnover had a positive insignificant effect on Profitability (ROA), and Inventory Turnover had a significant positive effect on Profitability (ROA). Meanwhile, simultaneously, Cash Turnover, Receivables Turnover, and Inventory Turnover jointly affect Profitability (ROA).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the factors that cause damage to bread production at MZ bakery and to find out whether the bread products produced are under control. The results of this research show that the types of damage that occur in bread production are charred, the filling comes out, and the size of the bread is not appropriate. Judging from the Pareto diagram, the most dominant type of defect is that the bread filling comes out in the chocolate banana bread, while the chocolate flavored bread is dominated by burnt bread. From the fishbone chart, it can be seen the factors that cause defects in bread, namely human factors, machines or equipment, methods, raw materials and the environment. The error proportion control chart (P-chart) shows that statistical quality control in bread production at MZ Company is within statistical control limits.a.

The population in the study were students in all study programs with the 2020 standard at the LP3I Medan Polytechnic and the research sample was 49 people. Based on the results of the partial test research (t test) it shows that the t value is 7.889 < t table value 1.677 with a sig probability of 0.000 > 0.05, so it can be said that Advertising has a significant effect on Repurchase Intention for Luwak White Koffie Products among Consumers Among LP3I Polytechnic Students Field, thus H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. And the value of R Square obtained is 0.570 (57%). This shows that the dependent variable (Repurchase Intention) has a strong ability (0.60-0.799) in explaining variations in the dependent variable in this study.

Through financial ratio analysis, including liquidity, solvency, profitability, and activity, we measure the operational efficiency of MSMEs and identify areas that need improvement. The method of research carried out is the study of literature by searching for references that correspond to the context of the research to be studied. Research results show that MSMEs that implement digital tools, such as social media, e-commerce, and online accounting systems, show significant improvements in financial performance compared to MSMEs that have not yet integrated digital technology. Abstract

Environmental issues have become a global concern regarding the increasing impact of damage by company operations such as greenhouse gas emissions and toxic toxins, piles of plastic waste etc. This research aims to test the implementation of the circular economy concept which is influenced by the effects of the supply chain, green environment and economic growth through the recycled plastic industry. This research is based on a quantitative methodology with population data coming from members of ADUPI within the scope of plastic recycling industry activities in the DKI Jakarta area and its surroundings. The respondent sample data collection technique used the purposive random sampling method which was calculated using the SmartPLS statistical application program. The findings of this research indicate that the application of the circular economy concept in the research area has had little impact on environmental change for the better, reducing the burden of environmental pollution only. Apart from that, the length of the plastic recycling process for the output process is not commensurate with the significant economic added value to increase the community's economic growth. However, the overall effect of supply chain activities has a positive contribution to the implementation of the circular economy concept of 50.5%.

Abstract

This research aims to improve product quality by applying the Total Quality Management (TQM), Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Six Sigma (SS) analysis approach as an effective improvement strategy to reduce the number of defects in the production process. This research method uses a quantitative method involving field surveys, data collection, and statistical analysis to identify the factors that cause dominant defects in the hydrogel production cycle in Wook Global Tecknology, PT using SmartPLS through an outer model tester, inner model and hypothesis testing. The sample used is a saturated sample, namely all employees in the quality control, totaling 83 employees. By identifying deviations from predetermined quality standards, this research aims to increase accuracy and consistency in the process production. The research results show that TQM and SCM does not have a significant effect on reducing product defect (RPD), but SS has a significant effect on reducing defective product.
