Abstract

Abstract In building the growth of a nation, education is very important. As a school principal, it is the principal's responsibility to ensure that students learn well so that the country can achieve its goals and advance its culture. Principals do not only function as administrative officials who sign off on policies, but also play an important role in building the ethos of the institution and planning its future direction. The purpose of this study is to provide school principals with some ideas and insights into the different types of leadership and communication patterns they can use to achieve their set learning goals in order to adapt to the current state of education, taking into account all the points from the description given above. This investigation utilized a literature review methodology, which falls under the category of qualitative research. Based on the discussion given, it can be concluded that a principal's social communication skills have a significant effect on leadership effectiveness and problem solving in the classroom. Abstract

Quality Human Resource (HR) is the main component that must be considered. Human Resources must continue to be developed and be able to keep up with the times. Today's technological sophistication requires everyone involved in educational institutions to be ready to transform in order to achieve school progress and personal quality. To analyze more deeply, research was conducted using the library research method. This research method is an activity of collecting library data with literacy, reading, recording, and interpreting into research data. This method is done by making literature or previous research as the main data source. Human resource development in educational institutions must involve all elements involved in the organization. The process of developing human resources in educational institutions must be adjusted to the needs analysis and complex planning so that it can support the process of achieving the goals of educational institutions. a well-structured and systematic process can produce quality and competent human resources. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to provide feedback to improve work performance and self-development in educating at Islamic schools. The career development and promotion system is implemented to improve employee skills and achievements so that they can increase self-improvement within an Islamic school institution. This research method is based on library research and collected from various written sources, including magazines, scientific publications, journals and other sources relevant to the research discussed by the author. The research results state that qualifications, recruitment strategies, staff orientation, salary policies, employee regulations, coaching and development, employee evaluation, employee careers and ranks, and welfare are just some of the tasks that make up human resource management in Islamic schools. As well as employee coaching and development is carried out to improve Islamic understanding, personality, pedagogical, professional and social competencies. And employee performance evaluation is carried out based on individual achievements and participation in Islamic school activities so that each educator or teacher can develop and increase the potential of human resources in Islamic school institutions.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to answer the causes of the problems felt by Madrasahs as Islamic educational institutions that feel the sweetness of the challenges of education from time to time. Madrasahs have always been an Islamic educational institution that occupies a position that is not the main or domesticated in the world of national education. Always imaging Madrasah is an educational institution that is organized as it is, the important thing is that there is a Madrasah, there are teachers who teach in class and learning activities take place in accordance with policies regulated by National Education. Another crucial problem is the readiness of Madrasahs to face changes in the era of digital information technology, which is currently something that is symptomatic in all aspects of life. Madrasahs are Islamic educational institutions that are responsible for producing future generations for the Nation and State.  The current situation must really be responded actively, positively by Madrasahs in order to be able to symbiosis with the challenges that occur. This type of research is literary research, which is reference-based research that provides scientific information about the existence of Madrasahs and their challenges in the present and future. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana lingkungan kerja dapat meningkatkan kinerja guru dan karyawan. Untuk mencapai tujuan ini, penulis melakukan penelitian dengan menggunakan metode penelitian Systematic Literature Review (SLR) terhadap berbagai artikel ilmiah yang disajikan. Hasil dari 15 tinjauan artikel menekankan bahwa lingkungan kerja yang aman dan menyenangkan berdampak pada peningkatan etos kerja Gukar. Selanjutnya, dari 15 artikel yang diperiksa, penulis menghubungkannya dengan fakta tentang analisis lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru dan karyawan. Penelitian LSR ini dapat digunakan sebagai referensi bagi lembaga pendidikan untuk memperbaiki lingkungan kerja agar guru dan karyawan lebih baik. peningkatan kinerja guru dan karyawan tidak hanya bergantung pada faktor lingkungan kerja; ada banyak faktor lain yang mempengaruhi kinerja guru dan karyawan di berbagai Lembaga.selain itu lingkungan kerja, dan kepuasan kerja tentu berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan disamping itu dapat menciptakan iklim yang kondusif dan kenyaman bekerja, baik langsung maupun tidaklangsung bagi masing – masing orang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan penguatan kepada guru agar dapat melakukan pengembangan diri sehingga menjadi lebih profesional dan akan meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan yang berfokus pada evaluasi kinerja guru Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini di PAUD Islam dalam perencanaan dan pelaksanaan kegiatan pembelajaran. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan teknik pengambilan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini terhadap perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran menunjukkan bahwa guru memiliki kemampuan baik dalam perencanaan, namun masih diperlukan peningkatan dalam memilih strategi pembelajaran dan menyusun komponen penilaian. Dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran, guru telah dinilai baik, meskipun terdapat beberapa aspek yang memerlukan perhatian lebih lanjut. Adapun cara untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru, seperti pendekatan religius, memberikan teladan melalui kepala sekolah, penghargaan, dan penerapan teguran serta hukuman, dapat menjadi panduan dalam mengatasi tantangan tersebut. . Kinerja guru bukan hanya terkait dengan aspek teknis mengajar, tetapi juga melibatkan elemen-elemen seperti komitmen, disiplin, motivasi, dan kemampuan professional.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keaktifan belajar dan hasil belajar peserta didik menggunakan model problem based learning. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian tindakan kelas dengan dua siklus. Masing-masing siklus terdiri dari empat tahapan yaitu, planning, action, observation dan reflection. Subyek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas IV UPTD SDN 2 Rajabasa Baru yang terdiri dari 26 peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, tes dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dimulai dari tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Keaktifan peserta didik dinilai berdasarkan partisipasi dalam diskusi, kemampuan berpikir kritis, dan kerjasama dalam kelompok. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pada tahap prasiklus persentase keaktifan sebesar 46,15%, siklus I sebesar 73,08% dan pada siklus II sebesar 88,46%. Hasil belajar diukur menggunakan tes tertulis. Pada tahap prasiklus persentase hasil belajar sebesar 42,30%, siklus I sebesar 65,38% dan siklus II sebesar 84,62%. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan tercapainya indikator keberhasilan dengan kategori sangat baik. Simpulannya yaitu penggunaan model problem based learning dapat meningkatkan keaktifan dan hasil belajar IPAS peserta didik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pemahaman dan persepsi anak-anak usia sekolah dasar mengenai konsep-konsep politik di lingkungan sekitar mereka, khususnya di SD Negeri 2 Petuk Katimpun. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi partisipatif di lingkungan sekolah, wawancara mendalam dengan 20 siswa kelas 4, 5, dan 6, serta 5 guru dan 10 orang tua, dan analisis dokumen terkait kurikulum dan kegiatan pembelajaran. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa anak-anak di SD Negeri 2 Petuk Katimpun memiliki pemahaman yang bervariasi tentang konsep-konsep politik, seperti pemilihan umum, pemerintahan, dan partai politik. Sebagian besar pengetahuan mereka diperoleh dari lingkungan keluarga, media massa, dan kegiatan pembelajaran di sekolah. Namun, masih terdapat miskonsepsi dan kesalahpahaman dalam memaknai istilah-istilah politik. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pengetahuan politik pada anak-anak usia sekolah dasar di SD Negeri 2 Petuk Katimpun masih perlu ditingkatkan melalui pendidikan dan sosialisasi yang lebih efektif. Diharapkan temuan penelitian ini dapat memberikan masukan bagi perbaikan kurikulum dan metode pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan tingkat perkembangan dan kebutuhan anak-anak.

Abstract

Concentration is very important and needed for children in following the learning process. learning concentration can be seen from an increase in the presence of neurotransmitters. Neurotransmitters function as chemical messengers that play an important role in information processing throughout the nervous system. The purpose of this research is to describe the Literature Study: A Biopsychological Review in Improving Children's Concentration. This research uses library research with a qualitative descriptive approach. Based on the results of the review of 25 (twenty-five) journals examined by the author, there are various effectiveness of neurotransmitter performance involved in various brain functions, such as sleep, mood, emotion, attention, and learning and memory. The conclusions of this study include: 1) Neurotransmitter metabolites include biogenic amines (catecholamines norepinephrine, epinephrine, and dopamine and serotonin) and amino acids (glycine, glutamate, and γ-aminobutyric acid [GABA]), 2) Serotonin is useful for neurotransmitters and concentration, 3) Neurotransmitters including acetylcholine play an important role in the development of brain nerve structures and cells. Acetylcholine (ACh) is the first identified cholinergic neurotransmitter, and changes in its content can fully reflect the growth and development of the body as well as learning ability and memory, 4) Students who are able to concentrate during lessons will have higher memory and easily understand what is learned and 5) The researcher suggests that future studies examine the effect of one of the various types of neurotransmitters on children's concentration and motivation to learn.

Abstract

Technological developments in the field of education pose challenges for teachers and school leaders. Rapid adaptation to change and increased professionalism and commitment are the keys to the success of education. Digital academic supervision emerged as a solution to overcome the weaknesses of conventional supervisors, that are often time-controlled and effective. This article aims to study the implementation of the use of digital technology in education supervision as well as identify opportunities and challenges. The study uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) to examine the implementation of digital technology in the supervision of education by analyzing 12 articles published between 2020-2023. The results show that digital supervisors can facilitate supervisory implementation and effectively improve teacher competence. The challenges faced by digital supervision include limited internet access, minimal technology mastery by senior teachers, and the need for adequate support. Implementation of digital academic supervision is an important step towards improving the professionalism of teachers and the quality of education as a whole, on the condition of adequate training, improved access to technology, and support from all stakeholders.
