Abstract

With the rapid development of technology and the ease in distributing foreign workers, there are fewer and fewer jobs. These conditions encourage the importance of an entrepreneurial spirit for every Indonesian to be able to create jobs. The cultivation of an entrepreneurial spirit can be applied to school students because later students who are the next generation will later enter the world of work. Thus, before entering the world of work students need to be equipped with several skills including entrepreneurship skills. Therefore it is necessary to provide basic education about the importance of instilling an entrepreneurial spirit from an early age to students at SD Negeri Kauman 2. The method used in this service is qualitative by looking at the programs implemented. The results achieved from these activities are awareness of the importance of entrepreneurship in students, increased student creativity, inspiration for students to carry out entrepreneurial activities.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the application of the Discovery Learning model in increasing learning motivation and learning outcomes of students in mathematics learning on flat and geometric shapes in class V SDN Karet 2, Tangerang Regency. The Discovery Learning method combines exploratory and knowledge construction approaches, which involve students actively in the learning process. This researcher is a Classroom Action Research (PTK) which is carried out in two cycles with the stages of each cycle consisting of planning, implementing actions, observing, and reflecting. The research subjects were 18 students in class V at SDN Karet 2, Tangerang Regency. Methods of data collection through observation, questionnaires, tests, and documentation were then analyzed using descriptive qualitative consisting of data reduction, data presentation and data verification stages. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the application of the Discovery Learning model can increase learning motivation and students' mathematics learning outcomes in the materials of Spatial Shapes and Flat Shapes. Prior to being subjected to action, the average student learning motivation scored below the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM) that had been determined by the school, which was more than 75 or in other words incomplete. In cycle I, the average student motivation increased to at least 80% of the total number of students who had a high category of motivation to learn Mathematics (≥75). At least 80% of the total number of students achieves the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM) set by the school, which is 80. If the above success indicators have been achieved, cycle I has been successful and there is no need to proceed to the next cycle. However, if problems are still found that have not been resolved, then the action process is repeated in the next cycle by going through the same stages as cycle I, starting from planning, repeating actions, observing/collecting data so that existing problems can be resolved.

Abstract

Analysis of this learning tool is used to measure learning outcomes, especially in the learning of fifth grade mathematics information processing and thinking skills. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality and validity of a class VSD mathematics learning outcomes test instrument in data processing materials based on content validity tests. This study used a quantitative descriptive approach to study faculty, classroom teachers, and fifth graders at Dian Wakana Christian Elementary School. Validity determinations This shows that using the problem-based learning learning model leads to improved critical thinking skills when learning mathematics, with an average improvement of 22.24%.. Research has shown that all the tools and instruments used are of high quality and effective, so they can be used wisely. To improve learning outcomes. Math. Regarding data processing, especially the critical thinking aspect.

Abstract

Masa remaja merupakan masa transisi atau peralihan dari masa anak menuju masa dewasa yang usianya berkisar antara 12-21 tahun. Pada masa ini individu mengalami berbagai perubahan fisik maupun psikis dan penuh dengan tantangan, ujian, emosi yang menyangkut perubahan jasmani, psikologi serta sosial. Pada masa transisi tersebut kemungkinan dapat menimbulkan masa krisis, yang ditandai dengan kecenderungan munculnya kenakalan pada remaja. Seharusnya seseorang yang sudah mencapai usia remaja mengerti mana hal yang positif dan negatif yang sepatutnya dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penyebab kenakalan remaja yang ada di unismuh makassar terutama jurusan sosiologi. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian ini dapat digolongkan dalam kategori penelitian lapangan. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data pada penelitian ini yaitu lebih mengutamakan pengamatan fenomena dan lebih meneliti ke subtansi makna dari fenomena, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kenakalan mahasiswa khususnya jurusan sosiologi yaitu pada dasarnya mereka melakukan ini dengan dorongan psikologis dan lingkungan sosial. Jika sosialnya bagus psikologis remaja yang kurang perhatian yang akan menjadi pemicunnya. Begitupun sebaliknya jika psikologisnya bagus, lingkungan yang akan merusak mereka. Lantas untuk mencegah dan mengatasi kenakalan dari mahasiswa tersebut, adalah dengan menerapkan beberapa cara yaitu, menenmkan nilai-nilai baik sejak dini, beri tahu konsekuensinya, menjaga komunikasi tetap terbuka, mendorong anak untuk melakukan kegiatan positif, dan bersifat tegas. Kesimpulan dalam pelaksanaan ini adalah mengetahui penyebab kenakalan mahasiswa khususnya jurusan sosiologi yang sering datang atau jarang masuk itu karena suatu insiden seperti bangun kesiangan yang disebabkan oleh dorongan psikologi dan lingkungan sosioal disekitrnya. Abstract

This research is a type of qualitative literature review research. The data used in this research is secondary data. Secondary data sources in question are in the form of books and primary or original scientific reports contained in online news articles or journals as relevant literature studies to study related to the phenomenon of bullying in schools to be analyzed. In order to investigate and understand an event or problem that has taken place in the midst of bullying at SMA 9 GOWA by collecting various kinds of information which is then processed to obtain a solution so that the cases that are revealed can be resolved. The researcher went out into the field to observe regarding the concept of opinion, rules, research on the experience of the situation from informants consisting of 2 people who were students of SMA Negeri 9 Gowa according to the criteria based on the data obtained. Furthermore, sociological data analysis was carried out and descriptions were developed on the basis of "events" obtained when field activities took place based on instruments by the researchers themselves.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have the potential to drive community economic activities as well as being the source of income for most people in improving welfare, therefore to explore and encourage this potential it is necessary to analyze development through internal and external facilities. The purpose of this research is to find out, describe, and analyze the development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Gebang Putih Village through internal and external facilities and analyze problem factors in the development of MSMEs. The research method used in this research is descriptive analysis, which describes and describes the situation, conditions, or events observed, namely regarding the development of MSMEs in Gebang Putih Village through internal and external facilities. The data analysis stage in this research uses data collection, data reduction, data presentation and then conclusion drawing. The data that has been obtained in the field is then recorded and analyzed. The results of this study found that the development of MSMEs will not be successful if it only relies on internal facilities. The role of external parties as facilitators has not been maximized. These problems can be overcome with a maximum assistance program because if it is only in the form of coaching and training, it is feared that the knowledge gained is only like a breeze without any implementation in the real world, for example related to technological knowledge and innovation in production.

Abstract

Marketing strategy is a form of a company's plan in the field of marketing to obtain optimal results. Information technology becomes an integral part of all fields, profit or non-profit. Education, banking, government, the arts, telecommunications, law, and tourism all use information technology in some capacity. MSMEs in the Blitar Village have problems in implementing digital marketing and financial optimization, so there is a need for solutions to these problems. The methods used are observation, interviews, focus group discussions, and demonstrations. The results of this activity are assistance in creating social media accounts, websites and market places and the delivery of material on the application of digital marketing such as the meaning of digital marketing, examples of digital marketing, the impact of digital marketing, and giving tutorial sessions on using e-commerce. And socialization was also held to optimize business finances. The response from the MSME players in the Blitar Village who were also the audience was very positive and they intend to learn to apply digital marketing and make business financial cash as soon as possible.

Abstract

Penilaian adalah salah satu langkah terpenting dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia karena guru menggunakan penilaian untuk menentukan ruang lingkup tujuan pembelajarantercapai. Evaluasi dapat dilakukan dengan pengukuran (deskripsi kuantitatif) atau dengan tidak mengukur (deskripsi kualitatif). Ketika guru mengumpulkan informasi menentukan tingkat pengetahuan siswa berdasarkan pertanyaan, pengamatan dan tugas. Padahal, guru membuat penilaian, bukan pengukuran. Aktivitas guru sangat berguna untuk menentukan penguasaan siswa dan mengevaluasi keefektifan proses mempelajari. Hanya informasi yang akurat tentang hasil belajar, minat dan kebutuhan siswa dapat dicapai melalui penilaian dan evaluasi yang efektif. Peringkat terus berkembang, saat ini ada asesmen portofolio yang katanya banyak manfaatnya bagi guru dan untuk siswa. Penilaian portofolio lebih komprehensif daripada penilaian dengan tes karena portofolio memungkinkan guru melacak perkembangan kognitif, sikap, minat, dan variasi kegiatan siswa yang berhubungan dengan matematika. Sehingga guru dapat memanfaatkannya Portofolio meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran, yang pada gilirannya mengarah pada peningkatan kualitas hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

Sesuai dengan permasalahan yang telah dirumuskan, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan media audio visual dengan materi gaya dan pesawat sederhana untuk SDN Greges 129; dan keefektifan media audio visual dengan materi gaya dan pesawat sederhana untuk SDN Greges 129. Metode Research and Development (R&D) akan dipakai dalam penelitian. Model ADDIE mewakili Examination, Plan, Improvement, Assessment digunakan dalam karya inovatif ini. Produk yang dikembangkan akan diuji dengan menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan. Ada 5 fase yang harus diselesaikan dalam teknik penelitian Analisis, Desain, Pengembangan, dan Implementasi. Materi bagian penutup dapat digambarkan sebagai produk yang dikembangkan sehingga tidak memerlukan pemutakhiran berdasarkan hasil evaluasi uji coba lapangan. Namun, reaksi dan ide yang didapat dari responden awal lapangan akan diakui dan diharapkan sehingga item berikutnya jauh lebih unggul.
