Abstract

History is a scientific discipline that involves the study of past events, the development of civilizations, and human interactions within them. History lessons that have been carried out so far have a bad image. The description of learning history is learning that is full of memorization, uninteresting, and boring. Whereas learning history can develop a sense of love, pride, and respect for cultural and historical heritage in students. Based on these reasons, the position of learning history is very important for the development of student character. So that learning is needed that is interesting and fun using the right strategies, methods and media. The aims of this research are among others to describe: understanding of history; historical education; the purpose of studying history; the benefits of studying history; the potential of historical education in shaping character; contextual, creative, and fun history learning in the classroom. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive research method based on the results of literature studies (library research). It is hoped that through fun and meaningful history lessons, students can gain deeper insight into the past, appreciate differences, and contribute to building a better future.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe the techniques and efforts of school principals in improving the pedagogic competence of teachers in elementary schools. In this study using a qualitative method, namely research conducted through observation and searching for data directly at the research location. This research is located at MD AZZAINIYYAH. And the research subject or resource person for this research is the principal at MD AZZAINIYYAH. In this study, a result was obtained which stated that the principal's supervision technique was in the form of individual and group techniques. Then the efforts made are conducting training, providing guidance and direction and motivating teachers. Furthermore, after the supervision was carried out, the teacher's performance increased and had an effect on increasing the potential and student learning outcomes at MD AZZAINIYYAH.

Abstract

The low concentration of student learning is caused by the inaccuracy of the learning method used by the teacher when delivering material. The purpose of this study was to increase the learning concentration of class III students at SDN 04 Dongos through the use of the Ice Breaking-based Joyful Learning method on flat shapes. This research is included in quantitative research with the type of experimental research with data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires, observations and interviews. The results to be achieved in this study are the use of the joyful learning method based on ice breaking in learning to increase student learning concentration.

Abstract

In the learning process, of course, not far from one important aspect, usually called assessment. to find out students' progress. Good learning quality can be seen in a good learning system. This can be seen in the final results or assessment. In general, this research is used to discover the basic concepts, the role of psychology in the assessment and measurement of learning outcomes, and forms of cognitive assessment in the Assessment and Measurement of Learning Outcomes in Students Based on Psychological Analysis. The method used in this research is Library Research, which collects data sources or written information from books, articles, or other written sources relevant to this study's discussion. The results of this study are that the factors that influence learning outcomes consist of two, namely internal and external. In addition, this study explains the functions and tools of assessment, the role of psychology in evaluation, and forms of cognitive appraisal in assessing and measuring student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Early Childhood Education (PAUD) is an early stage in the educational process that plays an important role in children's language development. One approach that can be used in language development is the loose parts approach. Loose parts refer to objects or materials that children can creatively manipulate and combine. The use of loose parts in language development in PAUD provides many benefits. First, loose parts can stimulate children's creativity and imagination. By having the freedom to organize and combine these materials, children can express their ideas verbally and non-verbally. In conclusion, the use of loose parts in language development in PAUD can improve creativity, communication skills, and learning experiences of early childhood.

Abstract

Pola komunikasi antar budaya adalah gambaran dua orang atau lebih yang memiliki latar belakang budaya yang berbeda dalam proses pengiriman pesan dan penerimaan pesan dengan cara yang tepat, sehingga pesan yang di maksud dapat tersampaikan dengan baik. Komunikasi antar budaya etnis didalamsekolah termasuk kebudayaan dalam berkomunikasi sehingga berjalan dengan baik, kemudian yang menjadi pokok permasalahanya adalah bagaimana pola komunikasi antar budaya di desa lingkungan masyarakat dan lingkungan sekolah dalam menjaga toleransi hidup bermasyarakat.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the efforts of school principals in increasing teacher professionalism at MTS Nahdlatul Wathon, Licin District. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. There are three data collection techniques used, namely observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis used in this research is interactive analysis. The results of the study show that school principals encourage teachers to participate in teacher working groups (KKG), increase teacher commitment through subject teacher deliberations (MGMP), involve teachers in training activities, training, seminars, workshops, upgrading, workshops and certification exams Teacher. In addition, the principal's efforts to increase teacher professionalism are trying to meet the needs for facilities and infrastructure, although they are still far from perfect, fostering good relationships with teachers, education staff, students and parents. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors in the principal's efforts to increase teacher professionalism at MTS Nahdlatul Wathon, Licin District include, namely, when teachers are ordered to take part in activities, they sometimes make excuses and alternate throwing assignments.

Abstract

Educational innovation can be interpreted as the introduction, development, and application of new ideas, concepts, methods, technologies, or approaches in the context of education. Educational innovation aims to transform and improve the way education learns, teaches, and management that have existed before. This study aims to explore and analyze the role of educational innovation in improving education quality strategies at various levels of education. The focus of this research is to understand how educational innovation can make a positive contribution to improving education quality strategies, including more effective teaching and better learning outcomes. The research methods used include literature reviews, case studies, and analysis of data collected from various sources related to the implementation of educational innovations. Data was collected through stakeholder interviews, direct observation, and document analysis. The results show that educational innovation has great potential to improve education quality strategies. Through the use of digital technologies, such as learning software, online platforms, or mobile devices, teaching can become more interactive, participatory, and adaptive. Teachers can use the various tools and resources available to create more engaging and relevant learning experiences for students.

Abstract

This development research aims to produce a digital book product as a social arithmetic teaching material with a contextual approach and to determine the feasibility of a digital book developed through expert validation and student’s readability tests. This development research method uses the 4D development model from Thiagarajan which has four stages, namely define, design, develop, and disseminate. This development research produces flipbook-based digital book products so that they are more interactive for learning and are also accompanied by back sound so that learning is more varied. The results of the feasibility assessment of digital book products that have been validated by material expert get very good scores with a percentage of 93%, in the validation of media expert get a good scores with a percentage of 80% and in the mathematics teacher’s assessment get a very good score with a percentage of 95%. Then on the digital book readability test by students got a very good score with a percentage of 87%. Based on the results of the assessment obtained it can be concluded that the digital book can be used as an alternative teaching material in learning social arithmetic.

Abstract

This study aims to gain an in-depth understanding of the holistic education concept applied in the Assajidin Integrated Islamic Elementary School (SDIT). The study used a qualitative approach involving the participation of 7 teachers and 20 students as key informants. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, class observations, and analysis of related documents. The results of the study show that SDIT Assajidin applies a holistic educational approach that includes intellectual, emotional, physical, social and spiritual aspects. Teachers at SDIT Assajidin act as facilitators in creating a learning environment that supports the overall development of students. They use a variety of active, innovative, and creative learning strategies to facilitate students' conceptual understanding and character development. In addition, students at SDIT Assajidin are actively involved in learning through group discussions, collaborative projects, and relevant extracurricular activities. This learning process helps students to develop critical thinking skills, creativity, communication, cooperation, and leadership. During the implementation of the curriculum, SDIT Assajidin instilled Islamic values ​​in all aspects of learning, both in religious and non-religious subjects. Teachers also help students understand and apply Islamic values ​​in everyday life through examples and real experiences. This study provides an overview of the implementation of the holistic education concept at SDIT Assajidin. The results of this study are expected to provide deeper insight and understanding of holistic educational practices in an integrated Islamic school environment. The implications of this research can be used as input for curriculum development and holistic educational practices at SDIT as well as being a reference for other schools interested in adopting a similar approach.
